Reverse Journal in Primary Ledger not auto create to secondard ledger .

Hi ,
I create a 2nd Ledger by Journal conversion Level.
Setup Primary to Secondary Ledger Mapping : Journal Source and Category Conversion
Source Category Transfer Journals to this Secondary Ledger Remove
Other Other Yes
all other journal source & all other journal category "Transfer Journals to this Secondary Ledger" = Yes
Now,
1. Create a P1 journal in Primary Ledger and post .
2. Check 2nd Ledger .
It will automatic create 2nd Ledger P1 journal when Primary ledger journal posted.
3. Reverse P1 journal in Primary Ledger. Generate a new "Reverses P1 Journal" .
4. Post Reversed P1 Journal in Primary Ledger.
5. Check 2nd Ledger.
It does not automatic generate "Reversed P1 Journal " in 2nd Ledger.
I want to make sure why Reverse Journal & post in Primary ledger , It will not automatic create reversed Journal in 2nd Ledger..???

Hi,
There is restriction due to difference in period between primary ledger and secondary ledger. The is identified as bug and it now rectified by oracle as per document 428196.1

Converting contract to sales order does not auto create schedule lines

Hi
When I convert quotation to sales order, then schedule lines get auto created.
But when I convert contract to sales order, then schedule lines don't be auto created. Instead, a confirmation screen for proposal delivery date pops up for every line item in the sales order.
Is there any suggestion how can I solve my problem ?

Hi,
In standard SD module, system checks availability for each line item, gives you popup screen of confirmation.
If you don't want availability or popuscreen of confirmation,then
Go to VOV6 >>> Select schedule line which you are using in sales order for line item >>> Remove tick mark of availability check.
Else
Remove availability check rule from material master >>> Under tab Sales : ganral/plant

Instagram folder not auto creating in photos app

I've been using instagram on my 4s for a couple weeks and I accidentally deleted the instagram folder from photos app. I've been trying to get it back so that all my filtered pics auto save to that folder so I don't have to manually add them, but to no avail.
ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling, powering off, toggling the save photo setting but none of this is working.
any ideas on how to fix?

1) Quit Photos
2) Copy the Photos library to a new drive by dragging it in Finder
3) Once it's moved, double click it in Finder to lauch Photos and set the new location as the defalt
4) Once that's done and working OK, you can remove it from your system drive.

Can Auto create bookmark when insert a page?

I know that when I combine multiple PDF file, bookmarks will be automatically created with the file names. However, when I insert page into this combined document, the bookmarks did not auto create. Similarly when I delete a page from this document, the bookmark did not get updated also,
Did I miss out some steps or even version X also does not have this ability?

Why conversion Rate gets changed for a reversal journal?

Hello,
After the Reversal Program run, the reversal journals has created with wrong Currency Conversion Rates instead of same conversion rate as that of Entered journal.
We have around 4 JVs each in Dec-11/Jan-12.
Eg:
In Dec-2011 4 JVs were created and the conversion rate was .99345 (USD-AUD)
and in Jan-2012 4 reversal JVs were created and the conversion rate was 1.01565
The set up for the Reversal Journals for Category "Accruals" is set as "No Default"
The reversal journals are suppose to be get created with the same conversion rate as that of original JV but it has picked up the conversion rate of the period when we did the reverse i.e of Jan-12.
let me know what else could be the issues and any resolutions for this?

Ability to auto create a primary key column while creating an entity ?

Product : oracle data modeler ( 3.0.0.665 32 bit version ) on windows XP Professional , : Target DB Oracle 11GR2
I am new to Mozilla Rhino. Is it feasible to have a mechanism where in the primary key column name would be auto generated when the entity ( name ) is just created for the first time, and it has no columns defined yet . For e.g. one could create an entity named vendor , and after the table name is typed in, a column vendor identifier,of type numeric , is to be auto created. This mechanism should work even if the entity name changes, and the primary key is in format {tablename}_id , but it should not , if the primary key was manually set in later and is not in the expected format.

I created this script (1) for adding an ID column (using a specific domain) to all supertype entities that do not already have an ID attribute, and a script (2) for adding primary key constraints to all ID attributes.

I do not understand why LR would not auto look at my primary...

Why would LR not auto look at my primary folder and not update it's DB with any new folders I might have created outside of LR?
This makes my work flow far more difficult.
In this respect "Bridge" does a far better job.
Is there logic/reason for this?

Bridge doesn't use a database or need importing. Nor can Bridge let you view or edit metadata for offline images. The logic is simple. You must import into a database.
In order to do what you want you have 2 options, 1) Have Lightroom constantly waste cpu cycles looking at the drive (and I do mean constantly) or 2) Set up a way of having Lightroom import all new folders when you click (probably right click) on the folder.
Mark Hamburg has already mooted the first because it would really slow Lightroom down. The second seems like a viable option to me.

As per my understanding, reversing and auto revering journal entries are same:-
1) Reversing journal entries are the entries which are made for the adjustment for the preceding periods.
2) For Understanding Auto Reversal entries, please refer HFM user guide, you can refer page number 182

Porject code from requisition not going to PO from auto create

and after all approvals for the requisition
we want the project code which is a 4 digit number to populate the dff on the PO form when we use auto create function.

Auto closing of reversal journals

Considering SAP is OIM (open item management) it would save considerable time if the reversing journals auto cleared upon execution. Especially in the balance sheet accounts. This should also include Exchange and Conversion journals. We are using SAP Business One. thanks

I think the standard SBO rule has made this still manual work until today. That's why manual process is required. I think it is dynamics, I mean if you think it urgently required automatically, you could send a request form that can be obtained from SAP support. So, your problem can be solved faster rather than waiting reasonable answer here for a long time.

Auto Create Track in Cycle Record NOT disengaging??

I was using Auto Create Track in Cycle Record, in the song settings recording menu, for multiple audio voice overs. Now that I want to record without this function, it is not deactivating when I disengage the selection in the song settings recordings menu.
Is there something I'm forgetting to do here? I'm 99% positive that the only way to engage this function was from the song settings recording menu.
If I record without Cycle engaged, the recording will stay on the one track selected. If i turn Cycle back on without Auto Create Track in Cycle Record activated, it reacts as though it was engaged. ???

If I connect a time capsule via ethernet to an existing internet connection and use it to create a private wifi network for my wireless devices, will other users on the primary network (not the private wifi one) be able to access my files on my TCapsule?

Like it says in the title basically.
I want to use a time capsule to store my files and backups and access it from my phone and MacBook Air. However I do not want the others in my house who are currently connected to the same wifi/ethernet router to use my connection or my TC hard drives.
I had also been thinking about wirelessly extending the wifi network (a linksys N router) but I guess that will allow everyone to access my Time Capsule?

No, if you have not provided them with the Time Capsule device password.
Users will be able to "see" the Time Capsule icon under the SHARED heading in the Finder on their Macs, but they will not be able to access the drive or the files.

Problem auto-creating tables with the IBFBS sample

I'm fairly new to JDeveloper and OC4J and am trying to configure the new Financial Brokerage Service (IBFBS) sample to run on my system. I followed all of the setup instructions but have had problems getting the application to work. I've worked through a few issues, but I'm stuck on this one. When deploying/running the application to the JDev embedded OC4J an error occurs when trying to auto-create the tables for some of the EJBs. The error messages are all similar to this:
"Auto-creating table: create table UserAccount_file:_M:_Ja_rfpkl9 (accountNumber NUMBER not null primary key, password VARCHAR2(255) null, firstName VARCHAR2(255) null, lastName VARCHAR2(255) null, organization VARCHAR2(255) null, address VARCHAR2(255) null, city VARCHAR2(255) null, state VARCHAR2(255) null, country VARCHAR2(255) null, phone VARCHAR2(255) null, accountBalance FLOAT null, email VARCHAR2(255) null, userType VARCHAR2(255) null, linesPerPage NUMBER null, alertMode VARCHAR2(255) null, mobileEmail VARCHAR2(255) null)

Firstly, regret for the late response.
I guess what you are trying to do is run the Sample from JDeveloper itself. But this cannot be done, you have to deploy the
sample to the embedded OC4J(<JDEV_HOME>/j2ee/home) bundled with JDev and run the sample from embedded OC4J.
Refer to http://otn.oracle.com/sample_code/tutorials/fbs/over/setup.htm and follow the steps to deploy to OC4J.
Curious to know if you were able to run it.

Delete Reversing Journals

Hi Friends,
The users created the Accrual/Deferral documents and also mentioned the dates for the reversal of these journals. However, the reversal entries were passed manually and now the users want to reverse the reversal journals from the list to prevent the automatic reversals.
How could this be done? Would appreciate your help on the same.

There is no deletion for accounting documents, except parked documents.
However, you can delete them from the table, SE16N ==> &SAP_EDIT allows you to edit the table entries. But, I will NOT RECOMMEND this. (Be cautious before doing this kind of activity in production, as the data sits in number of tables)
It is suggested to reverse them.
