  • Error-For object GL_LOCAL GBU1, number range interval  does not exist

    Hello experts
I attempted to post a JVA cash call in GJ01 and I encountered the following error. It does not state what number range interval is missing and that is my issue. I checked the number range interval for local ranges and it exists, both for years 9999 and 2015.  I have checked the number ranges for each document type to make sure that they exist. I did not receive any conflict in the number ranges assigned to various document types. I had read somewhere that this could be related to non-leading ledgers and I am no FI expert. What could be the problem and how can I resolve this issue?. I am looking for your help and guidance.
    Please see the attached screenshots.
    Thank you.

    Hi Rahul
Thank you for your response and help. I am actually in DEV and although it says something like transporting the interval and making note of any message, the Transport option is greyed.  So, I just executed tcode GB02 and went straight to Interval --> transport.
Even after tcode GB02, Interval --> Transport, I received the same error while trying to post a transaction.

  • Object ROUTING_N number range 01 does not exist

My students all have this error, "Object ROUTING_N number range 01 does not exist", when they create and save routings. I tried to configure it using transaction code OP8B and OP62 as someone else suggested here. However, it still doesn't work. Anyone can help? Thanks a lot!

    It didn't work, either.

  • For object RV_BELEG , number range interval  does not exit

I am receiving this error when trying to generate billing document type L2 for a newly created company code.
Exisiting company codes are generating billing documents so obviously this is to do with a company code related definition.
    Any thouhgts ?
    -Mark

Please check if the error is
"For object RV_BELEG , number range interval does not exit"
"For object RV_BELEG , number range interval <b>10</b> does not exit"
10 used as an example here you may be getting any 2-digit alpha-numeric value in stead of 10.
    Also Check
    If you are using
    Include program : RV60AFZZ
    Routine: USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
If so then for each plant you have assign a number range for each billing type (L2- here).
    Thanks,

  • For Object RV_BELEG, number range SD does not exist

    Dear Gurus,
I have created a sales order VA01 with 1 material, and when I try to print the invoice, I have the following message of error:
'For Object RV_BELEG, number range SD does not exist'
I have checked my output types, they have been rightly assigned to the invoice forms.
OK, so If I have to assign number ranges to sales documents, how can I do that? Do I have to talk to FI guys to?
    Please help.
    Regards
    Christian

Thats SD numbeer range that is missing. Each invoice has two numbers one in SD and one in FI.
Just go to SNRO type RV_BELEG and maintain it (the name of the number range you have in your billing document type setup in spro)

  • Number range 01 does not exist

    Hi Gurus;
I am trying to create a Interest rate instrument with Product type 55G and Transaction type 200. Though the number range is defined in : SPRO  CFM  Basic Functions  SAP Business Partner for Financial Services  General Settings  Business Partner  Basic Settings  Number range and grouping  Define Number Ranges has No. Range as 01 but whenever I am trying to create this instrument for a particular co. code it is throwing an error as "Number range 01 does not exist". Has anybody got any idea for what to do?
    Regards;
    Sumanta

Your error message is related to treasury transaction number and not about business partner number range.  Please check the following path and maintain number range:
    FSCM-TRM-Transaction manager-Money Market-Transaction Management-Transaction types-Define number ranges
    Transaction Code : TAC1.
If this will not solve your error please try to have a look at the detailed error message and get back to the forum.
    thanks,

  • Number range "PO" does not exists *****Classic

    Hi Friends,
We are in SRM 5.5 and classic mode is on and we require backend PO to be created. We have replicated all data from backend and trying to create a PO (ECDP Direct Material) and when we click the create button in 'Process Pur Order' it does not allow to create a PO and gives error "No range PO does not exist". The same error is thrown while we convert an accepted Bid into a PO from Bidding engine. We have made the following settings.
    Classic mode is on.
internal No Range "PO" created in SRM under shopping cart and follow on document.
Defined trnsc type ECDP and assigned this no range PO to it. It is Active.
Defined External no range "PO" in ECC B/E client with matching range. (Marked external)
Defined Doc Type ECDP in ECC and assigned this no range to it.
In SRM under "Define Number Ranges per Backend System for Follow-on Documents" Maintained Log Sys as ECC Backend client and "PO" in PO number range.
Also all relavent attributes are maintained including BSA.
Is there any sttings which are missing how can we locate the problem. Any help in this would be highly appreciated.
Also post this are there any special tips for PO Creation and transfer from Bidding Engine in Classic Mode? where can I find the links?
Answers will be surely rewarded. Thanks
    Hussain

    Hi Guys,
appologies to reply late. Actually the resolution is taken from the SDN itself with little changes.
What we resolved is to fool the system by passing an ACC with a dummy cost centre.
use ECC BADI u2018BBP_BADI_EXTREQ_OUTu2019 to assign a standard ACC but with a dummy cost centre.
the SRM process for direct material is hardcoded hence this converts the direct procurement into indirect. The SRM SHC will contain the cost assignment tab.
Now when you process this document and generate a PO the document type should be ECPO and then it will pick up the number range defined under "Shopping Cart and follow-on documents".
**For a Direct Material system is hardcoded to look for a local number range irrespective of your scenario.
Now while creating a PO from SRM use BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW  to check if the dummy cost centre exists then remove the CC and the ACC before creating the backend PO. The ECC PO will be that of direct material type.
    Thanks
    Hussain

  • Number range does not exist error message while releasing billing document

    Hi,
We are trying to release a billing document to Accounting through VF02. But the system throws an error message that "For object RF_BELEG 1000, number range interval  does not exist FBN1".  Note : System does not specify which number range is missing...
There are existing number range intervals for the company code which looks fine. Any advise where this number ranges are missing.
    Regards,
    Sakthy

    Hi,
I suggest you to check the which document type has assigned for biiling document and against that document type , have to ssign the id for number range and check whethere internal assignment or external assignment.
I hope this will make sense.

When I maintain number range 92 this error goes away. My question is we have no where assigned this number range 92 to any of the Document type then why system is asking to maintain the same?
    Sanjay

    Hi,
You might be using the number range (say 92 which you've created in GL view & not in ENTRY view).
    Steps:
Go to Define Document Number Ranges for Entry View OR use T-code FBN1.   Maintain & Assign two Number Ranges say 91 & 92 one for Document Type AF and another for AE for both the non-leading Ledgers say Y1 & Y2 ( Define Document Type for Entry VIew in a ledger). Also assign a number range to
Document type SX (Closing Posting) apart from the above two Number Ranges (91 & 92)
    Hopefully it works for You............
