RLE_DELNOTE

HI:
I've got a problem. I have created a smartforms,when I use the standard program RLE_DELNOTE to print it(a delivery), the standard program doesn't send to smartforms the filled tables.
I can see that the SSF_FIELD_LIST module function is used to indicate which tables will be filled.
Can someone tell me what is the problem?

Problem with standar smartform ( Program RLE_DELNOTE)

Hello everybody.
I´ve made a smartforms for a deliveries. I use the standard program called RLE_DELNOTE. The problem is that the structure IS_DLV_DELNOTE in the smartform is not correctly informed and I just can get the header data and items data are missing.
Could anybody help me??? I´ve read something similar but I couldnt get the solution... If somebody know some sap note I´ll be very happy too!!
PD: Im Spanish and my English is not very good!! Sorry!!

Symptom
You cannot print the order item number for the delivery item using the RLE_DELNOTE print program for printing the delivery note if you start the print or the print preview in Transactions VL02N or VL03N.

Customizing smartform copy interface /SMB40/SDDLN_A print prog RLE_DELNOTE

customized a smartform to pring delivery notes(VL01) by Copying interface from SAP standard form /SMB40/SDDLN_A, and print it with standard print program:RLE_DELNOTE.
but not item information can be displayed.
the procdure:
after enter tcode:vl03,and chose my output type, but in fact only the header information was printed, there is nothing about item information, even i change output type to standard smartform:
1 Print output RLE_DELNOTE ENTRY /SMB40/SDDLN_A
item information still can't be print out,in debug mod i find that: only header data was filled, there is no
item data.
did anyone had met this problem?
is it due to the configuration or the package of smartforms?

RLE_DELNOTE print Origina and Copies

Hi;
I need to print original and N copies (Nast-anzal value) from control program RLE_DELNOTE (ZRLE_DELNOTE), i can´t catch the variable that send to print the smartform N times.
I´m using VL03N tcode.
Any help.

You need to explicitly declare this data to come back from the form GET_DATA:
PERFORM set_print_data_to_read USING    lf_formname
                                 CHANGING ls_print_data_to_read
                                 cf_retcode.

Do this in between the calls to SET_PRINT_DATA_TO_READ and GET_DATA.

Problem with Smart Form ('RLE_DELNOTE')--Please Help

I am facing a problem in the smart form.
So far I am printing certificates (QM module) for the finished goods. i.e. first level batches. Now I should incorporate down level batches info also. i.e. semi finished goods info (second, third... level batches). I am not aware of how to find out the semi finished goods info of a finished good. Each finished good may have one or two levels of semi finished goods....The print program i am using is 'RLE_DELNOTE'.
Can any body suggest me what i have to do?
I have tried with FM 'CHVW_BATCH_WHERE_USED_LIST'. But is of no use.....please tell me...

To check to see if you have an OpenGL problem:
In Photoshop choose Edit - Preferences - Performance.
Is [ ] Use OpenGL Drawing checked?
If so, uncheck it.
Close and restart Photoshop.
Does the problem persist?
If so, you probably can correct it with a video driver update.
Don't forget to go back and re-enable Use OpenGL Drawing.

Right-click on your desktop and choose Screen Resolution.
In the dialog that comes up, choose Advanced settings.
Click the Adapter tab, if it isn't already current.
What Adapter Type is listed? Note the brand and model.

Error in Delivery Note -Smartform

I'm working with Delivery note smartform. I have copied the standard form le_shp_delnote into zle_shp_delnote. When I execute it using VL02N transaction, I am getting the error as ' Output could not be issued'. The form is already configured with standard program 'RLE_DELNOTE' in NACE.Please help me to solve this.

Could you investigate what is written in the output error processing log. You can access the error log in the output issue edit page in VL02N transaction. Let me know what is written in the error log, so that I can be of some help to you.

Hi experts,
I copy one standard Smart forms namely LE_SHP_DELNOTE and did some changes and using NACE transaction i change one output type to that forms. But it gives an error message that 'Output could not be issued'. What is the problems. Pls help me to do.

Have you assigned the Output type, Smartform, Driver program, medium correctly
check the below
DELIVERY NOTE
Output type : LD00
ScriptForm Name : RVDELNOTE
Driver Program Name : RVADDN01
smartform name : LE_SHP_DELNOTE
Smartform Driver Pgm: RLE_DELNOTE
same output type has to be configured in the delivery document with partner, medium etc so that an entry has to be created in NAST table
check them all and see the output

Use the same Driver program RIPROV00 which is used as Script driver program to fire the output from smartforms also
Only thing is little bit you have to modify the program such that it triggers the smartform instead of Script.
I think there is no smartform driver program for this IW21.
see some standard SF driver program like RLE_DELNOTE and
modify it and use it.

How to use processing routine 2 for another smartform in nace

Hi Techies,
I have configured custom smartform ZS1 for standard program RLE_DELNOTE for delivery in nace.
Now I need to configure another smartforms ZS2 for same program.
How to proceed with this?
Due to client constrain, I cannot make changes in ZS1.
If it would be custom program, I can create new Form Routine, and proceed.
But for same form routine, can you suggest differentiation methodology to proceed with processing routine 2:
Program                   RLE_DELNOTE
Form Routine              ENTRY
Smartform Form        ZS2

Hi Tanaya,
You can create a new output type in NACE and get this done. get a copy of existing output and attach your new smart form there. maintain appropriate condition records so that your document will trigger 2 outputs.

How to edit a standard form and print progarm

              I have lot of standard scripts for my works.but it is very tough to change the print progarm according to our own forms.Is there any easy way yo change the print progarm????
and some of the print progarms are not avilable for smarttforms .i am using ECC 6.0
but the smartform is available .when we try to run it it is saying the fm doesnt exists.what i ahev to do?

In most of the cases there is no need to EDIT/Change the Std driver programs.
We just need to copy the std forms/smartforms and need to change them and to asign the same changed forsm to the driver programs.

How to send an ouput as PDF attachment to email

We have a 'Z' output for a delivery document. The output has the standard RLE_DELNOTE driver program and a Zsmart form assigned to it. We need to send the output as an attachment to email. Can some one please adivice how this can be achieved?

Hi,
Plz try following steps.
1. Note the spool request No.
2. In T/code SE38, Enter The programme and execute.
3. In sub Object- Click Documentation and then do debuggung.
4.Enter spool request no and desired location and execute.
5. In ABAP Debugger- Use F8 key.
6. Select the desired location and file name and save.
View the desired output in PDF and can be sent through mail.

JJ Form - Output type issue

Hi Friends,
I've created a JJ Form(Smartform) and it's to be called by material document number thru tcode MB02 or MB90.
For this, My MM consulatnat has also created a new output type in ME-inventory management with my calling print output program 'RLE_DELNOTE' and my form name.
But when calling the output thru Tcode MB02/MB90, the Form is not coming out and it saying output could not be found....and also in log, it says,
Note: Log not from current processing run
Processing log for program RLE_DELNOTE routine ENTRY
There were no deliveries that matched the criteria you specified.
FYI...
If i assign my inventroy management calling program, it says the output could not be found and Processing routine in program ZMMSS0002 does not exist.
(my smartform working fine while executing thru FM)
Pls advise me, where i did the mistake and how to assing my calling print program and form routine.

Hi,
The print program: RLE_DELNOTE which you are refering is the right one? In mysystem it is been assigned to different output types like LD00 etc, which all comes under application V2 which is related to Sales.
Where as Mateial document does not comes under Sales.
Please check with your functional consultant, whether your have assigne the correct program, under correct application type.

Delivery output print preview issue.

While going for the print preview of the outbound delivery by T-code VL71 i am getting the message-->
"Output could not be displayed (it may not be complete)
Message no. VN069"
As i have maintained VV21 & output type in the delivery.
Please help me with the solution.
