Robohelp 9 WebHelp does not display in Google Chrome. Help!

This may have already been answered, but WebHelp will not display at all on my Google chrome browser. I have RoboHelp 9, and using Google Chrome v.13.0.782.112.m. I checked my other browser, IE8, and WebHelp displays perfectly on there. Any suggestions?

  • Webhelp TOC and Contents not displayed in Google Chrome

    Hello All,
I recently tried to view webhelp (generated using Robohelp 7.0) in Google chrome. But chrome displays only the first topic of the web help and does not display the TOC of the help. Can any one please help me in why this is happening.
PS: I am viewing the online help from a server and not from local folder. When viewed from within local folder it doesn't display any info.

  • Animation does not work in Google Chrome

I was using Chrome as my defualt for testing my Edge projects. At some point, I changed the way divs were stacked and animated the position of one of the divs and the animation never worked thereafter. That said, It works fine in Firefox and Safari. Anyone have any insights as to what could be the problem?
Is there anything I can provide that will give better clarity to this issue?
Here is a link to the project:

  • PHP Homepage does not function in Google Chrome but works well in Firefox

When typing in my websites's name, mtwatersheds.org, it appears in firefox but the background image does not show up in chrome. When I click the home button the address turns to mtwatersheds.org/index.php and everything appears as it did in Firefox. Can I do anything to change this or do I need to include a new file for the homepage in chrome?
    Thank you for your time.

It actually doesn't work in Firefox either. I suspect you have another default page. If I compare the source between the default page and index.php it's differerent. The image has a .LCK in the filename. Check your server for other default pages that might exist in the root, and check your server setup for which default pages are listed.

  • Favicon does not show in google chrome tabs or bookmarks?

i cannot get favicon to display in google chrome tabs/bookmarks.
I might have the code screwy...?

Export your HTML and then just edit index.html with any text editor look for sentence <link rel="...................................>
Then delete all this sentence and copy this one
    <link href="//PATH/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon">
PATH = Where you have your favicon.ico
I usually copy the favicon.ico in the folder images so the sentence will be like this
    <link href="//mydomain.com/images/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon">
    i hope it helps you

If Chrome does't display your webpages, then contact Google about it.
And for solutions, why not click a link at the right.

  • CRVS2010 Beta - Printing does not work in Google Chrome

I 've run into an issue with printing crystal reports using Google Chrome. I've tested this on 4 different computers with the same result. When a user clicks print the printer dialog does not appear and the report will not print.
The version of Google Chrome tested is 6.0.472.63

ActiveX print works on IE. But I had to do a bunch of ActiveX and security configurations in IE (Using Server 2008) - allow ActiveX download, etc., etc.
PDF print mode does not work on my computer either. However I have the same build on this box as the public download. The latest internal build does print and export to pdf with no issues. So, I suspect this was a bug, but it is now resolved and should be OK at RTM.

  • Spry not displaying in Google Chrome

    Hi all,
I have used both HTML dataset and XML dataset as a repository and ingest them into the appropriate spry widgets like Accordions and Master-Detail set.
I've noticed that it does not show accurately in Google Chome but looks fine in other browsers. I have posted screen shots for everyone to take a look at the discrepancies as well as a download link at the bottom.

I have zipped up and you can download from my dropbox account. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4q0zpsimbuup6eb/dw_completed.zip.
Thanks for helping me to dissect!
    Cheers!

    Hi David,
Thanks for the feedback. I am slowly migrating my web sites to using jQuery which has a lot more support than Spry. Right now, since most of my existing projects are still using Spry, I shall just continue with the maintenance of it.
Similarly, I felt the removal of the Widget Browser, one of the unheralded features prior to CC, was a bit of disappointment for me. It was easy and convenient for me as a non web-developer to incorporate widgets / slide-shows in a non-coding environment yet maintaining the ability to customise.
Thanks for those of you helping me to solve the dilemma I am currently in. As Herbert had mentioned in the earlier post, that technologies will evolve and the onus is on us to keep updated.
    Cheers!

Google Chrome is not supported. See the [Supported Platforms|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/index?rid=/library/uuid/e06b8953-a62b-2d10-38b9-ca71f747e2b1] documentation.
Now, I recall seeing a thread on this forum where someone reported that they got it working on Google Chrome. You may want to search the forum and see if they can give you any tips.

  • Safari does not display GMail/Google Reader unread counts in tab titles

To reproduce this, do the following:
    1. Create a bookmark for either GMail or Google Reader
    2. Click on the bookmark under Safari to load either site (make sure it has at least on unread item)
The text in the tab title will not display the unread count. Instead, it displays either "GMail" or "Google Reader". Firefox displays the unread counts for both sites in the tab's title text as follows: "Gmail - Inbox(2) - <email addr>", "Google Reader (2)".
This is the one of the main reasons why I will continue to use Firefox over Safari. Displaying the unread counts in the tab titles allows me quickly glance at the browser's window with both sites loaded in separate tabs to see if there are any unread items.

I had the same problem and was able to find a workaround. The key insight actually came from another one of your (jkwuc89) posts where you mentioned:
Loading GMail or Google Reader from a Safari bookmark appears to behave differently when compared to loading either site from a link on another page.
The solution is to change the address of your bookmark so that it is similar to loading the site from a link on another page. When you bookmark Gmail, it's address will read:
    https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox
However, edit the address of this bookmark to:
    javascript:window.location='https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox'
This Javascript snippet will trick Safari to open Gmail as if you had clicked a link on another page and the tab will display the correct page title including unread count. You can follow a similar pattern with Google Reader or other sites that exhibit a similar problem.
