RMA No: (＊Required key in) < note: if there is a -E on the end leave that part out just the AA0-00000000 type data at the beginning for the number
Barcode No: (if its being a bit awkward on giving you the information with just the RMA number this is for the Serial number of your product)

another way is through the Main registration control panel to monitor the status of your RMA http://register.msi.com.
Note 1: MSI uses DHL typically to ship orders back to customers on Express Delivery
Note 2: This is a USER to User Forum and it is not our Job to check RMA's for you

You probably should give Customer Support a call so they can check into that for you, at least that's what I would do.

what does hang mean in RMA status check? i went to check my RMA status and under testing it said hang. what does this mean?

In the "testing" column, it tells you the outcome of any daignostic tests they ran on your player. It usually says "not tested yet" for a day or so after the package arri'ves.
If it says "hang," they were able to turn your player on but it froze up almost immediately. If it's a software problem, they'll wipe the hard disk and reload a working copy of the firmware. If it's a hardware problem, they'll send you a new or refurbished player of the same model and capacity as yours.

RMA Status Check Quest

Hi guys, I've sent my defecti've zen back and I was just checking the status of this on the creative website. I get the following problem checking the status -
"Unfortunately, a return corresponding to the RMA and telephone numbers you provided could not be located. The telephone number should match the one you provided to Creative Labs when your RMA number was originally issued".
I'm using the correct site

as i li've in the UK. Also my phone number and RMA number are correct, I still have the email I recieved from creative with the RMA number and the email I sent to creative with my phone number in it.
Does anyone know what this means, would it just be that my return hasn't been processed yet or that there may be a problem with the phone number they have for me?

You probably should give Customer Support a call so they can check into that for you, at least that's what I would do.

Can't check my RMA status and Register a product

Today I tried to check my RMA status and register my new motherboard, I found out any sub websites with service.msi.com is all not able to be accessible. Is it just me or everybody?
I'm new to this forum please warn me if I posted this in the wrong section. Thanks a million!

i went to check my RMA status and under testing to show if it was tested or not it said hang. what does hang mean mean?

That is the fault that they found with the unit. Not very descripti've, but it does seem to match the problem listed for listed the RMA. Hanging at the startup screens.

RMA Status confus

Okay, so I had a nice problem with my Zen about 3 weeks after I got it. It just froze one day, so i took out the battery and tried to turn it on again, but the screen just went to a pre-software type loading page that had the basic info on it...like Creative Labs 2004 etc... I called support and the guy told me to start it up in safe mode, but it never worked so i shipped it in with his receipt because it was a gift basically. so now it has been in the factory, or wherever they fix things, and the RMA status says "hang".. does anyone here know what that means. I'm not going to call the support until the 5 day period passes..it's been like 2 days at this point.

Using PO status checks in own program of CO11.

Hi everybody,
I'm currently working on program and I'd like to use the standard status checks sap uses to check the status of a Purchase Order. If you look at the CO11 (confirmations of PO) and you enter a PO which is not released yet, you get an error message. This is one of the checks i'd like to use.
If I look at program SAPLCORU and specific to screen 100 and it's PAI, I see alot of modules that are used to check the status.
Question: is there an easy way to check the status of a PO like in CO11 or do you have to copy all the code that is executed in the mentioned screen/pai?
In case the answer is yes to the easy way, uhm, what IS the easy way then?

Hi Laurens,
in this particular example, there's an even simpler way to check whether a PO is or not released.
Access table EKKO and retrieve field FRGKE. This will give you the release status. If you want to check if this status means "released", access table T16FB with field FRGKE = EKKO-FRGKE. Now, if field T16FB-KZFRE is checked (with an 'X'), then your purchase order is released, and it's unreleased otherwise.

In FF 37.0.1 the plugin status checker is suddenly reporting that my Adobe Reader PDF plugin (11.0.10.32) is out of date & vulnerable.

This wasn't the case when FF first upgarded to 37.0.1 but has changed in the last few days. I've checked for updates using the Adobe Reader console and it confirms that I have the latest version with 11.0.10.32. If I do click on update via the status checker, taking me to to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page, the version offered for Windows Vista is 10.1.4 - surely an older version of what I currently have?
Is this yet another flaw in Firefox's plugin status checker or do I really need to change something?

Hi jonadelman, if you have 10.1.6, you are current. It's just that the plugin checker doesn't know that both 10.1.6 and 11.0.2 are current.

Not sure exactly what is causing it but I doubt that this is an SAP problem.
The error message you are getting has only the word TEST in it and the message number starts with a Z. SAP doesn't start their message numbers with Z. It is used for customer objects. This tells me that the message you are seeing is a custom one someone in your company has created and is causing to display. Chances are it is being used in a user exit as part of development. If this is in your production system, I would say you have a problem as a TEST message like that shouldn't show up. It should either be a real message with additional information or it should have been removed before moving to production.
I would have a developer run this in debug. Chances are you'll find a user exit in use that is causing this.

Status Check on Table of Contents

My status checks work fine for all of my slides, except when I have my "Next" button jump to a slide later down the line. For some reason I'm not getting a checkmark on the TOB for that particular slide.
Also, on that particular slide, the duration will say "1:03" instead of "0.03." 0.03 is what I have allotted according to my slide timeline. So I guess it's taking into account the duration for all of the slides that I'm jumping over. Accessing the slides that I'm jumping over doesn't seem to give me a status check on the slide either.
Has anyone had this problem?

Although, my "Next" buttons are set up that way on each slide (they pause at 1.5 seconds) and they seem to be working fine. It's only when I have the "Next" button jump over slides, for example, slide 8 jumps to slide 21 because slides 9-20 are set up as a Glossary, Examples, Resource Information, etc.
I put buttons on each slide so the student can access the Glossary, Examples, and Resource Information at any time during the training. Then on the TOB, I have these slides turned off so the student only accesses them by clicking the button on the slides.
But I'm open to trying anything so I appreciate your suggestion!

I don't believe the check mark will appear unless the slide plays fully. If you have a button on the slide that is pausing at perhaps 1.5 seconds and the total silde time is perhaps 3 seconds, you are essentially skipping over 1.5 seconds of the slide to visit the linked slide. You might try adjusting the pause point so it's at the end of the slide and see if that improves things. It may and it may not. I'm not certain. But it's worth a try.

Status checks not going away on restart

We are accessing an aggregated project which is simply being hosted on our website, not a formal LMS. When a user completes the project and exits and the next user at the same station accesses the project, the status checks are still in place and, in many cases, the project does not begin at the beginning, but rather in the middle.
I have turned off self paced learning in the skin editor, my project end option is set to Stop Project. Neither has fixed this. I feel looping is not the solution.

Flash cookies are stored in a totally different location to the normal text-based browser cookies.
On a Vista or Win7 machine the location is here: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects
If there are Shared Objects (Flash Cookies) saved on your PC, they'll be inside folders here. You can delete the folders for a given user. Theoretically that should mean they don't have any to interfere with the course playback. Turning on Self-Paced Learning in the Cp TOC settings results in cookies here that enable the Captivate lesson to know which slide the user got up to during their last session. I almost never use Self-Paced Learning because it results in what many users consider unpredictable behaviour, where the course jumps straight to the middle or end of a lesson they've previously viewed.

Continuous "The Software Protection service has completed licensing status check" messages

I have one client machine that gets these messages about 5 separate times when launching a Office 2010 application.
Event ID: 1003 The Software Protection service has completed licensing status check.
From what I've seen this relates to a KMS server activation. We do not use a KMS server, and have a valid MAK activation code that is used throughout the organization. It is valid and I've even used the Volume Activation Management Tool to reinstall the key
to the computer and make sure it is activated. I've also done a repair of office and had no luck. Any ideas?

Result recording(QM) - Status check error

Hi Friends,
I can not perform Result recording(QE01) due to "status Check Error".
Inspection lot was created through GR. And then i tried to do Result recording. But i am getting error "status check error-This function you selected cannotbe carried out".

If no Inspection Plan is found,
1. Inspection Plan is not available. Check in QP03 for the material/plant combination the availability of plan. If not available, create it using QP01.
2. The date of creation of Plan is later that date of creation of Inspection Lot. In this case, in QA02 give the key date as before the date of creation of plan.
Next, you can do the Result Recording (from QA32 screen or use QE51N)
Once all results are entered and saved, the status become INSP.
Now, do the Usage Decision (QA32 / QA11) and here give the acceptace code and post the stock into Unrestricted stock

Why does my Plugin status check does not load but instead it keeps spinning?

I have to update my Adobe shockwave player plugin but I can't do it since my Plugin status check page fails to show my plug ins, instead it just says "Checking with Mozilla on the status of your plugins" forever.

Thanks, I got it updated now but the status check still doesn't want to load. I will keep this as unsolved as long as this problem occurs.
