RFQ process depending on the PR total price

Hi experts!
Do you know if it is possible to make thoght SAP standar system the following condition: "any purchase requisition that costs more than $100,000 must go through RFQ process". Or is should have an user exit?

You can use include ZXM02U12 in which you are going to check total value (EBAN-PREIS) of PR. If itu2019s more than $100.000 than force user to create RFQ.

we have a requirement to change the PO Matching level depending on the Total price of the PO. Suppose if the PO total price is less than 5000$ we need to set the PO matching level to 2-WAY and for all other PO's the matchig level should be 3-WAY. POs get created in Core Purchasing through the autocreate process. So, whether it is a PO generated from a Requisition created in iProcurement, or a manually entered PO, you should be able to achieve a solution through personalization of the PO form using the appropriate triggering event. Like I said, you may have to research this option a little bit more in detail.

PO with Total Price amount calculated is incorrect at the time of printing.

I have one PO with Total Price amount calculated is incorrect at the time of printing.
When my user took the first print out the PO shows the incorrect Total amount.
After 10 mins my user taken the printout again,that time it shows the Toatal Price value is correct amount.
How i can analysis this type of BUG..!!!

Hi,
Are you using the standard programm and print form or are you using your own?. Most of the printing issues happens because of own programms. Try with the standard and then you will be able to see why is this happening.

I am installing SQL Server 2012 Developer (from ISO image written on DVD), my machine has Windows 7 (Edit: Windows 7 with service pack 1) on it. This machine already has SQL Express and SQL 2008 R2 Express installed in it.
On running 2012 setup it goes fine from Setup Support Rules to Installation Progress. In Installation Progress after some progress installation fails.

Both the button and the total cost appear to have been removed in the current version of iTunes - I don't have them either and other people have posted about it as well. If your customers complete the FormsCentral Form and order 6 of item 1 at one dollar each and 3 of item 2 at two dollars each, when they press 'Continue to Checkout' button, they are transferred to the PayPal Gateway - which will show the Total to Pay. That's no help for your folks wanting to pay by check. Think you may need another solution. Acrobat won't link directly to a Payment Gateway either, without you doing a bit of JavaScript etc.

In the Transaction: OP5D:
Select PP/QM task lists: operation screens
In the Next Screen all the Fields are arranged in the Alphabetical Order.
For Net Price: Select the Disp. Radiobutton (Display)
For Purcase Infor record: Select the Req Radiobutton ( Required)
Every time the Filed Net Price is for display purpose and Purchase Info Record is a Mandory Field for you.

Line Total depend upon the weight of the Item

Hi Experts,
I need a line total based on the weight and unit price of the quantity not on the quantity.
And If I do the updating at line total value than discount change into negative.
Please do the needful action. How we can accomplished this issue.

example
Quantity 100 Tonne
Unit Price 250 Rs.
Line total 25000 rs
That means it is calculating on weight only.
What you are getting in the line total ?

I'm using SAP2007A PL37, the option "Calculate the row total using the unit price" in Document Settings is no longer available. Is there any updates on this issue?

Hi Marlon,
In 2007A, by default, new database would be created without this
checkbox activated.
However, there is a way to bring this checkbox back to the configuration
screen, even if it is a DB newly created in 2007A. In order to do so it
is necessary to do as follows:
1) Open B1 2007A
2) Go to Help -> Support Desk -> Activation Request
3) Copy the ASCII string that appears in the top textbox ("Customer
Request Code").
4) Open a Support ticket stating that you want the "Calculate Row Total
by Unit Price" checkbox activated for the specified system (Copy the
string in the step 2) into a text file and attach it to the message).
5) VERY IMPORTANT: State in the message also the Business Impact leading to this request. In your case you should just say that your AddOn needs this option changed in order to work correctly.
6) You will receive a reply from B1 Support with a number to be entered
in the "SAP Support Code" textbox in Help -> Support Desk -> Activation
Request
7) Click on OK and the checkbox will be displayed thereafter.

Calculation of total depending upon the quarter selected

Dear All,
User want to see the quarterly total of all the amount.
Key figure struture in report is:-
Quarter
Actual amount
plan amount
variance
This will display the result for every quarter. Now user want to see the quarter total.
I can achieve this by making the property of CALQUARTER to suppress results never. This will give me output at the end of everyquarter. But i have variance field in my report whichi is giving a problem.
Say for 1st three posting period the variance is 100 respectively then the quarterly variace is coming as 300 total. I dont want this . I want to apply formula here.
formula=(( actual variacne - plan variance)/plan variacne)*100.
How can i achieve this in BEx?

variance is a formula.
Quarter object used in hte key figure struture is a characteristics so i can't specify calculate result as total it only applies to key figures. For characteristics there is an option called Normailze to :- 'No normalization, Query result, Overall result, and Resul'. I dont know if we can use any of these???
Suppress results never will automatically take the summation only.

You need to calculate the total in a module of PAI (or PBO) event:
PROCESS PAI.
   LOOP.....
   ENDLOOP.
MODULE CALCULATE_TOTAL.
MODULE CALCULATE_TOTAL.
    GRAND_TOTAL = 0.
     LOOP AT ITAB,
        GRAND_TOTAL = GRAND_TOTAL + ITAB-PWB.
    ENDLOOP.
ENDMODULE.
In this way the grand total will be calculated as soon as the user presses enter or another command.
You can't insert the calculation in the loop of table control, because this loop runs the visible lines only, so it's better to calculate the total out of those loop,

JOIN ON 2 different sets of table depending on the result of first set

I have hard coded the 2 jon sets into one using UNION ALL but if one record exists in both sets how would i diferentiate between the 2 sets.
COUNT(*) will only give the total records.
if there r total 14
suppose first set gives 12 records
second set gives 4 records.
