Revise Workflow is not allow editing.

Hi,
I Revised a status "Completed" workflow using Revise button, the workflow was copied and status was changed as "In progress" and version no. is also changed from 0 to 1. I try to modify it using Edit Workflow Process, Workflow process Editor was appeared but it does not allow modification and Editor background was displayed in Yellow color. Plz tell me where i can did mistake or tell me how i can overcome this problem. I am using Siebel 8.1 version.

Have you revised the work flow in server tools. what is the project you used for the completed and In progress WF. Both are same? The In progress wf will be not editable only if the used "project" of the work flow is not locked. Please check whether the Project is locked or not.

My Yahoo email account worked just fine on my iPhone 4S for the last 2 months. Then this morning I started receiving the apple.imap.mail,yahoo error. I tried all of the steps above in solving the yahoo email issue including numerous hard re-sets and deletions of my yahoo account settings without any success. So I gave up trying to use the default Yahoo setup option. I added my Yahoo account back as an "other" type email account and then had the option to choose to set it up as a "POP" account instead of an IMAP type. I then just used the server settings recommended from Yahoo Help for a Yahoo Plus Email POP (or just google yahoo plus email pop settings). This works and I am back in business.
I'm not sure if this will work for yahoo mail classic accounts.
Frustrating that this issue seems to have been going on for quite awhile and Apple still as not made any acknowledgement of this issue or proposed a fix for those of us that can not resolve the issue with a reset.

LR will not allow edit in cs4

I recently moved to a new computer with W-7. I installed CS4 and Lr 2.6 fresh on the computer. When I select edit in cs4 from LR I get a message that says cs4 can not be opened. I can open cs4 directly and edit pics but can not save them to LR. I also tried to download LR2.7 and it came in as a separate program called LR2.7-64bit. If I try to open this program I get the same message as above. I still get reminders from LR2.6 to download 2.7 update. To further complicate the issue, I can not open cs4 64 bit at all, only cs4 32 bit. Any body have any ideas. Adobe has been working on this for 2 weeks and can not solve the problem

Charlie, you have been most helpful. I am getting close to a full solution. To answer your last question, no i have no plug-ins installed at this point. I did change the properties settings to allow full control to adminstrators, this was not on for some reason. Now when I use LR 2.6 or 2.7 it will open cs4 64 bit as the default from the edit in... menu. However before the cs4 will open I get a permission request from user account control to allow the program to make changes, when i click yes cs4 opens and works. i have checked all the user account settings and they seem in order and no other program does this. Is there another setting in cs4 that I should look at?
One other interesting fact. I checked to see if the security certificate on cs4 was up to date and it is not. This may be the reason for the permission request. So I went to update cs4 from the help menu and I can not access the adobe site from either 32 or 64 bit cs4, I can from both LR versions.

Spry tabbed panel in editable region will not allow editing

Yesterday I was building a spry tabbed panel onto an existing template I created in an editable region, the whole right column is editable. Today, I get a no editing stop sign instead of a cursor in the whole tabbed panel except the tabs. However, my tabs are labeled correctly, but the panels need additional information added to them. Here is the source code:

There is nothing wrong with the code that you have shown.
I do not use templates, in fact I hate them. I use serverside includes which allows me to update any portion of the site without having to re-upload multiple documents.

I created a new solution in 3.5... Added a Webservice.. then Created a new Workcenter.. However when trying to edit that view in the UI Designer i get

are you facing the same error or an null pointer exception.
In case of MetaDataConnector error as mentioned above this requires an change in system setting. Kindly let me know the external ID of your incident.
In case you have an null pointer exceptin when you try to change an UI to edit mode, then one reason could be, that your ByD password needs to be renewed before you logong to ByD studio. Please logong to ByD frontend with your PDI user. If the PW needs to be renewed, the system will prompt for a new password. AFter changeing the PQ log on to ByD studio again.

IPhoto 9.5.1 not allowing edits to scanned jpeg photos

I am trying to scan some old family photos using my Epson WF-3250, and I want to edit them using iPhoto. They seem to be fine when I open the files in iPhoto (ver. 9.5.1), but when I try to edit them (rotate, crop, etc.), I get the following message. "Image cannot be edited. The original format is not supported"
Seriously? How can a jpeg file not be supported? Is anyone else having this problem? And if so, does anyone have a solution?

Yes - 1200 DPI is too large - that would be a 9,600x 12,000 image - not sure what the limit is (or if there is an exact limit) but that is GIANT!
Even at 800 DPI the image will be 6,400 x 8,000
I normally size scans so I can print 8x10 prints at up to 300 DPI so for an 8x10 image scanning at 300 DPI is all you need (2,400 x 3,000)

Jdev 12.1.3 OAF- MsgBundle warning does not allow edit of BC4J components

Hi,
I have a OAF project in JDev 12.1.3 which has only custom components for an extension to Oracle HRMS. While trying to edit a couple of EO and VOs, I am getting the following message. The rest of the EO/VOs are editable.
Warning: There are java errors for this object. The wizard will be read-only until they are corrected.

I do not have any such a java file in my project directory. The only file in the above common folder is bc4j.xcfg.
There was the following reference to this java in the EO.xml file (not sure where it came from though) and I have tried editing the EO.xml to remove this reference but this has not changed the warning and I am unable to edit the EO and VO using the wizard. Any help is appreciated.

HI Anand,
I have edited the reference to the MsgBundle class in the EO.xml but it has not helped. I then compared the EO.xml to some others and found that this EO.xml had the following extra line in the designtime area. Removing this line did resolve this issue.

But I am still facing the original message when editing the VOs for this EO. The VO.xmls do not have the above line.

Elements 8 not allowing editing a clip

Hi there, I hope someone can help; we have created a simple movie and everything seems to be ok editing clips etc but for some reason we have one footage on the timeline that doesn't allow us to view its properties, we have managed before and added effects etc but now it doesn't allow us (yes we do select the clip)!
Would anyone have any ideas how this has happened and how to rectify the problem?

Can you tell us all about that Clip? The great, free utility, G-SPOT should be able to tell you all about it. Please post a screen-cap from the G-Spot screen, and someone can help you. Also, please post the specs. of one of the Clips that does work, plus your Project's Preset.

Adobe not allowing edits and seems to continue searching for server

Currently running Adobe 10 on a PC and working with a document that is in collaboration with 2 other authors.
The issue I am currently having is that I wish to be able to open the Document, make the necessary edits (and or comments) then save the document. In trying this, in the upper right hand side of the toolbar, the green circle continues to spin and trying to access the server, nor am I able to make the changes to edit and/or save the document. Really feel in ruling out a server issue since it has been behaving this way for 2 weeks. It also keeps prompting me to sign into the document (which I have selected the option to stay "signed-in" and password is correct).
Is there a fix for this or what steps in troubleshooting should I try going forward.

From what you wrote it seems that you are trying to perform a shared review on a PDF rather than having an issue that is exclusive to Adobe Reader / PDF on the local machine.

SQL Developer 3.0 Early : Does not allow edit

Is this a bug or some setting needs to be changed?
I browse to my package, right click on the package and select Edit - however buffer is still un-editable. Tried a number od times with
same result.
This works with previous version.

There is now an "switch to write-mode" button in the top left hand corner next to the pin (looks like a broken pencil). Have you tried that?

White NFC SmartTag does not allow editing

I bought a set of sony smart tags from the official sony retail store
the black one and the yellow one and the purple one are working just fine
the white one however, has a stored event called SONY, and directs me to a youtube video about smart tags, and no matter how much I try I cannot change this
I tried restarting the phone, re-installing the app and even reinstalling the software, I get nothing !! same video same name

I just purchased a few songs from Itunes and could not edit the information in the Get Info section of the file. It's greyed out. Any ideas? Has ITunes changed and no longer allows editing.

Has ITunes changed its editing feature for songs, etc.? I just purchased a few songs and found that I could not edit them using the "Get Info" feature. The information is greyed out and does not allow editing. Among other things, I usually like to eliminate the word "THE" from group names for easier alphabetizing in my library. Thanks for any help.

Even after deleting the material from the activity, the system is giving the following error message

The status of the activity is REL.
One purchase order already created for this WBS element.
The material found deleted from the activity but why it is giving the same message.

Is that material already consumed?
Generally when you try to delete the operation, it also deletes the dependencies of the activity, i.e., it deletes the components associated to that activity, if it is not issued to the order.
Check the details in your system.

The account cannot be validated error was due to a glitch on our activation server that has been fixed now.
Please try using acrobat now and check if you are still facing the problem.

If you only changed the name of your ID rather than creating a new ID, just go to Settins>iCloud and tap Delete Account then sign back in with the new name. (Deleting the account from your phone does not delete it from iCloud. Your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.)
If you created a new ID, you'll have to go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPhone. (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.) After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your other ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.
You won't lose any photos in your camera roll or photo library. If you have any photos in your photo stream that are over 30 days old that are not in your camera roll or saved on your computer, be sure to save these to the camera roll before deleting the account. To do so, open the photo stream album on your iPhone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you need to save to select them, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
