Ringtones from external sites to itunes? I did it a year ago, but can't anymore!!! HELP!!!
About a year ago I got my iphone, and I had some free ringtones downloaded on my PC. I did some research, and was able to get those ringtones on my phone. I had recenlty downloaded some new ringtones from the same external site, and when I went to try and put them in my itunes I couldn't figure out how and have not been able to find anything to help me. Can anyone assist?
Connect & select iPhone in iTunes Sudebar (iTunes > View > Show Sidebar), in Music tap (right pane top), select Sync Music and the music you want on iPhone then click Apply button (bottom right).

I purchased music from Itunes on a PC several years ago. I am unable to locate my sounds in the ITunes library. Where did my purchased songs go???????? Can I transfer my purchased songs from the PC to my MAC or iPod Shuffle??????? PLEASE HELP!!!

I recieved an ipod 5 for a early christmas present a day ago, I already owned an ipod 4 so i just used my info from that ipod as a back up for my 5g. but now when i try to download music from itunes it says i must use my security questions (which i made over a year ago) I can't remember the answers and i can't get on the email that it sends the reset info to. i don't know what to do and its really frustrating. please help ASAP!
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

Hi i am working on my web site and it appears to have blocked the ip from my server i can't open my web sites and i cant open the server home page but can do this on my iPhone i have trend micro running on 2 other desk tops all from the same router please help maybe its a firewall? Cheers Dave
All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

TV display shows USB cable from apple tv and iTunes logo.

It is possible that you clicked "Block Images" in the right click context menu while trying to save an image.
Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > Content: Load Images: Exceptions

About 1 year ago, I can not access the App Store. The message that appears is: "One Moment Please. Connecting to the iTunes Store. Loading ... " I've tried all the aids presented in this and other forums and nothing solves. iTunes connects normaly...

Does anyone remember the CrossGrade thing that Apple did a few years ago? My understanding is that it brought academic versions of FCP and Studio up to retail versions. Now I'm trying to upgrade to Studio 2 and the guy at the store who initially agreed with me that this is what the program did and then he went in back of the store to do some research and when he came back says that crossgrade only filled out the disks in the set i.e. if you had FCP 4 Academic and did the CrossGrade you would have Studio 1 Academic... If I misunderstood the program I can admit it but I have been under this belief for so long... So the big question is... Does or did the CrossGrade program bring academic software up to retail/ upgradable versions???
The crossgrade only exchanged Power PC versions of FCP/FCS for Universal Binary (Intel compatible) versions. The software on Retail and Academic versions is identical. The difference is in the license -you would need a completely new serial # to go from Academic to Retail.

hello i hav an ipad mini and i was in the middle of the ios 8 update and i held the sleep and home button at the same time to cancel the update and now it wants me to connect to itunes i dont no how to do that can someone pleaze help me?

1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary. -

I really do not think it is the iPad or your network connection. Other users have reported this very same issue. Try this and see if it works for you - it may not work - but it's easy to try - harmless - and it has worked in the past for others.
Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again. -
I have files on iomega zip discs from 10 years ago, but no longer have a zip drive. I can buy one second hand at a reasonable price, but I don't know if it would be compatible with my MacBook pro.
