Rg70se keeps on rebooting, obviously depending on traffic load/connections

hello,
my brand new rg70se wireless router reboots up to 10-15 times / hour, depending on traffic intensity and especially when bittorrent is involved.
"netstat -es" has shown that a reboot occurs at around 100-150 connections. throttling down utorrent to a maximum of 80 connections has brought some relief but when there's additional surfing on both computers going on the reboots keep on coming.
is this normal behaviour, a configuration issue (the router is connected to a dsl-modem via the 'dynamic ip'-setting) or is my device defective?

i reduced the number of maximum connections in my torrent-client even further (to 50) and now it works flawlessly even when all comps are surfing and one is torrenting. the surf computers have about 10 simultaneous connections at any given time ("netstat -es") and torrent a max of 50 so the connections are never more than 80.
seems just like the router is a bit of a weakling :-* . hopefully some future firmware updates will fix this.

MacBook Pro keeps Crashing/Rebooting when Typing

Ever since I installed Mavericks my MacBook Pro keeps crashing/rebooting. It's an early 2012 model machine, and until now has given me no problems at all (except for some odd SafariDAVClient thing that keeps hogging my memory and I have to force close periodically).
The problem is when I am typing a lot (e-mail, or a document) the computer will suddenly freeze momentarilly, then reboot giving me the grey screen with several different languages indicating there was a crash and I need to press any key to continue. I have tried doing a clean re-install of OSX as one discussion thread here suggested to no avail.

Keep needing to reboot ADSL Router to open VPN Connection

I keep needing reboot our ADSL router (Netgear DG834N) in order to open a VPN connection to our server.
I'm pretty sure this has come about since upgrading to 10.5.2
Any ideas what the problem might be?

You don't say if it is PPTP or L2TP.
Depending on model and firmware DG834x has IPSec VPN server capability built-in. Can complicate thing for L2TP "passthrough" (forwarding). Sometimes routers/firewalls without VPN server built-in is
more suitable for L2TP forwarding.
Could be L2TP having problems with UPD port 500 get "stuck" in the modem/router if that is what you use. Otherwise see if there is a firmware revison/update that fix VPN passthrough issuses.
Also getting GRE prtocol through for PPTP forwarding can be tricky. A "VPN-pasthrough" setting, if available, could somtimes fix this.

MacBook pro mid 2012 keeps on rebooting

25th July 2012 I bought a MacBook pro from an apple authorized reseller in new Delhi India .15 August 2012 not even a completed month it has stopped working and keeps on reboot every time I try to start it.I am very much disappointed . I ll never recommend apple to any of my friend. I have already sent my MacBook for repair and they gave me a service report invoice xerox with no repair or Case I'd mentioned in it. When I asked them if it is possible to get my saved data they simply said " no" it's not possible to get ur saved data in ur hard disk . This is my fourth apple product and I am very much disappointed with it. When I asked them to upgrade my os to mountain lion as I suppose to get a claim of it they said " we can tell u how to do it "

Now they say there's some issue with the hard disk and need to replace it but not sure the issue may be with the logiC board too.

2 days old ipad2 keeps on rebooting

i bought an ipad2 two days ago at first it was working accurately and after i drained the factory charge i plugged it in and start charging.... after 4 hours it was almost half full (44%)... and after another hour it was still 44%... so what i did is i unplugged it and plugged it to another power supply... i've waited for another 4 hours for the batterry to get fully surprised but when i checked on my ipad it was just 71% charged so i decided to unplugged it again after that i observed that my ipad2 keeps on rebooting after 5-10 minunets i was so worried because i know there is something wrong with my ipad... please help ive already tried resetting it,,, and it did'nt work...

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
I would suggest to try backing up and doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.
If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)

The first thing that I would try is a reset.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
IF that doesn't stop the rebooting, you should restore the iOS Software. Read this carefully and read to all the way through before proceeding.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
At the very end of the article under "additional information" there is a link to recovery mode. You might need to use that if you cannot restore in the conventional manner.

Droid X keeps freezing & rebooting itself

I just activated my new Droid X 2 days ago & ever since I activated it, It keeps freezing & rebooting itself. I tried removing the battery for 5 minutes & restarting. I also checked for any software updates. I even went as far as doing a complete restore to factory condition, and the problem still exists. It sometimes reboots itself without even touching it! So, yesterday I went to a VZ wireless store after calling support over the phone. The store told me they need to replace it & will ship me a new one. Of course, as usual, they didn't have any in stock. I'll be lucky if I get my replacement by September. Verizon was rushing to get this phone out as soon as possible to go against the iPhone4. Well, next time they should make sure their products are quality controlled & this will be the last time I ever buy a cellphone when its first released. I am sure i'm not the only Droid X user that has the same problem.

This is my third Droid X since last September. The first two just kept rebooting themselves for no reasons. The very first one ramdomly reboots itself in ven when running in safe mode. Yes, you can run Droid X in safe mode just like Windows, in Safe Mode the phone can only be used to make and receive voice calls and text. So it was not a problem with apps. Verizon then sent a CPO to replace it. It behaved the same way as the other one. Verizon then sent a new battery to try fix the problem, that was not the battery. I've tried to wipe the Phone out to factory setting and in the middle of setting up and entering my Google account info, it reset itself. This third one lasts a week so far without rebooting, I keep my fingers crossed though.

Client boots into WinPE but then it will fail and reboot after the step: "Preparing network connections"

I have a new issue with all DPs.
When I pxe boot, it will boot into WinPE but then it will fail and reboot after the step: “Preparing network connections”
I have tried reinstalling the DP and MP. Also redistributing the boot image.
When I press F8 to go into debug mode, ipconfig show me an IP address and I am able to ping my Management point, my DHCP server and also my Distribution point.

Every time a query is sent to the MP, it receives 0x80072ee2 which translates to "The operation timed out". This has nothing to do with your MP or DP though so reinstalling them won't make any difference.
This error is indicative of network issues -- basically, the "client" is not getting a response back in a timely manner (and probably not at all). Assuming the MP is healthy though, then only other piece of the puzzle is the network.
You can try setting the SMSTSAssignmentsDownloadRetry and SMSTSAssignmentsDownloadInterval task sequence variables in the boot image to increase the client's tolerance for latency or other weirdness in the network. This has worked for many.
If that doesn't work, you'll have to break out a sniffer and watch the traffic to see what's going on at a network level.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

That really is not likely since the device would have to have at one time been physically connected and synced to your computer, AND Wi-Fi sync enabled while connected to your library, AND they'd have to be on your Wi-Fi network. Unless you have someone who did all this and lives within Wi-Fi range, and knows your network password, that's not what's happening.
Do you have any auxillary software add-ons to iTunes (e.g. Last.fm scrobbler)? Sometimes those get in the way of shutting iTunes down and it will re-open unless you shut the other software down first.
