I want a solution for reversal stock from unresticted use

Dear Cherian,
Carryout a 102 movement against the process order to reduce the stock from un-restricted stock using MIGO or MB31 and then
check for the same.
also I would suggest you to check the SAP Notes # 175842 for the same.
Check and revert back.

user Exit QEVA0008 in SMOD you can check the documentation.
Module for Editing Customer Function Code
This user exit allows you to activate a function key in the menu for the
usage decision.
You can freely define the description and function associated with this
function key (+FC1).
You can use this feature, for example, to revoke (reset) the usage
decision.
Refer to the documentation for function module EXIT_SAPMQEVA_008.
Functionality
This function module is called if the freely defined function (+FC1) in the menu for the usage decision transactions is called up. A prerequisite for this is the activation of the user exit QEVA0008.
Example
Using this function module, you can reset the usage decision in transactions QA12 ("Change usage decision with history") and QA14 ("Change usage decision without history").
Include LXQEVF10 contains sample coding for resetting the usage decision.
Notes
Business transaction QM68 is available for this function in the standard system. You can display a where-used list for this transaction in transaction BS33 (Display transactions).
If business transaction QM68 was carried out successfully, the system sets the inspection lot status "UDRE" - usage decision reset (system status I0297). You can display a where-used list for this status in transaction BS23 (Display system statuses).
If you want to use the function to reset the usage decision, be sure to consider the following points:
If a vendor is released (status profile in the quality info record), an update is carried out only once; this means that if the usage decision is reset, the status in the supply relationship is not corrected.
If you make the usage decision again, the inspection results will also be transferred to the batch classification.
The quality level is updated only once (when you make the initial usage decision). If the usage decision is changed, the quality level is not updated.

Extracting current stock from LiveCache using ABAP

Hi,
We are trying to develop a number of reports for displaying calculated key figures from SNP. One of the macros that is used in calculations uses function INITIAL_STOCK(), which apparently reads the current stock level directly from LiveCache. I've found two function modules (/SAPAPO/DM_STOCK_GET and /SAPAPO/DM_STOCK_GET_BY_PEGID) that are somehow used in extracting of stock levels but I have'nt been able to figure out how they should be used, ie. what are the correct parameter values etc. Has anyone else tried to read current stock levels with ABAP?

Thank you for your answer. However, I was'nt able to extract stock levels with that function. I did not find any documentation about that particular function, so I don't know which parameters are essential in my case. I've tried giving material and location ID:s as parameters, but it does'nt seem to work.

How to cancel UD & to reverse stock which posted from QI to Unrestricted?

Dear Experts,
I have created STO for stock transfer from plant 2 to plant 1. Delivery, PGI, Excise Invoice has been confirmed at plant 2. Subsequently GR has been made with ref. to delivery doc. at plant 1. Being the transfered material is subject to QM. Automatic stock posting has been happened and stock has been posted to QI stock. Subsequently UD and stock posting from QI to Unrestricted has performed.
Now problem is, as profit center for plant 2 has been maintained wrongly in material master and without checking the profit center data at plant 2 in mat.master, all the above mentioned activities has been made. So, i want to reverse all the documents(GR, GI, STO).
Kindly guide me how to proceed in the above regards. Thanks in advance.

May use MB01>mvt type 102 with reference to original document>pick stock from unresticted.-->save.
if this is not possible the you have to bring back the stock in QI by using SAP NOTE 175842 ,then cancel original document

Block picking from unrestricted use stock when it is in schd. for delivery

Dear Experts,
I have 50 units in unrestricted use stock of particular material for a storage location in the plant. I have made two outbound deliveries for this material. When I pick 50 units of this material, these 50 units i can see in schd. for delivery and in unrestricted use stock also I can see 50 units in MMBE. Now, 50 units are in unrestricted use stock, once again i will be able to do picking of another 50 units of this material from the same storage location. (there is physical variation in stock.) Now, when i will do pgi for one outbound delivery, the stock from unrestricted use will be debited and system not allow to do pgi for another outbound delivery. (we don't want to allong negative stock). Is there any way to block picking of the stock which are in schd. for delivery. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should set proper availability check for your deliveries / materials.
SPRO > SD > Basic Functions > Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements > Availability Check > Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning
Here you can carry out of your setings.
E.g.
.. > Carry Out Control For Availability Check (transaction OVZ9)
Here you should set for proper checking group / checking rule combination > "Include deliveries" (V_441V-VBBLP) field should be set.

Unable to return vendor consign. to stock from delivery - LT0G

Dear All,
Unable to return vendor consignment to stock from delivery using VL0G after performing Goods Movement Reversal using TCode VL09 for Stock Transfer Order/Special Stock Consignment/Outbound Delivery
Parameters:
Stock Transfer Order from DC to Site - Vendor Consignment Inventory
Reverse PGI - VL09
Select Outbound Delivery - Item locked
Message no. L1618 - Return storage for delivery is not possible when IM is active

You can use the following:
- stock can be moved from 916 to normal bin by LT01 / LT10
AND
- control message VL019 in OVM1 and VL173 as per OSS note 521409
AND
- delete the delivery item by setting the delivery qty to 0
AND
- create new delivery item
Recreating the item and do the picking again. I received this answer from OSS.

how to transfer stock from sample usage to unrestricted use

I suppose user has accidently posted quantity to sample usage?
Do you see material document with movement type 333 for this material?
You can search material document list using MB51 transaction
or If you know the inspection lot, You can list material documents list from inspection lot.
If you can find the material document number -->Use MBST transaction to reverse the movement
If you can not find material document --> use Mb1C transaction use movement type 561.
In either case stock can not be return to same inspection lot. You can activate another inspection lot using inspection type 05 if needed.

While using LT0G( Return to Stock from Delievry),item is Locked

Hi All,
We created an Intercompany STO, created delivery and since Storage Location was Warehouse Mnagaed created a TO for picking and di Goods Issue on that.Later it was realised some materials were wrongly included in delivery.So Goods Issue was reversed (VL09) and then while trying to reverse TO using LT0G we encountered a strange issue:
1) One of the material included in delivery had delivered quantity as 108, during picking (TO creation) 70 units of the material got picked from one storage Bin and 38 from other Bin.
Now in LT0G, i get the 2 line items created for this material however line item with only 38 quantity is active and allows to be returned to stock from Delivery, line item for remaining 70 units is locked and available quantity field is blank.Why it shows as locked? How can i unlock that? This is critical as we need to delete the picked material soon.

Select the locked item (set somehow the cursor on it), and click on "Log" button. What is the error message you get?
Is the stock available?
Isn't possible that someone already created the return TO for that item?
LT0G is a troublesome transaction...(e.g. in case of stock determination group is set in material master it won't work; if not dynamic bin was used for picking you also may have problems, etc). Please check OSS notes there are many...
You can try to process the item (try to create TO for that item) that is selectable and after that try LT0G again...
(on selection screen of LT0G use "TO item view" radio button)
remark:
If you wants to delete the delivery you can do it w/o reversing the TO in LT0G. If the picking status is "C" you can delete the delivery and move the quant from 916 to normal storage type using LT01 / LT10...

Reversing stock directly to blocked stock from prodcution order

Hi Guys,
Scenario is like this
Good issue(say Material X -10 qty) is made to a prodcution order
Now the requirement is reverse the stock of material X from the production order directly to Blocked stock & not Unrestricted use
By 262 it will go only to unrestricted & not blocked stock
Please explain me in detail how to configure this

Hi,
"Reverse" means that you do the opposite of your first action. You consumed the raw materials by 261 form unrestected, when you reverse it, the components will get back to unrestricted.
There's no mvt designed for the purpose you want (in standard SAP) - as per my best knowledge.
So, you have to reverse the consumption and then block the stock.

Error when using 557 movement type to remove stocks from intransit

Dear All,
We have some stocks left in intrasit where we use only inventory management to do this stock transfer(ie. we are not using STO),now we want to remove this stock from intransit. When i tried to use movment type 557 I got an error (Deficit of PL Stock in transit 10 DZ : CHS10088 2KUR 0000000867) with message number M7021. I cross this material with mb52 to find the avalability of this intransit stock and found that it is available at given plant but with out a batch number. When I tried to use this movement type it asks for a batch number so i have given an available batch number. Can you please help me to remove this stock from intransit.

the movement types 557 ( and 558 ) can only be used to update intra-company
transit stock which is saved in MARC-TRAME. IF you are using purchase
orders cross-company stock transfers, the transit stock is only a virtual transit stock what is calculated
based on the purchase order history. So this issue cannot be addressed
by changing the data in a stock table.
Are you using intra-company STO ?
Please check carefully note 392205 that contains the report ZTRAME
.Please see the following information:
A report attached to the note 392205 tries to explain the stock in
transit using the documents existing in the system. First verify the
current stock in transit situation using the report ZTRAME as per the
note 392205. This program tries to 're-calculate' the stock in transit
based on the material documents and the purchase order history.
Based on the results of the program the movement-types 557 and 558 can
be used to correct the stock in transit (-> add or book out stock in
transit).

Remove stock from Quality Inspection

Dear All,
In material master by mistak quality inspection flag was active in packing material with 01 inspection type.
When we received material it goes for quality inspection after MIGO. So in MMBE it shows in Quality Inspection.
Now the Plant in which MIGO was prepared has no quality related data maintained.
We tried to reverese MIGO document but system not allowing to do as srock is in Quality inspection.
Is there any way to reverse the MIGO or moving stock from quality to unrestricted?

Did you identify the original material document and then try MBST transaction to cancel the document?
When you use the term "reverse" it sound like you are trying to do a 102 against the 101. You can't reverse the transaction, you have to use MBST to cancel the transaction.
Otherwise you have to set up enough QM data to process the lot.

Move stock from block to inspectin

HI, i have to move stock from block to inspection, i have tried Mov 349 but it 's giving error
Change the inspection stock of material 6520330201524 in QM only Message no. QA495 Diagnosis You want to make a stock posting to/from the inspection stock. This is not allowed for material 6520330201524 because the quality inspection control has been activated by QM. The following cases can occur: The inspection stock should be increased, although an inspection is not foreseen for the current goods movement The inspection stock should be released, although you can only do this using the QM transactions.

There are many posts here in the forum regarding this topic. I even posted a few myself a couple of years ago. Search them out you'll see there're many ways material can and will be moved into QI, Blocked and Res. intentionally and unintentionally. QM activated negates all the MM and MB Txs. Search them out.
One of several ways this can be done is to:
1. Revise the batch classification/specs. MSC2n
2. Reversing the transaction which put the material in Block, QI, Res. in the first place via MBST if
you've the auth.
3. (Otherwise) Have the creator of the material doc.perform #2 above

I have adjust my stock from transit though Movement type 557, but stock is showing in report MB5T, but its not showing in report MB52.
Pls suggest how to remove the transit stock from MB5T also.

Actually its long pending issue for 2005, at the time STO was for 50 Quantity, they have done GR in Quality Stock, But at the time of QA32 they have clear 46 Quality in unresticted but 5 Quantity they have Return through QA32. So its exist in Transit Stock...Now i can do Use that STO also. Bcooz data has been archived.

Give the Movement type as 321 Transfer posting stock in quality inspection - unrestricted-use stock
The quantity is transferred from stock in quality inspection into unrestricted-use stock. Here you can post the quantity to another storage location.
You cannot use this movement type for QM-managed materials since transfer posting for these materials takes place via the usage decision.
and also 322 for reversal of 321
If you want to transfer stock from Quality to Unrestricted then go to MB1B and do transfer using movement type 321

I am writing a code which will display goods reciept, issue, transfer, etc according to movement type .
I have done the coding but the problem is I am not getting the opening stock by period , I want to get sum (lbkum) sum (salk3) into some formulae column .. I want to get the sum of lbkum from mbewh joining mseg,mkpf as period -1
ie if I select 04.03.2009 , I want the sum of stock from mbewh based on period -1 . so what formale I have to write
to get the opening stock on the date selected . The date range is selected from mkpf .
I want to get stock on whatever date selected from mkpf.

you can get all data using MC.9 report
here you can get opening and closing stock with values based on material, plant, storage location
Kindly make sure while giving period
here it will take period in month and year i.e if you want opening stock for April then you have to give it as 03.2008 to 03.2008 and closing as 04.2008 to 04.2008
