RFBILA and KE30 Do Not Tie

Hi,
When I run the RFBILA and KE30 (detailed P&L - GTN) report the variable manufacturing costs, manufacturing variance, revaluation of inventory, purchased finished goods, variable warehousing and freight (everything related to variable costs) do not tie to eachother in the two reports.  What could the reason for this be?  All other P&L elements tie.

Tracy

  • FAGLL03 and FBL5n do not tie

    Hello,
Any help on the following question will be most appreciated. I am looking at an FI document. In FAGLL03, I see a value of $257,656.29 for example, but in FBL5n is see a value of $86,277.20 for example not $257,656.29.
The general ledger view and customer details do not tie. We are on ECC 6.0 using New GL and document splitting is active.

    Hi,
In the general ledger view the documents gets balanced for the profit center wise.
So in your case in general ledger view, the amount 257,656.29 is the balancing figure for profit center 09 (offset of the addition of  665,400.35- and 407,744.06)
And 343,933.49- is for the balancing figure for profit center 10 (offset of the addition of 112,502,411.46 and 112,158,477.97-)
I hope it is clear now to you.

  • CCA and PCA figures not tie-up

We are doing reconciliation between PCA and CCA figures. One thing that i noticed is that in CCA (S_ALR_87013611), there are lot's of columns that represents amounts (sometimes these amount columns varies) and i am bit confused of what columns shall i pick up in order to reconcile with PCA (S_ALR_87013326).
the column amounts that i am referring to in CCA are the following: (Note that there are instances that amount/figures for these columns were different)
    1) Value COCurr
    2) Value ObjCurr
    3) Value TCur
    4) Val. in RC
    5) Var.val.in rep.cur
    6)Vbl.value/Obj.curr
    7)Vbl.Val./CoCrcy
    8)Value Ocur
While in PCA (S_ALR_87013326), there are only two amount columns, which are always equal.
    1) In pctr local curr.
    2) In co. code currency.
Could you please help me to identify what is the correct amount columns in CCA should i use in order to tie-up my figures in PCA?
    Thanks

    Hello Robert,
There should not be a difference. See below:
    1) FI-GL has two currencies
    - Amt in Document Currency and
    - Amt in Co Code Currency
    2) CO-CCA can have three (or 4 in case we have an additional "Reporting Currency") currencies
    - Amt in Document Currency (same as Document Curr in FI-GL)
    - Amt in Object Currency (same as Company Code Currency)
    - Amt in Controlling Area Currency (will be translated at M rate), will be same in case Company Code Currency and Controlling Area Currency are same)
    - Amt in Reporting Currency (depending on what is selected)
    3) EC-PCA can have three currencies
    - Amt in Transaction Currency (in most cases, this is not recorded to facilitate ease in summarization of data in GLPCT, if recorded, same as FI-GL)
    - Amt in Company Code Currency (same as Compnay Code Currency in FI-GL)
    - Amt in Profit Center Local Currency (same as Controlling Area currency in most cases)
Let us take an example as follows:
Transaction / Document Currency - JPY
    Company Code Currency - CAD
    Controlling Area Currency - USD
In GL, JPY and CAD are recorded
In CCA, JPY, CAD and USD are recorded
In PCA, JPY (if allowed), CAD and USD are recorded.
I would assume that your scenario of currencies too is similar. If this is the case, there should not be any difference (hope you are not looking at Variable and Fixed values in CCA, these are of no consequence when you are doing reconciliation). It would be interesting to see if your scenario is different !!
    Hope this helps.

  • Purchasing Data Not Tying Up between BW and R/3.

    Hi,
As a part of our project, we reloaded the all the data related to Purchasing through the extractors
    2LIS_02_SCL
    2LIS_02_ITM
    2LIS_02_HDR
As these were corrupted due to patch application.
We took all the possible care during reloading of all the data from R/3 like locking the user from making any transactions, Deleting the setup tables etc in a step by step process etc.
But however, after the extraction the data is not tying up between R/3 and BW Purchasing ODS.
Is there some thing wrong did we do or How can we get that missing records into BW again.
    Appreciate your help.
    Thanks.

    Hi......
Did u fill the set up table with any selection...........?.....Previously no of records picked was larger than this time........right?..........Hav u checked RSA3 in the source system..........is it showing correct no of records........? if yes............then check the selection tab of the IP..whether u hav maintained any selection there.........
If no..........then......first check the selection in the set up table..............then the function module....which is extracting the data..........u will get the function module in RSA2.........there just double click on the Extractor.........u will get the function module  name........
Anyways.........did u know which records r missed.........then just fill the set up table for those values only.........then do full load......
Anyways,............I think u know the steps in LO Extraction...........still for ur reference..........
    1. Transfer the logistics DataSource for transaction data from Business Content
With the transfer of the DataSource, the associated extraction structure is
also delivered, but the extraction structure is based on LIS communication
structures. Furthermore, based on the extraction structure for the DataSource,
a restructuring table that is used for the initialization and full update to BI
    is generated.
    Naming convention:
    DataSource 2LIS_<Application>_<Event><Suffix>; where <Event> is
    optional
    Examples:
    2LIS_02_HDR: 02 = MM purchasing HDR (u2192 HEADER ) = Document
    header...
    Extraction structure MC<Application><Event/group of
events>0<Suffix>; where MC is derived from the associated communication
    structures and <Suffix> is optional
    Examples:
MC02M_0HDR: Extraction structure for the DataSource 2LIS_02_HDR,
where M_ indicates the group for the events MA (order), MD (delivery
schedule), ME (contact) and MF (request).
    Restructuring table (= setup table) <Extraction structure>SETUP
    Example:
Extraction structure: MC11VA0IT u21D2 Restructuring table:
    MC11VA0ITSETUP
    2. Maintain extraction structure (transaction LBWE)
This means that fields can be added to the extraction structure that is
delivered with the DataSource without modifying anything. On the one
hand, fields from the LIS communication structures that are assigned to the
extraction structure can be used, that means standard fields that SAP has
not selected, and on the other hand, customer fields that were attached to
the LIS communication structures with the append technique can be used.
After the extraction structure is created, it is generated automatically and the
    associated restructuring table is adapted.
    3. Maintain/generate DataSource
In the DataSource maintenance, you can assign the properties Selection,
Hide, Inversion (= Cancellation) and Field Only Known in Customer Exit to
the fields of the extraction structure. After enhancing the extraction structure,
the DataSource always has to be generated again!
    4. Replicate and activate DataSource in SAP BI (=metadata upload)
    5. Maintain Data Target (Data Store Object, InfoCube)
    6. Maintain Transformations between DataSource and Data Target
    7. Create a Data Transfer Process
the Data Transfer Process will be used later to update the data from the PSA
    table into the Data Target.
    8. Set extraction structure for updating to active (transaction LBWE)
In this way, data can be written to the restructuring table or the delta queue
from then on using the extraction structure (see following steps).
    9. Filling the restructuring table/restructure (OLI*BW)
During this process, no documents should be created or changed in the
system! In some applications, it is possible to fill the restructuring table
beforehand in simulation mode. These results are listed in a log (transaction
LBWF). Before filling the restructuring table, you must ensure that the
content of the tables is deleted (transaction LBWG), preventing the table
from being filled multiple times. Once the restructuring tables are filled,
document editing can resume as long as Unserialized V3 Update or Queued
Delta is selected in the next step. Be absolutely sure that no V3 collection
run is started until the next successful posting of an InfoPackage for delta
    initialization (see step 11).
    10. Select update method
    • Unserialized V3 update
    • Queued delta
    • Direct delta
    11. Create an InfoPackage for the DataSource and schedule the Delta
    Initialization in the Scheduler
This updates the BI-relevant data from the restructuring table to the
PSA table. Since the restructuring table is no longer needed after delta
initialization, the content can be deleted (transaction LBWG).
Use the Data Transfer Process created in step 7 to update the data from
the PSA table into the Data Targets. After successful delta initialization,
document editing can resume, as long as the direct delta update method
was selected in step 13. This means that BI-relevant delta data is written
    directly to the delta queue.
    Note:
If the DataSource supports early-delta initialization, the delta data can
be written to the delta queue during delta initialization. This feature is
controlled with an indicator in the Scheduler.
    12. Start V3 collection run (transaction LBWE)
This step is only necessary when the update method unserialized V3 Update
or Queued Delta was selected in step 10. By starting a corresponding job for
an application, the BI-relevant delta data is read from the update tables or
extraction queue and written to the delta queue.
    13. Create an InfoPackage for the DataSource in BI and schedule the Delta
    Update in the Scheduler
The BI-relevant delta data from the delta queue for the DataSource is updated
to the PSA table. Use the Data Transfer Process created in step 7 to update
the data from the PSA table into the Data Targets.
    Hope this helps.......

  • BW report does not tied up with R/3 report

We compared the BW reports with R/3 report and we find difference in some of the cost element in BW is not tied up with some of the cost element in R/3 report.
    For Eg
    Cost element:500600
    BW Amount:6,500
    R/3 Amount:6,500
    Difference:0
    Cost element:500700
    BW Amount:57
    R/3 Amount:77
    Difference:20
    Cost element:600560
    BW Amount:69,700
    R/3 Amount:34,800
    Difference:34,800
In the Above when we compared BW with R/3 report the cost element 500600 is tied up both sides(BW and R/3) but in the 500700 both are not tied up.  again in the 600560 was not tied up. Please advice me in this situation what I have to do.
Is that I need to adjust from the BW side or from R/3 side?. Since its in production I need some expert help to solve this issue.

    hi Taj,
if the same bw report has right figure for nov 2005 then should no inconsistency, what have been changed with your bw report ?
#1 you may try to check more detail on dec 2005 report, if possible to pick in 15 days by 15 days data, then 7 and 8 days, to find out in which day(s) actually the data is incorrect. possible missing documents from r/3 to bw.
#2 any changes with the data staging ? transfer/update rules ? if this case, you may check data in psa for that month if match with r/3 or not, see following doc for how to report from psa for comparison

if match then something wrong with transfer rules onward.

  • FS10N balance not tie with FBl3N line item totals

    Hi
I searched the forum for posting on FS10N and FBL3N incorrect balances and I did not any post appropriate for my issue. Hence I am posting my issue here.
For a particular month, say 072010, FS10N GL balance does not tie with FBL3N line item totals. I am not sure why. In our case, we did not archive any line items and this is not related to year end carry forward. Year beginning GL balances look fine. We dont have any negative postings. Only few GL balances are off. We are using 4.7 version.
Do you know why this inconsistency and how to rectify it? Is there any program which I run apart from Yead End carry forward?
    any ideas really appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hello
    We have already this trouble.
To correct it you need to proceed like this (when NewGL is not activate, with new Gl there is one new programm)
    Without newGL
    - Block account to be posted (transaction FS00 Block for posting in the company view)
    - Delete open item, by using the programm RFSEPA03 (you need to adapt it by a copy because if you don't you can't run it), also this programm will unflag your account in the company view
    - Delete line item by the standrd program RFSEPA04
    - Create the line item by the standard program RFSEPA01
    - if this account is managed by open item, run the programm RFSEPA02 (you need to do the same adjustement of the RFSEPA03)
With NewGL, there is something new. the program RFSEPA02 is linked with a new transaction and you don't have to adjust it FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP. The difference is when you create the open item, you have to define the default profit center and default value depending of the customizing of the leading ledger.
    BBest regards
    Philippe,
    Thanks for the rewards.

  • Lumia 920, Black update, and Internet sharing not ...

I have a pair of Lumia 920s, both the developer edition given out at Microsoft Build 2012.  Both updated to Lumia Black/gddr3 yesterday without any issues, both running on AT&T.
however, on one of them, the Internet Sharing no longer works, while on the other, it still works fine.  I have swapped sim cards, and the problem stays with the one specific phone, and is not tied to the line.
I have reset and wiped the phone, and tried to reconfigure it (including reinstalling the spanish/mexico keyboard, which has solved this problem in the past).
I have checked access point configuration, and both match.  Both are running on LTE.  I'm at a loss how to get it working again, as I've been through everything that I know of to make it work.
    Any thoughts?

I have the same problem only on mobile. Keeps asking to upgrade. Its like the phone doesn't know I have this service. Or the tmo, servers do not know that my account has paid for this. Funny part is,the customer services people say they can see I,have this feature on my acct. Pls jeep me,posted if you get a fix for this

  • How to instantiate App Mod in bean not tied to a specific page or session

I have come to the conclusion that I can't initialize the BC4J framework (e.g. initialize properties for the connection pool) until I create an instance of an App Mod. How can I do this in a static initializer block of a bean that is not tied to any particular page or user session or pageeContext?
I am trying to share the database connection pool across not only app modules but some of our pages that need to connect to the db but do not have app modules on them. But when I try to get the ConnectionPoolManager instance, it fails (UNLESS a page with an App Module on it was loaded first). If I try to get the instance first I get a nullpointer exception. Important note: I am in my own connection wrapper class so I do not have a session or pageContext.
I do this in my static initializer block of my class:
    poolManager = ConnectionPoolManagerFactory.getConnectionPoolManager();
(this throws a null pointer exception)
and I've traced the error to this line in the ConnectionPoolManagerFactory getting null back:
    String s = PropertyMetadata.PN_POOL_MANAGER.getProperty();
I suspect it is because the oracle.jbo.PropertyManager.loadProperties has not been run yet. The javadocs says: "This class is used at
framework initialization time to choose values for the various properties".
    So, my questions are:
    1) If I have to invoke an app mod instance to make this work....What's the simplest way to create an app mod instance from a bean that is
    not tied to a session?
    or 2)
    1) Is there a way that I initialize the framework from my bean without instantiating an app module?

    John,
First of all, thanks for the response. You provided workable answers for both possible approaches and I appreciate that. However, I am having a problem with both due to my unique situation....1) we are using JDeveloper 3.2 which doesn't have the SessionCookie class so while I can get an instance of an App Module, I can't do the next part which apparently is necessary to initialize the framework...2) I tried your other recommendation about calling the System.SetProperty method for the connection pool manager class and it worked!.....however, it instantiates the connection pool with default settings and not with my pool properties in my jboserver.properties file which I need.
    Norm
    Hi,
Please see the discussion thread at:
Re: Maintaining the state between http requests
for more information about using the BC4J connection pool from an external Object.
    So, my questions are:
    1) If I have to invoke an app mod instance to make this work....What's the simplest way to create
an app mod instance from a bean that is not tied to a session?.
You can use the oracle.jbo.common.ampool.PoolMgr directly to find/create a pool. For instance:
    ApplicationPool pool = PoolMgr.getInstance().findPool(
    "Mypackage1ModuleLocal" // pool name
    , "mypackage1" // config package name
    , "Mypackage1ModuleLocal" // config name
    , null); // additional properties
    SessionCookie cookie = pool.createSessionCookie(
    DUMMY_APPLICATION_ID // application id
    , DUMMY_SESSION_ID // session id
    , null); // additional properties
    cookie.useApplicationModule();
    cookie.releaseApplicationModule(
    true // checkin
    , false); // manageState
    pool.removeSessionCookie(cookie);
    or 2)
    1) Is there a way that I initialize the framework from my bean without instantiating an app module?.
Please see the original post referenced above.
    Hope this helps.

  • Copy and paste buffers not working correctly in iOS 8.1m

Both iPads2's in my family arsenal are exhibiting what I believe to be a bug in the iOS8.1 (perhaps corrected by 8.1.1?), in the cut/copy & paste buffer stack.
When invoking the operation to copy and paste data from one application to another, the paste action consistently selects the previous (e.g., stack level 2 rather than 1 or Top) data as what is to be pasted.
In other words, if you have used the copy and paste routine twice, the second pasting will supply one with the paste data from the first operation, rather than the desired data from the second copy and paste operation.
Copy and paste appears to work correctly from within a single application, but consistently fails when copying data from one application to another.
Does anyone know of a work-around for this bug? Is it a bug that others have identified? Is there a new selection filter menu option for copy and paste operations, and what method is used to invoke the menu?
I hope this is addressed soon, as I use Cut/Copy & Paste operations extensively (I've already had Carpal Tunnel Release surgery once and don't relish a repeat performance, no matter how successful the first was in correcting the damage).
Any clues as to what's going on here?
    thanks in advance,
    labernache

All you can do is simply see if iOS 8.1.1 helps you with this. With some people it has, and others it has not. I would also recommend doing a clean install of your system, too.
Follow this procedure for a Troubleshooting Methodology ... basically reset to factory default condition -BUT- be sure to do the following methodically and also to follow the part with Apple Support!
First you want to make sure you have several backups of your data and done with a couple of "different" sources. Be sure to understand what data is backed up and what is NOT on iCloud Backup and iTunes Backup. Use a variety of methods for backup ... you might check into Dropbox, in addition to your Apple options.
Then turn off your desktop anti-virus software when using iTunes for this reset to factory default. After you do that reset, then leave your iPad in its factory default state and see how it operates then. If you encounter any problems in that factory default state, then take it to Apple Support, and let them know that you have just reset it to that state with iTunes and have not put any of your data back on and it is operating in this fashion (whatever the problem is) in that pristine state. Make sure you keep that trouble ticket number, because if it has to be escalated through Apple Support, you're going to find all communications tied in with that number. If the lower level help isn't able to help you, then escalate it to a higher level to examine the problem. Keep at it with that trouble ticket number until Apple Support arrives at a solution to that problem. Be methodical and keep at it.
On the other hand, if everything is okay with the factory default condition, then restore your backup. Some people have discovered that the problem resides in the apps or something in the restored backup. If that's the case, then it's going to be trying and difficult to find out which developer's app is causing you the problem. And ... it's true ... that a developer not following Apple's instructions and guidelines for his app can CAUSE YOU TROUBLE. This kind of thing does happen from developers, especially when a new system upgrade comes out, because some developers ignore what Apple tells them about changes coming, and what they do BREAKS SOMETHING.
This is a troubleshooting methodology that you are going through. See it through to the end.

  • Why does my system currency Aging Summery in my Query  not tie to the BP aging in System Currency

This query works but why does the amount not tie by account in System Currency from the BP. The amounts are off slightly and I am wondering if I am missing something in my query. This same query in local currency ties to the BP but when I did it in USD it does not tie. • Differences in FSV and KE30

    Dear All,
I am getting differences in FSV and COPA - KE30. Even the top-line does not match. I have no unassigned accounts. Can you anyone please let me know.

    Hi,
KE30 -COPA reports get their value from profitability segment docs...which r created during SD and MM processes.  If a direct GL to GL entry is posted then it wont create a profit segment doc.
Now in ur case the FSV and KE30 report r not matching as FSV are reports taking GL totals... and GL totals need nto match with KE30 as there might be some docs with one GL to Gl posting...

    Kiran

  • COPA values mismatch between KE24 and KE30

    Hello,
Background: After recent implementation because of wrong configuration, June and July has wrong COPA values (documents). I have been assigned to reverse these documents and We have been given the documents(with excel file all the values in it) we need to reverse and adjust with new values. I was able to reverse successfully using SCAT(for KE21N). We got exact result what we expected with KE24 report but KE30 is not reflecting same result. However in KE24 report is matching penny by penny after reversal.  We just wanted to know the steps we are following is correct or Is there any other efficient method to resolve this issue. Why KE30 report is not in sync with KE24? Is KE30 is reading from different tables. Please advise ASAP.
    Thanks,
    Pravin & Vishwa

    Hi shivaji,
What is the reason for the difference in the amount. you may have to manually clear the documents using transaction F-03 or F-32 and post the difference manually.

  • I have a new computer and I have not been able to transfer the remaining money on a gift card to i Tunes. It says its been redeemed although my old one says there is $32.00 in it

I have a new computer and iTunes will not recognize my balance on a gift card that appears on my olc computer. How do I transfer it??

You don't need to transfer anything; money isn't kept on the card but rather is tied to the iTunes Store account once you redeem the card. Just log into the iTunes Store using the account ID under which that gift card was redeemed.
    Regards.
