Hola No tenías el programa buscar mi iPhone instalado pero eso no importa porque ese programa se utiliza para rastrear otros dispositivos.
Lo importante es que tuvieras activada la función Buscar mi iPhone dentro de los ajustes de iCloud. Si esta función estaba activada, puedes entrar en iCloud.com con una computadora o en el programa buscar mi iPhone en algún dispositivo que lo tenga instalado, introducir tu ID de Apple y tu contraseña y darle a buscar mi iPhone y entonces a dispositivos.
Aparecerá tu iPhone si tenías la mencionada función activada dentro de los ajustes de iCloud. Si ves un punto verde es que tu Iphone está conectado a Internet y verás su localización. Si ves un punto gris es que tu iPhone no está conectado a Internet en ese momento.
Desde ahí verás el menu de opciones que está función te brinda, ponerle un codigo de acceso a tu telefono, ponerle un mensaje de que te manden un email o te llamen por telefono, y como última opción, borrarlo para que quien lo tenga no pueda acceder a tu información.
Una vez borrado ya no podrás rastrearlo ni ver su localización, pero al menos te quedan dos consuelos: 1. que tu información no la podrán ver y 2. que nadie que no tenga tu iD de Apple y tu contraseña podrán activar el telefono. Para esto último es importante que no elimines el dispositivo de tu ID de Apple.
Espero que si tengas activada la función en iCloud. Si no es así, me temo que no podrás hacer nada ni para rastrear el telefono ni para bloquearlo ni borrarlo.

Robo Help Server 8 Publishing files to wrong location

Hi
I have recently installed a trail verstion of Robo Help 8 server. All appears to be ok with the install I can access the website and log into the admin portal etc... The only diffrence from the default install is that I have configured tomcat to use port 80 rather than 8080.
However I am having a problem whenever i try to publish a help file from Robo Help 8, I input all of the details of the server <Server IP>/robohelp/server
put in the default admin username and password and select the general area to publish the help file to. All of the files appear to publish ok from Robo Help 8 and no errors are receved.
When I log onto the admin portal of the website the there is nothing displayed in the projects window. I have check the local disk of there server were robo help is installed and i think the problem may be that the server is putting the files in the wrong location.
I can see that a folder has been created in the following location
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp Server 8\robo\server\general\projects\TestProject
with the following folders within it
resource
webhelp_skin_files
whdata
whxdata
However none of these folders contain any data.
All of the files apper to be uploading to C:\ not the above directory wich is what i would expect.
If a copy the files that have been uploaded to C:\ to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp Server 8\robo\server\general\projects\TestProject and restart the tomcat service the project then shows in the project window. However when i click view project all i get is a blank screen. I have searched the forum but cannot find anyone having a similar issue.
Any help would be gratley appriciated.

I understand that the message gives that Firefox does not support the printer giving issues as well as Robo Form is not filling in forms for Firefox.
Please consider the troubleshooting steps suggested:

As for the addon/extension I can recommend trying Safe Mode to see if there is an issue with one of the add ons, or disable each of the extensions to troubleshoot what might be interacting with this feature.

Robo v9 Show/Hide without Twisties - One button no longer working

Hey there, as stated I am using Robo v9 with Show/Hide without Twisties (One button) with javascipts. We have most of our images using DHTML drop-downs and when folks click on "Show All Images" on the page, the GIF changes to "Hide All Images" and all drop-downs (our images) and expanding text are diaplayed.
It had been working all the time, but now it only works when I right click the topic in the TOC and choose "Edit Topic", then while in the Edit Window (Display view), when I do a View (Ctrl-W) and it displays the page within RoboHelp..I can click the "Show All Images" and it works like it always had. BUT, if that page is not in the Edit Window, and I right click "Preview Topic", the click "Show All Images" (or on the DHTML dropdown itself) it will NOT show the images, *but the GIF image does properly toggle to "Hide All Images" (and if I do again, then it properly toggles to the "Show All Images" GIF, if I do it again), but now NO images are getting displayed for some reason. It also NEVER works properly when I publish to our website (even when clicking the DHTML dropdown itself), but the GIF images toggle properly.
If I right click and choose "Preview Topic" and click "View With" and use Internet Explorer 8 it still never works anymore, unless the topic is in the Edit Window (Display View), so I know the issue is not on the server. It stops working after I do a generate and run on my pc. Also when I view it IE8 within Robo (and Allow the Blocked Content to run the scripts), many instances of the same error is shown as:

I have a much older backup when restored, it all works properly again in all cases, but I have done so much work since then that I think would need to be manually redone. I have played with keeping those some javascipts alone (in case I changed something) and updated the rest of the data files I had added, deleted the .CPD file, but it somehow stops working again, probably with some updated file. I am not sure what specific files could be causing the negative impact that is preventing it from working. Maybe if I knew what files could impact, I couldrestore those from my old backup. The newer backups when restored do not work properly, so there was a point in time where something changed and is causing this.
All prior versions of RoboHelp (v7 and v8) have always worked and still do. I am using v9.0.1.262, as the latest version has not yet been allowed on our pcs (per security), but since my earlier backup works, I thought it may not be the issue, but wanted to tell you anyway. ;->
Any ideas on how I should proceed? What files may have impact to cause it not to work anymore? The showhide.js is the only .js to show up as a baggage file. Also, the DHTML line does exits in each html page's code, as we are still using Robo v7 as the production software and the Show/Hide always works, and I copy them into the respective Robo v9 folders (and if new, then I copy them, then import them), otherwise the newer v7 updated pages are copied over the older v9 html files while RoboHelp is closed.

I may have figured out what to fix to get v9 back to working on the Show/Hide button, but not the "why?" .
It looks to all be dealing with the Robo automatic html coding of where to locate the .js file(s)...here is a quick overview of this issue and what I did. When I view the non-working pages within Internet Explorer 8 within Robo (and Allow the Blocked Content to run the scripts), I saw many instances of the same error is shown as this in the log, which implied since I *do* have access rights, maybe the file was just not being found.

OK, here are my findings. EXAMPLE #1 and EXAMPLE #2 below are excerpts of the same file. EXAMPLE #1 is from Robo v7 and is copied to the v9 folder after it was updated so our soon to be "production" webhelp will be from Robo v9 (instead of making the same manual updates in Robo v9 as in Robo v7, I copy the updated the .html file to the Robo v9 file system). Note the direction of the directory slashes of the java scripts listed below, as they are all DOS type slashes (back slashes), EXCEPT for ehlpdhtm.js as it is the ONLY one using UNIX (forward) slashes.

BUT since all .js files are referenced in EXAMPLE #1 have DOS slashes (back slashes), EXCEPT for the ehlpdhtm.js, I decided to change the line in ehlpdhtm.js FROM src="../../ehlpdhtm.js" TO src="..\..\ehlpdhtm.js" and IT (this one page) BEGAN WORKING AGAIN after I published. So having all DOS back slashes DOES work in Robo v9!!!! BUT it appears that Robo v9 only generates new pages using UNIX (forward) slashes in ALL coding. I've read about issues like this occurring with the FireFox browser, but we only use IE8, and have not read anything like this related to IE8 issues.
So if all UNIX forward slashes and all DOS back slashes can work in Robo v9 in finding and using ehlpdhtm.js, (the Show/Hide buttons function properly) why is this problem existing in Robo v9 when there are mixed "slashes" (using forward and backward)? ...and the mixed slashes ALWAYS works in Robo v7! They do not have to all be in the same direction in Robo v7 as it appears to have to be in the newer/more advanced Robo v9. Why does it matter that all slashes need to be all the same direction, if Robo v9 CAN actually read and figure out the DOS back slashes (formatted by Robo v7 creation) and actually generates UNIX forward slashes for the .js files in new Robo v9 output within the .html?
More importantly will I have to always do a Global search and replace in Robo v9 to change the direction of the "back slashes" when I copy updated Robo v7 .html files into the Robo v9 folders (instead of manually reworking each change), while in transition from v7 to v9?

Robo form 6.10.2 no longer works with FF4, It shows that the plugin is installed.

I just installed FireFox 4 RC1. Robo Form worked great with FF 3.6 A button that says RoboForm tool bar is on browser. When you press the button all it does is open another browser window with the same page that you are on.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any Ideas?

Siber Systems has chosen not to support V6 under Firefox 4. They want you to buy the program again even if they told you you'd get upgrades for life when purchasing Roboform Pro. There is a workaround posted on the internet.

1. Numbered list item Install Roboform 7.2.7
2. Numbered list item Copy folder "c:\Program Files\Siber Systems\AI RoboForm\Firefox\"
3. Numbered list item Install Roboform 6.10.2 -dont untick option to install adapter for firefox
4. Numbered list item Replace "c:\Program Files\Siber Systems\AI RoboForm\Firefox\" with your copy from 7.2.7 version
now u should have working 6.10.2 roboform with latest adapter from 7.2.7
If toolbar didnt appear right away after restart, remove Roboform toolbar extention from add-ons.

ROBO 8 (Adobe RoboHelp 8 HTML has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I am really getting frustrated with RoboHelp 8 (HTML). It will work for a day or two then when I try to open it, it will not open and give the message above. I have to unzip a copy and it will let me open it. I can work for awhile and then it will give that message and I loose what I have worked on since the last time I closed it and zipped it. I am tired of zipping it several times a day. I am wasting a lot of time doing this. What needs to be done to fix this problem for good?

1] Have you applied the two patches that have been released? Yes. However after I applied them, it would not allow me to even open any ROBO project. I uninstalled them and then ROBO worked fine for a couple of weeks, then started giving me same problem as before which is it would not open and gave me the message above.
2] Is it also one or a number of specific topics? It would not even allow me to open that project. I had to unzip a copy and then I could open that one until it got corrupt.
3] Is it a specific action? Opening project using ROBO or going into the folder and opening it with the xpj file.
4] Is your project on a network drive? No. It is on my desktop.
5] Have you tried renaming the CPD file? - See Opening RH Projects on my site. Yes. That did not work either. It still would not open.
I just downloaded the patches again. I just opened the project that I was working on yesterday afternoon. That one had not crashed yet. I will let you know if I have anymore problems with it.

One of the folders of Robo Help Project Manager is listed twice in Windows Explorer.

One of the folders of Robo Help Project Manager is listed twice in Windows Explorer. One has all the subfolders and topics of it and the other has all the subfolders but not the topics. How did I get into this kind of situation? Why do I have two folders? Can somebody please answer on this?
Since my RH project is attached to Visual Source Safe (VSS), the same structure is mirroring in VSS.

After reviewing the image I see that what you might think are two of the same folder are two different folders similar in name.
One is named Advanced_Functionality. The other is named Advanced_Funtionality (note the missing C).
I'm assuming this is the folder you are referring to?

How to make Robo list style link to Word style?

I am using RoboHelp 8. When creating printed documentation, I have found that my RoboHelp list styles do not appear in the Print Document Appearance dialog when I am trying to link Robo styles to styles in my Word template, so I am not able to link them to styles in Word. All list styles come across in Word as Normal, although oddly their bullets and numbers appear correctly.
Is there any way to link Robo's list styles to Word's list styles?

Trying to publish old X5 webhelp pro project using Robo 6

I apologize immediately for this being confusing....Have to provide a bit of background b4 I get to the "roboengine" part of my question.
First - I inherited an old X5 Webhelp Pro help project (CSH) that was published with a web app developed with .NET. The app is still in use but the help hadn't been updated in 2+ years. Without going in to all the "why"s, here is the bottom line.
The old x5 project has been opened in Robo 7 but since then, worked on in Robo 6. Just the usual assortment of content edits, a new template, and such.
All seemed fine until the project started hanging up on me to the point where I could no longer even work on it. Literally, I try to edit one topic and it hangs. Have tried creating new project and reimporting files and some other things with no luck.
So..being up against an immediate and immoveable deadine, I downloaded a trial version of Robo 8 to see if the version issues might be the problem. Project stoped hanging BUT.... now I can't publish using the old publish info. New server, new security , new policies in place. Thought we could just copy the updated files to the existing network folders/structure (where the help was served up from 2 years ago and still should be.) Deleted the old files, kept the folders, and copied the new stuff into the existing folders. Now when we click the CSH help button from the web app here's the message we see:
CONGRATULATIONS! The RoboEngine .NET has been successfully created. To get started using RoboEngine you need to publish a project.
I don't even know where to start troubleshooting this. Don't know what version of roboengine is out there or where it is. . Anyone have any jumping off points for me? Other than the nearest tall bridge... :-)

At this point continuing to use Robo 8 is not ideal as there is no quick way for me to get a non-trial version of it or of Server 8 (big corporate procurement rolls slowly and they are still on 6 here I believe). I can try creating another new project with 6 and importing the topics a few at a time. If that does work and I can gen webhelp output (don't think i need pro anyway as i don't care about feedback reports and such), should I then be able to just copy those output files over to the existing network folder structure (where the old help files currently resided)? Assuming whatever X5 engine I have works with 6 output...
FYI this thing is in Production as of 6am this morning with broken help. If I move quickly I can get the fix into a patch release very soon. Just saying that b/c clearly I need to do whatever I can get done the fastest that works. I've considered generating the whole thing to Word output and importing from that using my Robo 6 but assume that will leave a bigger more time consuming mess to sort out. But maybe not...I dunno.

Robo 8 Topic files not displaying in project manager

I am working on a project upgrade and have made new topics in Robo 8 project. When I view the topic files for a particular folder in the Project Manager view only 1/2 of my topics are displayed.. When I look in the folder (behind the scenes), all my topics are there, just not displayed in the Project Manager. What do I need to do? Thanks!.

I have a project that I tested with RH 8.0.2.208 using the following steps/results.
October 5, 2009 – last date the project was modified – based on the modified date of *.htm files and *.xpj file.
Copied the project.
Opened the copy using *.xpj.
Broken links exist.
Opened a 10-5-2009 copy of the actual HTML help file. Checked one broken link topic. The topic exists in the output and looks correct.
Copied the project again.
Deleted *.cpd.
Open the new copy using *.xpj.
Broken links exist.
Generated (HTML) primary output.
Checked one broken link topic (same as above). Topic content exists, but the screen captures in the topic do not. A red x appears in place of the screen captures.
I do not know how to uninstall only the patch. I looked at Add or Remove programs, and I do not see a stand alone entry for the patch.
To uninstall the patch, do I have to completely uninstall RH 8.0.2 and reinstall the older version fresh? That seems like a major bother. An uninstall and fresh install of the earlier version will likely eliminate some styles and other settings that I have saved.
Is there a way to uninstall just the patch?
As an alternative to uninstalling 8.0.2, I opened a fresh copy of the project (last modified 10-5-2009) on a machine with RH 8.0.203 installed, i.e., a machine without the patches installed.
There were no problem with the project, i.e., no broken links.

Firefox 4 does not function with Robo Form. This is a must program for me. Do I need to go back to using IE?

I downloaded and installed Firefox 4. While many new features are excellent, Firefox no longer recognizes or accepts Robo Form Software. This is a must program for me.

The roboform-firefox-3-4-frozen.xpi adaptor does not work for firefox 4.0 final release if you have roboform 6.x.
To continuate to use roboform 6.x you will have to downgrade firefox to version 3.6.
To use firefox 4.0 you need roboform 7.x.
Roboform promissed "for life" upgrades, but they failed. Now they want you buying the upgrade to version 7.

CiscoWorks LMS 4.0 No muestra los dispositivos

Buenas.
Tengo el CiscoWorks LMS 4.0, y de un momento a otro me dejo de mostrar los dispositivos que me habia reconocido, hice de todo y nada, por ultimo desinstale e instale nuevamente y lo mismo, me reconoce los dispositivos pero no me los muestra.
Quien me puede guiar para saber que problema estoy experimentando.

Si antes me mostraba en el inventario todo los dispositivos y en la opcion de monitor igualmente, pero cuando trataba de hacer una modificacion en la parte de configuracion no me desplegaba los dispositivo. Como tenia este problema lo que hice fue instalar nuevamente la aplicaciones, hice en descubrimiento me reconoce los dispositivo pero ahora no me muestra nada en inventario al igual que en la opcion de monitor.
Siempre he trabajado con la verison LMS 4.

Mapping External Header File in Robo 8 AIRHelp

This is embarrassingly simple, but here's the thing: I can't seem to get RoboHelp 8 to recognize a map file I've created. A clever developer has devised a way to use the .h file "outside" of our application, so it doesn't have to be bound in every time it's updated; you just replace the .h with a new one. I generate the .h file from a spreadsheet listing our classnames (dialogs, mostly), and "import" it to the Map section in Robo. I then place a copy of it in the target directory. Theoretically, it should match up - they are identical. But no; the topic mapping is not found (clever debugging code checks for this, and puts the offending string in the Clipboard). So far as I can tell, somehow, Robo is not recognizing my .h file. We have about 400 topics to link. Any ideas?
