Inactivate RNIF sender communication channel
Hi All,
For one of my Prod issues ,we need to inactive RNIF sender communication channels, right now the channel in stop state.
Could any one suggest how to inactivate the RNIF cc.In Integration directory there is no option such to inactivate the channel.
Please provide your inputs
Regards,
VidyaHi Bhogaraju,
You dont have that option for RNIF comm. channel. But as an alternative you can stop the comm. channel in Communication cahnnel monitoring which you already doing. Also you can try to schedule your communication channel according to this blog:

5 Sender communication channels and 1 receiver channel
My scenario demands to handle 5 different select queries from single data base.
I need to have 5 sender communication channels for editing an employee and only 1 receiver channel at receiver side and i'm using one common Functional module to handle.
Can i handle the above situation in one single interface??? like having 5 sender communication channel at sender side and 1 receiver communication channel at receiver side??
Thanks
LNlike having 5 sender communication channel at sender side and 1 receiver communication channel at receiver side??
Yes it is possible....if it is not possible for you to combine the query into one.
How is the data to be processed? Is the data pulled by the 5 sender channels, to be merged into one target message? Is yes then you have to make use of a BPM.
If the Data from 5 sender channels will be individually forwarded to the receiver channel then there is no need of a BPM. -
EANCOM message : Separate channel per message sub-version
Hello Experts,
I have the following scenario:
Flow 1 : ORDERS message : Dummy interface ( Sender AS2 channel ) -----> Dummy interface ( Receiver EDISeparator )
Flow 2 : SI_Orders_96AEAN008 ( Sender EDISeparator adapter ) ------------> IDOC ( Receiver IDOC )
Flow 3 :
SI_Orders_96AEAN009 ( Sender EDISeparator adapter ) ------------> IDOC ( Receiver IDOC )
If you see, I need to configure 2 separate receiver communication channels based on message subversion to receiver 2 different messages; one CC for receiving EAN008 type of messages and one CC for receiving EAN009 type of messages. But the sender EDISeperator of type EANCOM does not have option to select the sub-version. Can you please tell how to configure 2 separate receiver channels per message sub-version.
Thanks
SaurabhHi Piyush,
My requirement is :
Interface 1 : EDISeparator Sender Interface ( 96A-EAN008 ) ---> Mapping 1 ---> ZCNOSE_ORDERS.ORDER05
Interface 2 : EDISeparator Sender Interface ( 96A-EAN010 ) ---> Mapping 2 ---> ZCNOSE_ORDERS.ORDER05
There are around 21 GLN's sending messages of type 96A-EAN008 and 60 GLN's sending messages of type 96A-EAN010.
As suggested by you in thread EANCOM message : Separate channel per message sub-version is that we have to use '|' as GLN separator. However since I have many GLN's, the option does not work for my scenario unless I create multiple communication channels with sets of GLN's in each communication channel.
Will you agree that if the sender EDI separator adaptor had an option to choose the messag sub-version of the EANCOM message ( EAN008 / EAN010 ), then it would have been simple for me to create 1 Communicaiton channel such that all the messages of Interface 1 would use Mapping 1 and all the messages of Interface 2 would use Mapping 2 irrespective of any sender GLN.
Thanks

My iPad receives email on the hotel wifi but will not send. The error message reads "user name or password for smpt......is incorrect" but both are correct and unchanged. Restarting iPad did not help.
I did try this too, but when I access my webmail on the iPad, the iPad doesn't allow me to type my message. I am able to enter in the "to" address and the "subject" line, but then the keyboard will not come up for me to type my message. Is there some trick to this? Very frustrating!

MY messages say they aren't sending but my contacts are receiving them ??
Try a "reset" (different from restarting).
Hold down on both the Home AND Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple logo on black screen (about 10 seconds).
When you see the Apple logo on the black screen, let go of both buttons.
Hope this fixes Messages!

I can send, but I can't receive texts messages from just one person.....thanks
Hello railenemarie16, let's solve this mystery together! Have you tried deleting your contact from her device and then re-adding? Also, have her send you a message manually instead of from the saved contact. Did you have an iPhone previously before the Note 3 and used iMessage? Keep us posted!

I was sending text messages this morning but all of a sudden I stopped receiving them. I have found out that I can send them but can't receive them on my mac book or on my wifes mac book, but can receive my messages on the iphone!!! Can anyone help me?
If you're referring to iMessages, then the problem is that Apple is having server issues. If the problems your having are with standard SMS, post back with further details.

WWhy can't I send email but can receive it. I get the message that the server does not allow relay.
Hello kathyfromfalcon,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you are unable to send email but are still receiving email. In this situation, with the relaying denied alert, I would suggest reading over the attached article and working through the steps provided.

[nokia 5310] "1 Message received" .. Missing sende...
When I first got my nokia 5310 I was on the vodafone network
When I received an SMS message it would say
"1 message received
John"
I've moved overseas to a different network and now it always just says
"1 message received"
even though the sender of the message is a national mobile phone & is in my phonebook
Any ideas?You can't send an SMS. However, if the phone (I don't know the 5310) has a note-taking application where you can create text notes/memos, the application might have an option to send the note/memo over Bluetooth. You might also be able to find some Java application to send text messages (still not SMS, technically) over Bluetooth, if the phone doesn't have such a feature built-in.

Sender File Adapter: No Messages
Hi,
I have configured a sender file adapter to read a flat file using file format conversion, in the file poler mode using NFS. I could confirm that the File is being read, and the adapter status from the Adapter framework (is:port/AdapterFramework) indicates the adapter is working fine (Green light, and last message processed at XXX........).
However, I did not find any messages from SXMB_MONI.
Further, I got inot the RWB, and found the following Audit log:
It indicates an error "Transmitting the message to endpoint http://kansbwul01:50000/sap/xi/engine/entry?action=execute using connection AFW failed, due to: Received HTTP response code 404.."
What is the problem, and how can I resolve it?
Thanks

Error in SOAP Sender Communication Channel
Hello Gurus,
I am trying for a SOAP (Axis) -> PI -> IDOC scenario and getting an error while sending message to SOAP Channel.
Message structure used
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<MaterialData>
<field1>value</field1>
more fields
</MaterialData>
Basically a XML message.
I am getting below error message for Axis (channel monitoring):
MP: exception caught with cause org.xml.sax.SAXException: Bad envelope tag: MaterialData
Can you please let me know what should be the message format when testing Axis? I do not intend to use any SOAP envelope.
I have already referred: Re: SAP PI 7.0 Receiver SOAP Axis (Bad envelope tag: html)
Please help.
Thank you!Hello,
Can you please let me know what should be the message format when testing Axis? I do not intend to use any SOAP envelope.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you will only be able to plain message to the Axis sender when using REST. See SAP Note 1039369 FAQ XI Axis Adapter, under Sender Adapter General Question 35.
35. Can I post a plain no-soap request (REST) to the sender adapter servlet?
Yes. You need to include a query parameter rest in the request URL, as http://host:port/XIAxisAdapter/MessageServlet?...&rest. For the availability of this feature, refer to Note 1448849.
All the other messages require a SOAP Envelope.
Hope this helps,

AS2 sender communication channel
Hi All,
I have one As2 to proxy scenario, using AS2 sender adapter,PI will be receiving flat file from party and I am performing content conversion in sender As2 channel, there is no mapping involved, and PI is sending this data to SAP system via proxy using integrated configuration.
I have used 2 parties, one sender and one receiver, used 2 business components corresponding to each and one SAP system BC.I have mentioned AS2 ids in both the parties, and did the header mapping for receiver in integrated configuration ->Outbound processing tab.
Now when the file is pushed from AS2 server, there is no log in sender channel monitoring, means the file is not getting picked up from the AS2 server at all.
Can anyone please provide inputs how can we debug this problem.
Thanks,
RuchiHi,
If you are using Seeburger AS2 adapter, then:
1. Check if the URL http://XXXXX:50000/SeeburgerAS2/AS2Server is up. It should show-"405 Method Not Allowed "
2. Check for AS2 messages in Seeburger workbench message-MessageIdStore Monitor
Thanks

In the last two lines we can see that SAP XI do a connection to TIBCO and is getting an unknown error, even in debug (note 856346) I cannot get any information.
Actually we are running SAP XI 3.0 SP21, but this was working fine in SAP XI 3.0 SP17. We have more than 100 Communication Channels working fine and only is having this strange behavior.
BTW if we put manually information in TIBCO QUEUE it works fine, but automatically doesn't pick the message.
ThanksHI,
As per the trace details given please consider few of the below options....
What do u see in adapter monitoring tool for JMS adapter?
http://hostname:5XX00/mdt/amtServlet
Did you follow the document on correlation of JMS messages?
In communication channel You have to set
Correlation ID -> XI conversationID
XI message ID->GUID
XI Conversation ID -> JMS correlation ID.
Now in the custom J2EE application you should set
jmscorrelationid of message before sending in to queue to jms correlation id of message before receiving from the queue.
This thread deals with the issue..
JMS Queue monitoring
Check if the JMS Sender adapter EOIO is with serialized messages

Ok now I get your requirement.
you cant achieve this - how one receiver channel can put in two location if you dont have a dynamic configuration defined i.e Adapter specific attributes.
easy way - involve IR mapping
else
have a adapter module to define your dynamic configuration.
Ref: /people/daniel.graversen/blog/2006/10/05/dynamic-configuration-in-adapter-modules & /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2006/10/09/xi-dynamic-configuration-in-adapter-modules--one-step-further
Set the dynamic directory/file name etc for your receiver adapter.
