RMA request

Hello, (Having difficulties getting through to the help line) Need help to replace the unit. I purchase a WRT350N on 10/11. Installed on 10/14, worked OK until last night 10/16. There was a bit of burning oder from the unit. Now - the wired LAN between PC and router is OK, but the wireless and WAN both no longer work. The only way for me to connect to Internet is to hook up my PC to cable modem directly. I think that I will need an RMA number, and info on how I can return the unit for replacement. Thanks,

    By default any web server can will have a thread pool to handle client req's.
    In your point also heavy burden to server you are telling that depends on this.
    we can configure this min & max size of this thread pool.
    by default it will be 0-1000 for tomcat server.
    I am not sure in which file this configuration will be.
    But I hope in server.xml or some xml file consists this info.
    If You what you can edit accordingly. to overcome your heavy burden to server.

  • RMA request, internet browser closed during process....help ple

    my browser closed after the order had been submitted and during the "thank you" screen, as soon as i had read the terms and instructions on the RMA request on a ZEN 4gb and was clicking "I Agree" or whatever that button says, thats when it closed by mistake. The order still came through, i think, as my account says its processing. but its been over fifteen minutes and no email verification, could this untimely closing (right as i hit the button to accept terms of repair) have caused an error? please help, thank you.

    No, I did not manage to get the RMA number . Basically it froze right before i could get it, right as i clicked the "I Agree" (or whatever its called) button on the "Thank You/Acceptance of Terms" form or whatever they are called. So basically I payed but cannot get what i paid for. To resend it i would have to pay another 25 dollars for labor, which i have paid once; and since its my mom's money, i need to get what i paid for or she will be quite the angry one.
    Do you think i could tell customer support my order number and maybe they can tell me the RMA number phone or email it to me, or resend the order without and additonal charge for me?

    Online RMA request is broken?J I've been trying to get an online RMA submitted and it keeps ending up in an error message--not specified just saying that there's an error and to call customer service, which doesn't help with a **bleep** thing since there's no option for RMA requests in the phone recorded choices. My Zen 32GB purchased is now becoming a negati've experience.
    The player's screen will often boot up looking completely washed out--so overly bright that the blacks are turned into magenta instead. If I put the player into locked mode and then unlock it right away, it fixes the problem, but if I try to lock/unlock it again after that the screen will turn completely white. In fact, any locking/unlocking more than once will turn the screen completely white.
    What can I do at this point? I'm out of options it seems.

    I suggest you get in touch with support via email. They will help set up an RMA for you. If I'm not wrong, you will be given a set of things to fill out and they will just give you the RMA number afterwards.

    Previously I made a threads ( https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=88060.0 ) about my +12V line not displaying correctly and not even being displayed in the BIOS.  After further testing with monitoring software and getting a multimeter I was able to determine that my motherboard is undervolting my +12V and this caused three VGA cards to become damaged and then corrupted.  I'd like to try for a refund or some sort of credit so that I can get something from the Neo4 series.  Or does anyone think I could at least RMA for a board that maybe has better sensors?

    If you think that it can't resolved your problems why don't you tried to RMA it? maybe you'll satisfied with it once you get the replacement. That's only my opinion if still can't get the solution then i'll tried to RMA it.Gd luck.

  • Open RMA Statuses Abap Tables

    I am a .NET programmer and new to SAP system.  Please pardon me if I post this question to the wrong forum.
    Recently, I am assigned a task to build a u201CLIVE DATAu201D report to report open RMA request.  However, through researching, I found that an RMA is just a sale order of different document type.  By looking at the VBAK and VBUK tables, which are the sale order header tables, I found a bunch of statuses.  My problem running into is that I canu2019t seem to figure out what would be the field(s) that indicate an overall status of an RMA.  In my case, I need all open RMAs.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    It would also be very helpful if someone could point out where I should go and learn more about SAP database structures.  How information are stored and organized?  For instance, when looking at an SAP transaction screen, having access to data fields on the front-end, beside hitting F1 to get field's information, which only show the data structure type, how would one go about tracing out to see from which transparent table (physical sap table) that the data are coming from?

    To be honest, I think your answer do address a minimal case; however, on a larger picture of SAP tables structures, I am looking for book, information, and recommendation of where to look when it comes to locating a specific piece of information before I even go and build an abap program to get the data.  Jump in and start programming blindly seem to be the norm here.  It's time consuming.  Beside, you would have to run the code to see if the result is correct.  The separation of concerns seem to be very inefficient in SAP development.  The business logic of data access and controller code seem to be tightly couple.  In Microsoft, I can just run the SQL script in Query analyzer to make sure it works before I employ it into my controller code.  Not to mention the SQVI in SAP is not very good software.  I have to scrap all my work to rebuild a new query on every mistakes.  Just imagine how much time would be wasted.  I still don't understand why SAP is the most expensive piece of software.  May be other software company aren't that good as jacking up their price?

    hello. i have been having major problems with my Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Fatalty soundcard.i have had it since march 2007 and was fine for a couple of months, very pleased with it.?but it has now got to the stage where it will not boot my pc if the card is installed.i have done my best to see it working again. but one moment it will work.?next moment i will turn my pc on. the pc will not post/boot so i have to take the soundcard out in order for the pc to actually boot into windows. i have sent in a RMA request from ebuyer.?but im quite sad that the card is very poorly designed via the pins on the back that connects to the internal dri've bay addon. i believe that the pins are causing the card to not boot the pc. as its very easy for the pins to get bent.?i would love to know if anyone else had or is having a simular problem with this card?i have been looking for a replacement now. and after searching for awhile it would seem they released a Auzentech X-Fi Prelude 7. Sound Card but after checking the card it looks like they still have the poorly designed pins on the back of the card again... [color="#ff0000"]should i wait for a upgrade...     card was faulty ordered a new one while i wait for my RMA. and the new card works fine. soon as i installed perfect.so indeed was a faulty card. and to the question did i install the card properlly... of course i did. otherwise i wouldnt have asked here. anyway. all fixed so far... but problems with my new headset now and the soundcard.

    In order to view the SR and RMA requests for an entire year, you will need to download multiple reports.  You can do this in the PMC scorecard page. There are 2 options to complete this:
    1. Select the Quarter Month from the drop down and download the SR and RMA reports. You will need to select the quarter month option multiple times to receive 4 quarterly reports for each metric.
    2. Select the below option on the bottom of PMC Scorecard
    >  request multiple reports
    To make multiple selections,Ctrl-Click(Win) or  Cmd-Click(mac).
    Select Month(s): and  Select Metric(s):
    The reports will be emailed within 24 hours.  You will need to combine all reports in order to have one year of data.

    hello. I'm a user of MSI product - radeon hd 5970 card.
     today It broke (i think so..) - the system wont start, there are 2 red lights on the back of the card.
     another 5970 card (i have 2 of them) started as usual.. so the motherboard and PSU are ok.
     how could I RMA the product? could anybody check the warranty via the serial number? the problem is - this was a gift for me, so I have no idea I have no idea where and how it could be bought...
    I sent RMA request at support.msi.com 04 aug - but still NO answer yet (after more than a WEEK...). What's next? How could I get warranty support? Thank you.

    I have purchased a "Creative Fatal1ty Professional Series Gaming Headset MKII". There is no sound coming out of the phone (I know the difference between mic and headphones and I am using other headphones).
    When I try to create a RMA request (http://us.creative.com/onlinerma/create.asp), I notice serial number is required.
    The retail package is thrown away. So I cannot find the serial number? Any way to move forward with the replacement request?

    You may want to contact tech support via phone. I think you should be able process RMA as long as you have the proof of purchase.

  • Typical RMA Time Period?

    I RMA'd my MSI Ti4600 a while ago, and I was wondering how long it usually takes before the card is repaired/replaced and sent back.
    Here is my current RMA status:
    1/9/2004 - Your RMA is now in replacement, testing, or repair process.
    1/8/2004 - Your RMA package(s) has arrived and is currently in receiving process.
    01/02/2004 - Your RMA request has been approved.
    It's been like that since... well, the 9th!  Is this typical?  Thanks.  I'm a little impatient to get my card back.

    I can't speak for MSI specifically, but in my experience most companies turnaround time for warranty RMA's is 10 days (best case) AFTER they receive the defective part.  For some companies it's 30 days.  According to your info, MSI received the part on the 8th - turnaround time is after this date - your best bet is to contact them and ask them.
    (and in dealing with some other companies -cough-Nortel-cough-3Com-cough-, it's been up to 3 months!  )

  • GTX 280 - Crashes and RMA - Theories on my life.

    I have a MSI GTX 280 OC purchased in July 08. This is the proverbial third year of warranty where its not so sweet anymore. Recently everytime i start a game, couple of minutes later my screen shows me a multi-colored mosaic and crashes on that screen. The only way to resolve this is pushing the hard off button and restarting.
    I tried re-installing drivers, reloading the OS, reloading the OS on a different hard drive. No luck. Then i put my card into another computer, and that one crashed too in the same way. I put my spare card in my original machine and games work (no longer pretty though). That pretty much concludes the investigation that it is the card that is bad.
    I have opened an RMA request and am currently waiting for an RMA number. I just want to know how badly I am screwed. Also has anyone had this problem before and what do you think I am going to get? A big fat bill which would be better off getting a new card, or a replacement card, or a newer refurb. Just want to know where I am headed.

    Well my Neo4 SLi board isnt working anymore (see https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=82796.new;topicseen#new) and I contacted [email protected] to start an RMA request and got an email, but they are deffering me to either one of their local distributors that I'm no where close to being too. Do I need to contact MSI USA or am I going about this the correct way?
