Reverse Collective Order Close.

Hi,
I have an issue with one of our collective production orders. My leading order has been closed along with all subordinate orders. Now, I want to revoke close and TECO, so I can add some materials to it. But, when I try to revoke close for the leading order, the option is greyed out.
How can I revoke close for this order?
Thanks.

hi
I guess, settlement run already took place for production order. In that case, i do not see any possibility for posting that material.
May be with Finance consultant help, you may try to post the masterial cost to resepctive G/L account and inventory to be reduced.. bring FI/MM consultants into picture to take this issue forward.
thx, JK

  • How do I reverse the order in which files appear in Icon View option?

I took a lot of pictures on a trip recently, which I have uploaded to a folder in Finder. When I click on View Options and then Keep Arranged by Date Created, they get rearranged so that the most recent appears at the top, and the first ones taken are at the bottom. How can I reverse this order, so that they appear in chronological order?
    Thanks,
    Richard

    There might be another way.
There are utilities which can batch-rename files, including options that sort by date, begin all the resulting filenames with a common prefix, and then add a sequential "padded" filename suffix. If you then display the resulting collection of files in alphabetical order (as in Finder's Arrange by Name in icon view), they should be sorted chronologically.
I haven't tried any of these, but the site for [A Better Finder Rename|http://www.publicspace.net/ABetterFinderRename/index.html], shareware, states:
"A Better Finder Rename knows how to extract EXIF shooting date and time information from digital camera images and exploit them in creating sequence numbers or adding time and date information to the file name. "
There may be suitable freeware alternatives -search for *file renamer* in [Version Tracker|http://www.versiontracker.com/macosx>.

  • How to reverse the order of a bunch of still images in an iMovie Project

    Hello,
I'm making a stop motion animation using iMovie'09. I need to reverse the order of a few hundred of the images that I imported.
Does anybody know a good and time efficient way of doing this?
    Cheers,
    Onur.

Ok, here's how have I done:
    1. Removed those images from the movie project
    2. Created a new project and added all the images which I want to reverse the order of
    3. Set the durations of the images as same as those in my first project
    4. Exported the project as a movie file
    5. Added this short movie file to the first project
    6. From clip adjustments menu, checked 'reverse'.
There, the subset of the whole collection is displayed in the reverse order.

  • Direct production in collective order network, automatic 261...

    hi all,
i have a problem in a schenario with collective order network.
i have order B part of collective order network of order A. and material of order B has special procurement key 52 maintained in it. and colletive order of goods movement is selected in order type setting of order B.
now the problem is when i confirm the order B, its header material automatically gets issued to order A (as per the settings that is fine.. ).
but when i canel \ reverse the order A, i can not see 262 for material of order B which was issued automatically....??? why so?
and if i try to revrse order B,  it stucs in COGI with the error of deficit of sales order quantity (or unrestricted quantity)....
can somebody tell me how to sollve this? how to get 262 of the header material of order B?
    best regards,

If you're doing the confirmation of parent order (leading order) at header level (meaning you use CO15) then you can only confirm that particular order and not any child order. If you want the child orders to be confirmed also after completely confirming you'd have to change the control key of last operation of routing in leading material as milestone and use CO11 or CO11N and just confirm the last operation, it will automatically confirm all the operations in the leading order and all the sub orders (child orders). I don't think your OPKI setting will solve the issue.
Production orders that belong to collective orders are generally confirmed like normal production orders. However, you should note the following:
When you carry out a confirmation at header or suboperation level, you can only confirm the order concerned.
When you confirm at operation level, you can confirm operations for all orders as long as you work with milestone operations or progress confirmations.
When there is a confirmation in the collective order, the system sets the status CFCO (release occurred in network) at the header level of the leading order in the collective order.

  • View iCal's day and week view in reverse chronological order

    Greetings iCalers,
When I think about day/week calendars, with the Y-axis being times of the day as in iCal's day/week views (e.g. "3:00 AM", and "5:00 PM" are in the leftmost column), I think about times building up to midnight from the bottom—i.e. the day starts at 12:00 AM on the bottom, with 1:00 AM above that, and the day ends with 11:59 PM on the top. I've learned that this intuition is atypical, and all calendaring systems I've come across work in the reverse direction, in line with the majority of people's intuitions.
I'm wondering if there's a way to get iCal to display in the reverse-chronological order. I suspect there isn't, and I've never seen a terminal command or apple script for it, but I'm hoping there is. If anyone know and could post it here, that would be great!
    Thanks!

It's cool, I figured out a solution: get over it and stop worrying about trivial issues to the point of excessive fussiness.

  • How to switch from reverse alphabetical order?

Please forgive a newbie question: when I open a list view of my hard drives in Finder, the names of the folders are listed in reverse alphabetical order, with the Z's on top, and the A's on the bottom. How can I change it so that it displays the A's on top and the Z's on bottom, whenever I open the view? Thanks in advance.

Click the "Name" bar, so the small triangle faces up again.
You know you can also sort by Date Modified, etc, just click on the column's topbar.

  • Can I reverse the order of finder lists or icons?

    Hello,
I am finding some problems with Lion that I never seemed to have with Snow Leopard and would very much appreciate someone's help.
To cut a long story short I want to reverse the order of the files in finder, either in list or icon view (or maybe any kind of view). At the moment they are in date created order, but I have also tried in name order and cannot see any way to reverse the order.
At present the are show the newest file first but I want to see them in oldest first as they always were for me in OSX 10.6
Also... in date created view they appear in groups (eg previous 7 days, previous 30 days) I have never seen this before and find it particulalry annoying. I'm sure some people love it but for me it is one of the things that I most hated about windows, but at least in Windows I found it easy to turn off (along with reversing order!). Can anyone tell me how to stop OSX from doing this?
    Much obliged,
    Pablo

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're users here and don't speak for "Apple, Inc."
In Finder icon view, click the Arrange button and select which column you'd like to sort by.
In Finder list view, click the top header of any column to sort by that column. Clicking the same header again reverses the sort order (and the small 'arrow' at the end of the column name reverses direction too).
And using Finder, View, Customize Toolbar the Finder window toolbar can be customized to display icons only, text only or both, as well as adding additional icons to the default toolbar:

  • COGI error generated while collective order confirmation

hi ALL, this is the real  task for all PP GURUS.
the issue is related with collective order confirmation.
client is using customised program ZPP_CONF to confirm the collective order which is based on the sap spro program CORUPROC.this include automatic goods receipt, backflush & actual cost update .as user use zpp_conf for confirmation all this actions happened in backgruond.
now after using ZPP_CONF . the confirmation is not happening .instead of that it is going in COGI where they are getting a error massage which is as follows
"You have no authorization for this transaction with movement type 101u201D
this error continues for 10-15 minutes after doing refresh it goes. & confirmation happens.
this is not happening for all orders but for 8 out of 10.
    users have proper authorisations.
they have enough stocks in st. locn.
they are loosing lot of time becuse of this.
HOW CAN I RECTIFY THIS ERROR GURUS?
when i search i found this is written in the CORUPROC documentation
Incl. incorrect goods movement: Not only preselected but also incorrect goods movements that are usually processed with transaction COGI are  selected and processed.
    VENKADESH

    Hi,
The Program CORUPROC only can adjust the Errors in Goods movements. It can not handle the Table Locks..
The Program CORUAFWP, can taek care of table locks also, apart from the Errors in Goods Movements.
Refer below thread for similar type of problem..

  • Animation-need help: reverse  clip order , different arrows in  timeline

    hey!
i am editing a puppetanimation and there are a few annoying things i really would like to know how to use better.
    1.
i have 4000 pictures, sometimes i want to reverse the order of the pictures/clips. i checked making a own new file out of some pictures in a new sequence but i am scared that the quality is not the same. when i compare it with the normal photos then i can see a difference. so is there a easyer way? just chang quick the order. i can do it manual, but it is annoying.
and also i remember i did it some years before, but i do not remeber how.
    2.
is there a other way just to zoom in the timeline? cause apple and normal plus dosn´t work.only if i push the "far away"(the other one) plus. with zooming out it works.
    3.
very strange is that: when i copy a few pictures and i want to put them somewhere in the timeline, sometimes it showes me an arrow downwards and sometimes an arrow pointing to the right. i like the pointing to the right, cause then i do not delete the gap/break/"nothing" in the timeline. but also i need this arrow when i just move something and not only when i copy something.
    oh i hope you understand....

i know i know.....it is not that annoying...just these few things. i want to go on with this programm...i know it , it works ... . there is not that much to do.just always checking the pictures and so on.
for me it is not about the question wich programm!
to make the question with the arrows more understandable: i want to put something big in a actually too smale gap. and i want that final cut notice this automaticly. it is not about animation. i would also want to know about this if i would have videomaterial and normal clips. and i know it is actually a simple thing.it is often about the shortcuts i do not know.
and also: i guess you noticed: my english is rubbish, so i did not get all of your explanations(do not tell me that i use the wrong forum, it is the only good one i can use)

  • Goods receipt in collective order

    Hi Experts,
In collective order situation, for the the child order, after confirmation the stock of SFG is not increasing automatically. Subsequently, after confirmation of parent order, in the material tab the SFG withdrawn quantity is showing up as zero. How to ensure that consumption of SFG occurs in the parent order ?
    regards

    SM,
    Please refer the below thread,
    Re: direct production
In case of collective order scenario the goods movement of the child items are hypothetical, i.e. it is for document purpose.
The stock doesn't get built up if you go for confirmation with auto GR.
Rather as soon as you confirm the last operation or you go for the order confirmation the goods receipt on the child order & goods issue on the parent order happens simultaneously.
    Hope this helps you.

  • How to trigger creation of collective orders

    Hi,
How to trigger the creation of Collective orders.
    regards

    Hi,
    Collective Orders
    Use
In a collective order, planned orders or production orders are linked to one another over several production levels. Each order in the collective order has its own order number. If subassemblies are produced directly for superior orders within a production process, without physically entering the warehouse, it is useful to have a representation via collective orders.
The components for which separate production orders are created in the collective order are called directly produced components (see Creating Collective Orders)
    Prerequisites
A collective order cannot be created for components that have one of the following indicators set:
    · Co-product
    · By-product
    · Alternative item with strategy 2
    · Alternative item with usage probability 0
    · Discontinued
    · Follow-up material
    · Intra material
    Features
Collective orders offer the following advantages:
    · Integrated view of a production process
Collective orders make it possible to represent different levels of the production process together in the system. The production process can be viewed as an integrated whole.
    · Separate order number for every order
Every level in a collective order represents a separate production order/planned order. Every production order/planned order has its own order number. This enables you to process the entire collective order, a subtree in the collective order or an individual order.
    · No placements in storage or removals from storage between production levels
Within a collective order stock movements only take place for the leading order (that is, the order that is at the highest production level) and not for directly produced components. This makes it easier to maintain the collective order in comparison with several individual orders. A further advantage is a more realistic representation of the costs of the production process, since subordinate orders can be directly assigned and settled to superior orders.
    · Business functions simultaneously for several orders
Certain business transactions can be carried out simultaneously for several orders. Releasing an order that belongs to a collective order has the effect that all the hierarchically subordinate orders are released simultaneously.
    · Automatic change to dependent orders
Changes to an order automatically affect dependent orders / components affecting orders. For example, if you change the order quantity in an order then
¡ the relevant quantity changes are automatically made to dependent orders
¡ the requirements quantity of the directly produced component is automatically changed.
In the collective order, you also have the option of manufacturing directly produced material in a different plant to the planning plant.
    · Set status in leading order
If you make changes in subordinate orders that have an affect on the status, then the system sets the corresponding status in the order header of the leading order in the collective order as follows:
u2013 CFCO Confirmation in collective order
u2013 GMCO Goods movements in collective order
u2013 RLNE Release taken place in network
In this way you are informed about changes in the whole collective order.
    · Reading master data
You can copy the routing data and BOM data to the order again. You can find more information in Read master data.
    Example
You want to produce a pump. The BOM for the pump contains a pressure regulating valve and a spiral casing. You want to enter these two components in separate production orders, but you do not want them to be posted to stock.
You set the special procurement type to direct production in the material master record for the pressure regulating valve and the spiral casing, so that production occurs using a collective order.
When you create a production order for the pump, a collective order is automatically created, which contains subordinate production orders for the pressure regulating valve and the spiral casing.
    Creation of Collective Orders
    Use
Collective orders are only created if the special procurement type is set to direct production in the components for which the separate production orders are to be created (materials planning area in the material master).
In the standard system, 52 is the special procurement type for direct production (that is, for components that are produced within a collective order).
To create a collective order, you must use an order type with internal number assignment.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Tejas

  • When saving, how do I change the default order of my files in the pop up window which is currently reverse chronologic order?

When I want to save a file on my computer, Firefox opens a window for me to designate a location. Up until a few weeks ago, my files were listed in chronological order by file type. Now they're listed in reverse chronological order which is not convenient. This happens every time and I can't find where to change the setting.

Did you check the right-click context menu ?
You can also try to switch to list mode and click the Name column header to switch the direction.

  • How to Reverse Page Order in Acrobat Pro 9

    Hello Community,
I thought this would be an easy thing to do in Acrobat but so far I am finding it is not.
I am creating a PDF from multiple files, they are jpegs, and I am dragging and dropping them into the "combine files" window in the order I want them to be displayed. However Acrobat reverses this order as you put them in and then gives you no chance to switch the order. It gives you the option to move the order one by one (which is nearly impossible when the jpeg titles are img1824, img1623, etc.) so they other option is to add the files I want backwards, which my brain can not do, I like to work forwards, not backwards nor should I have to.
So once I create this backwards PDF, isn't there a way to just reverse the order of the pages? any help is appreciated.

    Wow GQDiaz,
What a wonderful gift you have given us! You have saved me hours of shuffling pages one by one between large cumbersome document scans.
Your script works like a dream. Thank you for this gift.

  • Is there a way to have the calender results in a global search on an iPhone to appear in reverse cronological order?

Is there a way to have the calender results in a global search on an iPhone to appear in reverse cronological order?

I guess not... (at least not on 5.x!!). I would just like the calendar search to return results in chronological order of any sort. With iCloud calendars and OS 5.1.1 it lists all the results (by date order) for one calendar, and then does all the results for the other one, which is a bit tiresome. Strangely it all works fine with Google calendars... But maybe I will just use spotlight search to get round this problem for now.
