Right clicking on lion on 2010 MBA vs 2011 MBP

Question

I have the same settings on both of these, yet only on my MPB can I right click using either two fingers or the bottom right section of the trackpad, even though it is to two fingers only and I cannot on MBA.I went to the apple store to check it out, thinking that my MBA was broken, but it turned out that all the computers in the store (including the MBP) could only do the right click that was set in the options.
I guess my question now is, how would I get my MBA to mimic this ability to right click, using both bottom right and two fingers (interachangeable without having to change options everytime), even though normally only one way is allowed at a time (at least for the apple store MBAs and MBPs and my MBA).
Or do I have some Robin WIlliams possessed-bicentennial man computer that I shouldn't let anyone (Apple) touch, since it might destroy the beatiful, fragile miracle that allows me to right click either way, even though it set to 'two fingers' only.
(on the MBP, the ability to click either way extends to the magic trackpad; the Magic TP doesn't magically give that benefit to the MBA unforuntately)

It gives 40-50 gestures you can define on magic mouse, trackpads, magic trackpads....  And you can even make global gestures, or application specific gestures.  For example, I have Safari gestures to open/close tabs, open in new tab, and even 2-finger rotate to reload page.  It's free, so you can try it and see if it will do what you want it to do.
