Roboform have made a marketing decision to only make version 7 of their toolbar compatible with Firefox 4, and you need to pay to get the upgrade.
A free alternative is the LastPass Password Manager - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager

Juno does not work with the latest version of firefox Why?
I would love to install the latest version of Firefox, but when I attempted to It indicated that It was not compatible with my Juno email service, why don't you guys ever include Juno when you do updates? Very frustrating as now my browser experience feels like my computer is dead. I finally gave up and installed Safari which is working at lightning speed. Don't suggest IE as I hate all Microsoft products,they are even worse at not testing things.

Buttons are not woking in the latest version of Firefox. Buttons working till firefox 3.6
I am using a older version of web application Ariba Buyer 8.1. It is a e procurement application. In the latest version of firefox i am unable to click buttons. But it works in firefox 3.6. We have some more application with this issue. can you fix this in the upcoming latest version of firefox.

I upgraded FireFox. My virusscanner TrendMicro complained it was nog compatible with this version.
So I desinstalled FireFox.
Do you know a solution?

There are a lot of benefits to running the latest version of Firefox. You might want to consider running the older version on [http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable/localization#legacy36 a USB Stick with PortableApps]. That way you'll still be able to run the latest version for your day to day activities. You could also try the workaround in [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-incorrectly-report-firefox-outdated-or-in this article].
If you still want to roll back to a previous version of Firefox, just take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Installing a previous version of Firefox]].

Everything was fine until firefox automatically installed the newest version and it wasn't compatible with my version of mac. Normally it just reverts to the version I was using but this time the download of the old version disappeared from my desktop

In gmail I enabled insert images. I can now copy/paste an image....but not a screen capture. I'm using the same process to capture the screen shot and paste as I do in Word. It works on one computer...but not another.
Move the cursor to the very top of the screen, maybe push up a bit. The main menubar should then appear. All the way to the right should be a bright blue icon - click it, and the Safari window should revert to 'normal' size.
Pressing Command-Control-F should accomplish the same thing.
Once it is back to normal size, click and hold on the top portion of the Safari window and drag to left or right to place it where you want it to be. Once you leave it there, the next time you open Safari it should open its window in normal size at that place.
If you need to re-size the window a bit, you can click-and-hold on the bottom-right corner of the window and drag to resize it. -
My Google toolbar was deleted when I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. It will not re-load because it is not compatible. Is this problem with Google or with Firefox? Will it be fixed soon, or will I have to go back to Internet Explorer?

When are you going to make GOOGLE TOOLBAR compatible with the latest version of firefox, i will not update to version 8 until its compatibleIt's not going to happen. Google announced withdrawal of their Google Toolbar.

I downloaded Firefox Setup 8.0.1.exe from the website to my desktop and opened it as an administrator. The available choice (once opened) was to upgrade. When the process was complete my version of Firefox was identified as 8.0.1 but the main screen still said - "You're not on the latest version of Firefox. Upgrade today to get the best of the Web!"

We have the latest version of firefox. downloaded gamers unit snag bar, but we cannot get it up as a toolbar or on toolbar. It shows under add-ons under the firefox drop down but does not reflect under toolbar bookmarks. how do we resolve?

I am hesitant to install the latest version of firefox because when I updated previously it was not compatible with Roboform, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the older version that I was using so that I could use Roboform. Has anything changed with the compatibility issue?

Not unusual but when I go to the update site it searches for a minute and then tells me that I have the current version of the software.If you use the www.google.com/firefox site as home page that previous Firefox 3 versions use as the home page then you can ignore the message about not using the latest Firefox version on that page.<br />

Current Firefox 4+ versions no longer use that Google website as the home page, but use the build-in about:home page as the home page.<br />
Google assumes that you use an older Firefox version if you still visit that site and warns you that you use an older Firefox version and suggests to update.<br />
You can use another page as the home page like about:home or www.google.com or www.google.com/ig (iGoogle).<br />
