Revel Subscription Renewal Problem

Hi,
  In december I started with the complimentary subscription and later buyed a monthly subscription.  After the first month, decided to cancel the auto renewal and every thing was OK until I wanted to buy my subscription again.
  I followed the instructions, but Revel always brings a pop up indicating that I don't have any subscription, so i try to buy again, but don't let me do it.  Here is my subscription that doesn't work!!!
  And there is no support by chat for Revel.  I'm from Chile, so the telephone support is not available too.
  Please anybody help me.

  This is my account.
When I click in Adobe ID, it shows me the Account Details indicating the subscription options and the Account Status as LAPSED.
When I choose one of the Subscription Options It asks me to confirm.
Whern I confirm It indicates that I'm already subscribed!!!! So I clicked settings.
I entered my Aplle ID
Entered my password and...
I can see that my subscription was already there !!!
Any suggestions?

    I have has Unlimited European subscription for several years with automatice renewal. Yesterday I found that my service no longer works. Apparently the card on my account had expired and so as the renewal payment did not go through my service was ended without any warning or notification of a problem.
    I contacted Customer'Service' - haha - and was told to add the subscription to my account again and that my telephone number would be renewed as  it was already part of my package. Last year I paid £33 - this year it cost £58 and the number was NOT included. The system wanted me to pay about another £35 to renew the number as well!
    I contacted Skype again and was told there was nothing they could do. Skype numbers are no longer included in the Subscription and because mine had lapsed it cannot be renewed and I have to pay for both services. An increase of over 100% in a year. A formal complaint by email got an initial standard reply that had nothing to do with my complaint and the second reply was basically 'tough luck'.
    I have cancelled the subscription renewal and will transfer the number to another provider.
    What can anyone do about the mighty Microsoft organisation? - well I can certainly publish this story on as many sites as I can to warn others.
    I think this is just a way to get people onto the new more expensive packages.

  • Office 365 subscription renewal problem

    About 7 weeks ago I received a reminder that my Office 365 subscription would be automatically renewed through iTunes. Recently, it was indeed renewed and my account was charged 119.99. Moreover when I sign into my Apple account, it correctly shows that the subscription is active for another year. The problem is as follows: When I log into my actual Office account, Microsoft says my subscription has expired and I need to renew. While so far my office applications seem to still work (on my Windows computers and iPad), I have lost my 1Tb of OneDrive storage and am unable to manage my installs. I'm afraid that soon the applications will stop working completely. Anybody else experiencing this issue?

    As of today, I also cannot properly access my Office programs. Like you, this is a catastrophe for me since I depend on Office for my work. I contacted Microsoft (by chat) and told them that (1) although my subscription was autorenewed on iTunes for one year, and (2) that I had the receipt from iTunes store to prove it, Microsoft nonetheless proceeded to cancel the subscription after only two 2 days. The help person informed me that nothing could be done by Microsoft, and that I had to get in touch with Apple.  I sent Apple an email yesterday, and hopefully they will get back to me very soon with an immediate solution to this EXTREMELY ANNOYING PROBLEM.

    Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on May 28th 2015.
    Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
    To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

    I have not been able to access my creative cloud apps for the past 24 hours and yet my adobe account says I have used one day already....I renewed yesterday...I am completely frustrated with adobes terrible support.

  • Total confusion; subscription renewal problems

    I am new to forum..please forgive if on wrong thread
    today..I have received a notification that my subscription has elapsed, I follow the link and it takes me to my account...great I thought.....I log in and then the account defaults to everything but re-instating my account........
    so I press the link new membership (there doesn´t appear to be any other way open to me) where upon the page quickly tells me I am an existing client ...Do I want to go ahead and open a new account..!
    of course I don´t I want to maintain my existing account....but how.....my card details show as the correct one so is this a case of the account is auto debited but an e-mail from a naughty Gremlin has managed to avoid the system and put a spanner in the spokes. finally...
    I want to maintain free landline calls to UK for another year please show me what I need to do by including the links etc........quite frustrating really .....my advice is look at how e-bay and their sibling Paypal operate ...faultless when coming to take my money off of me..you know where you are at all times ..not so with MSN Skype which is a shame as you are the single most best thing that has happened in a decade.

  • How do I contact support? Have email receipt for magazine subscription renewal on iPad - can't activate!!

    I received a receipt from iTunes for two items: a subscription to the series 48 Hours, and a renewal of my subscription to the magazine Reader's Digest.
    48 Hours works fine.
    Reader's Digest I can't get into. I press the gear in the upper right corner, enter my Apple ID and password and get an "opportunity" to purchase issues I've already paid for with my $14.95 annual subscription.
    Reader's Digest tells me this is an iTunes issue.
    I find nowhere to get support since my AppleCare subscription ran out after 2 years...I don't have a hardware issue, I have a "someone stole $14.95 and I want a refund or to get my subscription activated" problem.
    When I click "report a problem" on the receipt (which is about a month old) I get "Oops! Google Chrome could not find nk11p02it-ibav22281602:8141". When I search on my orders for the Order ID (MGN9GV1YGT) it doesn't appear, although clearly it's on the receipt. So how do I protect myself against Apple and/or RD simply stealing my $15 and giving me nothing for it, considering I can't contact Customer Service since my device is out of warranty? Obviously this is NOT a device issue. It's a stealing $$$ from me issue.
    HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP WITH THIS?

  • TS4009 iCloud subscription renewed, but I don't have the storage.

    My iCloud subscription renewed on 14th October (Current Plan is stated at 10GB, so total 15GB).  It's 16th October and I have the message 'Your iCloud storage is full' and Total Storage is given as 5GB.  Backup isn't working.

    I was using my iPhone for company email a year ago, but I no longer need to do that. I deleted the global MDM(?) and after everything cleared out, the storage & backup tab came back.

    In terms of a refund, what does it say on the app's description page in the store (a lot say that refunds aren't given) ? But you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Photoshop/Elements to Revel Photo Migration Problem!

    What happened to my Photoshop/element photos? They were supposedly migrated, but I don't see them! I have no albums in my Revel account.I had a paid subscriiption and it was cancelled back in or around February, and told that the photos would be moved over to REVEL...Can anyone help me to get them back?

    First, thanks Pattie for following up with me. I am going to check my backed up hard drives to see if my photoshop materials are on them. It will take me a few days, as I have only small amounts of time to research it at this time. maybe a break will come in a day or two for a determination.

    Is it possible you logged into Photoshop.com with a different email, or is it possible that you did not set up your Elements to sync with Photosho.com? These are the two main reasons users can not find their files.
    The Photoshop.com account created in 2009 with the email you use to log in to this forum has no files in it, and therefore, nothing migrated to the Revel account with the same login. You do have a Revel account with the same login, but it is also empty since nothing migrated.
