RHCP pre-order not available

I have spent all day figuring out who can make trips to see the RHCP concert. This has involved co-ordination of vacation and personal plans of four people. Finally I got it done. I go to the front page of either the iTunes website or the iTunes store. The offer is all over it. I go to the pre-order, click it, and it tells me the item is no longer available.
I am incredibly annoyed at the moment. The site continues to encourage me to buy yet won't let me. I called Apple and they tell me no-one can help at this time. No-one works in iTunes music store sales and tech support is closed.
If this is not resolved I am going to have to apologise to all the people involved for all the time wasted, and I will never buy from iTunes store again.

well its not your fault. dont worry about it, cause even if you DID pre-order it, there was no way you were getting your codes yet. Just read that like 450-post (currently) thread on not getting the codes. I got mine... but apparently I was lucky. Plus, there's a bunch of problems with just getting the album to download period. I FINALLY figured out how to do it but it was goofing up before, and I dunno if the way I did would work for everyone. Anyway, just go out and buy the hardcase cd from the store. Same price, but better cause it's not a scam. You actually get what you pay for. Apple really screwed this one up...

Pre-order not available despite being released????

I pre-ordered the new slipknot album via iTunes Plus yesterday (day before release). I got to download Psychosocial as it had already been released.
It asked me if I wanted auto-download - I said yes...
Now the album has been released and the link I've been given in my iTunes account goes nowhere...
'item you've requested not currently available'
and download purchased songs doesn't work either...
how do I get the pre-ordered version (which apparently had extra tracks - can't check now as it's gone!)... or do I just download the normal one?

Open the iTunes app > More > Purchased > Music
Check your Automatic Download settings here:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores

I'm getting a similar problem with my Macbook Pro. itunes match was working fine until two days ago when i created another 'user id' for the laptop and then an itunes account for that user under their profile. Now i cant turn on itunes match on my itunes under my user account. Contacted Apple today who said to use the Express Lane and email the problem and they might be able to make an 'exception' on the account. Otherwise I'll have to wait 88 days to access a lot of my music on the macbook pro. itunes match is still working on the iphone 4S and ipad2.
Can anyone help? The only thought was too re-stream the laptop. Ive already tried deauthorising the other user but it made no difference.

Taylor Swift 1989 Album Pre-order Not Working

I pre-ordered the 1989 (Deluxe) album by Taylor Swift last month and all the available tracks were downloaded automatically into my iPhone except for "Welcome To New York". It has been 2 days since the track was made available in the iTunes store but when I clicked the album tab, it still remained "Pre-Ordered". In the iTunes Store Charts, the track's tab is "$1.28". What should I do?

Is there any reason to not just complete the album?

Depeche Mode Pre-Order Not Working

My wife pre-ordered Playing the Angel quite some time ago, and it was supposed to come out today. Can anyone tell me why it won't download?

It still shows up as a Pre-order in My Account. I could probably cancel the pre-order and just buy it right off the music store page but:
1) Since the release has actually passed will cancelling the preorder really work at cancelling the charge? I don't want to be charged twice!
2) What was the point of offering a pre-order if they were going to make the music available to everyone else first anyway? Sure, they offered a chance to buy tickets early but they are not coming to where I live. I figured, as a fan, I would show my support for Depeche Mode by pre-ordering and then get the music as soon as it was available. But I guess not....

Pre-Orders Not Downloading?

So last night I pre-ordered the American Idol finale performances. I don't have any e-mails with a receipt for these purchases, and they haven't been downloaded to my iTunes. They are now available for purchase and download, but I'm afraid if I do that then I might end up paying double for these songs. Do I need to wait longer, or did the pro-order not go through?

If you're sure the preorder has been released, try following these steps to fulfill your preorder and then download your album:
1) Open iTunes.
2) From the Store menu at the top, choose View My Account.
2) On the Apple Account Information page, click the Manage Pre-orders button on the right. Then choose to buy (fulfill) and download the album.

Itunes Movie pre-orders - NOT WORKING

I purchased SALT via Pre-order. I was finally able to get it to download, but was charged the full price and not the pre-order price. I also pre-ordered Resident Evil and the links do not work to download my order.
I am able to log into the store and down load other items, so it is not an issue with my account, connection, login, or permissions on my mac.
Any ideas? I see others are having similar issues with other pre-orders as well.

I was having the same problem and only just now I went into iTunes, then the iTunes Store and selected 'Account' in the Quick Links menu on the right-hand side, it popped up and asked me to re-login, so I did and low and behold I got a pop-up message stating that I had pre-orders ready for download and if I wished to download them now to click "Ok", so I did and my stalled pre-orders came to life and started downloading... wish Apple could improve on this but now I'm happier they're downloading

I recently bought the BO3 Pre order and i did not recive the bonus,i thought i may be as i didnt have ps+ so i bought it but still no bonus? I get a email saying the pre order has been confirmed but my wallet smount does not vhange? I have reset my ps4 canceled and re boughtthe pre order but still no Bonis (camo for AW) Please help as sony support are doimg nothing to help!

I've pre-ordered several albums over the last few months and NONE of the pre-orders have worked properly... when songs or even the FULL ALBUMS become available, they won't be added to my library OR my purchased section on iTunes, and I won't be charged, defeating the entire purpose of a pre-order. Pre order not downloaded and says i never purchased it

i pre ordered ed sheeran's album x a few days before it was supposed to be released and each day there was supposed to be a song from that album released so i got one song and i waited and waited for the next songs but none came so i went back to the store and it said that i never purchased the album

Once again, my local best buy has messed up my purchase. Literally every single time I purchase a game they mess something up.
Today, I picked up the Master Chief Collection. I pre-ordered it several weeks ago and put $15 down. After I purchased the game I realized they didn't subtract the pre-order amount from my final purchase. Who do I need to talk to at the store? Is there a store wide manager or something?

Any customer service rep or manager on duty should be able to assist you -- they simply need to void or return your purchase and re-ring it.

Changing phone number on pre-ordered Note 4?

I recently ordered the Note 4 (Sept 26), switching from AT&T. I stupidly did not ask for my old number to be retained and now was hoping there is some way I can still use it. I have checked and it is not being used by anyone. I can not try to switch it myself through our account online since its not showing under our devices until I receive it.

Order not available in ECC6.0 where as the same order is in SAP CRM?

Hi SAP Experts,
I have come up with one issue as follows:
I have changed the sales order in SAP CRM and when i try to open the same document in ECC 6.0 in TCode:VA02,it is directing to logon screen with user ID and Password.When i input my logon details and enter , it is now directing to VA02 screen with error as " sales Document Cannot be blocked" and the error info shows as " document may be archived in CRM".
In VA03 ,i can access the order but in VA02 this problem is occurring.This only one order is having the problem and other orders i can access and change in VA02.
I would appreciate providing the solution.

Hi Succhi,
Since your document is changeable in CRM then report CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS wont fix in this case but just in case you need the report in the future you enter the object ID which you can get in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H and the transaction type. To update the status you uncheck the P_CHECK field as this just runs in test mode to see if the document status needs updating.
The orders have the status I1056 - transfer_failed. If the order have this status we don't delete the csl reference because the order can only changed in the crm system and should be not changed in the r/3 system. Does your document in CRM have this status? If there are no unprocessed queues then you can manually delete the CSL lock in ERP but this should only be an exception and not part of normal processing.
