RoboHelp Server 8.x - Project not showing

We publish our project from RoboHelp HTML as a FlashPro to our RoboHelp Server, everything seems to go OK. But the project does not appear in the Admin web site for listing solutions. This is the only project, no merging and we are choosing to load to a secured area called "production".  Physically on ther server you can see the files copied up and you can manually point to the file through the browser. But if you try to load the project by calling the server http://<myServer>/robohelp/server?prj=test&area=production
The project will not show? Any ideas on what to check? We have eliminated all special characters in the file names, no spaces in file names.
Is there a way to manually load the information? Is there any logs or events that I should check? Is there a limit to the naming size for files or directories?
Any infomation would be appreciated...
Thanks

I see alot
of Publishing calls and I am showing that last few and then the final call to the server

  • I Published a report on the report server but it's not showing in the internal application we use to access reports

    Hi,
I Published a report on the report server but it's not showing in the internal application we use to access reports. The name of the application we use is called MAMA and this application has access to all the reports on the SQL report server. My email is
[email protected] my cell phone number is 201-888-7952.
    Thanks.

    Hi Roger,
Based on my understanding, you publish a report on the report server. When you access reports with internal application, the report doesn’t display, right?
In your scenario, since you mentioned you have published the report to report server, please go to report manager, check if you can see the published report and open the report properly. If the published report is displayed on report manager, it should not
be the issue in Reporting Services. In this scenario, since the MAMA application has established connection with on report server, it may not update items on report server after you publish your report onto report server. So please try to “refresh” in MAMA
or reconnect the report server. If issue persists, I suggest you contact the MAMA application vendor to get some more effective advices.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
    Best regards,
    Qiuyun Yu

  • Mac OS X Server v10.7 does not show the ethernet link aggregated interface I created in Server Hardware Network Dialogue window. Are link aggregated ethernet connections not supported in Lion Server?

Mac OS X Server v10.7 does not show the ethernet link aggregated interface i created. Does Lion server support ethernet link aggregated interfaces?

    Thanks for responding Cold--
Hardware: Mac Pro  3.0 GHZ quad core xeon
I read the link but it still does not explain why the aggregated dual ethernet interface does not show up in the Network tab of the hardware section Lion Server. I was able to see it on the network and looks to be using a single static IP that I assigned. My concern was that is this supported and will it allow for failover and double performance of the single network interface.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks again!

  • Server 2008 R2 does not show Internet Explorer 10/11 Group Policy options

    Hello,
I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 server that has IE11 installed. I am attempting to create a GPO to control Proxy settings for IE10/11 clients, however, when I go to User Config>Preferences> Control Panel Settings> Internet Settings and Right click,
I do not see an option for IE10, only IE5 and 6, IE7, and IE8.
I have downloaded and installed the Administrative Templates for Internet Explorer from
here, and followed the installation instructions, but still, the option does not show up. I have ensured that all the latest Windows Updates are installed on the server, and rebooted
    the server a couple times.
    What am I missing here?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Visual Studio Projects Not Showing FileVesion Leading Zeroes in File Properties

I created a simple Visual Studio 2013 windows form application setting the AssemblyInfo.cs file as show below.
// You can specify all the values or you can default the Build and Revision Numbers
// by using the '*' as shown below:
    // [assembly: AssemblyVersion("1.0.*")]
    [assembly: AssemblyVersion("1.0.0.0227")]
    [assembly: AssemblyFileVersion("1.0.0.0227")]
    [assembly: AssemblyInformationalVersion("0.0.0.0227")]
I built the application and went to the Windows File Explorer and brought up the file properties. What I see is that the product version showing the leading zeros, but the file version field does not show the leading zeros.
It appears to be a bug either with Visual Studio or with Windows. Which one is it and is there a fix?

    Hi Sarah,
We can't see the screenshot. Do you mean you use Windows Explorer to browse to the AssemblyInfo.cs file and check the property?
If you change the product version or the file version from the AssemblyInfo.cs file, you need to firstly rebuild the assembly, then if you go to the debug/release folder, check the property of the assembly file, the Details tab will show you the corresponding
changes of these properties. It's the assembly property but not the cs file property.

  • All images in Project not showing up

I have 2000 images in a project but for some reason I can only get one subset of them [89 images] to show up. I have checked to show all, I've gone into smart albums and they all show up but only 89 show up when I want to open the entire project...This is true in the maximized viewer and also in list view. I deleted the plist and reopened and it's still happening. I wanted to avoid a full rebuild of the Library [not sure how to rebuild only a project] if possible. I just want to be able to see and work with all my 2000 images in that project, not just the subset. Thanks.

What firstlaunch said and also did you make any Folders within a Folder? If so the other photos will not show up by design because a Folder within a Folder will force a separation of the images — this is a good thing because sometimes you may not want clients to see what other clients have within projects/jobs.

  • Server app task list not showing up!

All of a sudden when I try connecting to my Macpro server locally using the Server app. I connect (no error msg's) but the dialog box with the setup boxes, views, task ..etc is not showing up. When I look at the view on menu bar all the features are greyed out. The only thing showing up is "hide accounts'. Working fine couple of days ago, no changes were made Any idea?

Thanks everyone for the replies. Here is how I corrected the problem. I deleted and installed a fresh Server app, so now I was able to connect and view my profiles, Noticed in the "Alerts" window that my localhost IP has changed from the original one I used to setup the server. I normally use DHCP with manual i/p. The other night I played around with network addressing and changed to DHCP. That's when my problem started. All is good now and again thanks for quick response!

  • Projects not showing up in 10.1!!!

Recently updated to 10.1, was all ok yesterday but the organisation was all messed up. Today I was going to manually fix it. Opened the App and my Projects would not show! Events show up but under the Updated Projects Tab nothing comes up. I checked in the Liabries folder on my drive, show package contents etc. There are two folders I can see to do with Projects. One is called Updated Projects which has Render Files in. Another called Updated Projects 1. This has all my project information in it. All the folders containing the information for my projects. So why is Final Cut not reading it? The only thing I can think of that I've dont is copy the libaries file to another external drive as a backup. I still have the old Final Cut folders from the preveious version. Is Final Cut not locating the files propaly? Really annoying as I want to get on and edit! Thanks for your help- Ben

*Sorry the only thing that I can think of that I've 'done' (not dont)

  • Video in project not showing

i have a completed project that shut down while sharing due to the battery running down. Since then he video will not show in the window. it is in the project window and I can hear the audio but not video. Any ideas what is going on? Did i hit a button or is it buggy because of the interruption during the export?

when you publish a project, other files that you did place manual in the folder ( like video files), don't get inside the published files, you have to copy the video from the source files to the published files

  • Planning project not showing in shared services and planning app wizard

I installed planning ver 9.3.1 and now when want to create a planning application, the 'planning' option is not showing in app wizard. It is also not showing in shared services project list. Can you please guide...
    Thanks & Regards.

Thanks for the reply. I can login to planning AppWizard but when want to create a planning application, in the drop down of shared services project, the 'planning' option is not coming.
As I have installed planning afresh, so right now no planning application I have in my computer. so, no meaning to login to http://localhost:8300/HyperionPlanning/ because it is showing 'no application'.
Please revert back for any clarifications.
    Thanks & Regards.

  • Remove from Project not showing

I am trying to remove some duplicate controls from a project - more specifically a class.  Problem is the remove from project does not show up.  Anyone seen this?

    Hi rammer
Is the protection for the class set to public?
If you right-click on the class and select properties then you can see protection level. Also check that you have public permission under item settings for the individual items.
Also can you remove the class from the project and try to add the class again to see if this changes the behavior?

  • Compound clip imported into project not showing up in the event browser

I have learnt that when one imports any clip into the project from anywhere else other than its associated event folder, the new clip also gets automatically added into the event folder. I have seen this occur when I had imported audio from the music browser onto my timeline directly.
Today I happened to place a compound clip [a common template which I use for introduction to the video] onto the beginning of a project which I have started recently. I broke the compound clip apart and made the necessary edits. What puzzles me is that this compound clip has an audio clip and this clip was not being shown in the event browser. Is this normal?
Ps. I have very recently updated my FCPX from version 2 to 5.
    DR.SOMANNA

Let me explain the matter in a different way...
I have made a compound clip of the intitial generator clip, titles and music clip which I had used for my first project. The intention to do so being that I could reuse the same for my future projects as well. I placed this compound clip in a new project which I named as templates.
When I had started upon a new project a few days ago, I copied and pasted this compound clip from the 'templates project' and added it to the beginning of the timeline of the new project.
Now, for purposes of editing the titles, I broke apart the compound clip and changed the text of the titles. Also, when I had ungrouped the compound clip, there did appear the music clip below the timeline. I know that clips imported from the generator browser and the titles that are added to the project do not show up in the events browser, but should not the audio clip make its appearance in the event browser? I know that when we add an audio from the music browser, this audio clip will be automatically shown in the event browser.
My question therefore is this: is an audio track that gets added to the timeline of a project via a compound clip that has been added and ungrouped on the timeline an exception to the rule?
Hope I have made myself clear.
    DR.SOMANNA

  • New projects not showing (3.3.1)

When importing photos the project does not show anywhere, as importing starts it jumps to some random project (where the pictures are not being imported to). Trying to create a new project results in the same action.
As mentioned the new project does not show anywhere, not in the browser or in the Library (tree view).
This started happening after I updated to 3.3.1.
    How can I fix this?

This seems to be in response to Thomas's good question.  I hope he doesn't mind if I follow-up (I'm sure he's got the same questions).
    ulriksen wrote:
It doesnt have a project path, trying to move the photos to a preexisting project doesnt work either...
What do mean?  You can select an Image, and there is nothing shown in the metadata field "Project Path"?
What happens when you select Images and drag them to a Project that shows on the Library tab of the Inspector and drop them?

  • Projects not showing up in Project Library

I can add projects to FCX.
However, they aren't showing up in the Project Library.
I have one project that shows up. When I click on on that I can access the other projects with an arrow button in the left hand corner.
I would like to be able to see all of my projects in the Project Library.
Did I accidentally press something and turn off this view?
    Evan Jacobs

    I think I might've fixed this.
Restarted FCX and it they are all showing up now.

  • Project Server 2013 - Graphical Indicators - Not showing until the project is published via Project Pro 2013

    Greetings -
I have a custom field on a PDP that is used to manually flag a project for review.  Once the field is set to "Flag" a red flag should show on the Project Summary page prompting the Portfolio Manager to follow up.  The red flag only appears
after publishing the project via Project Pro 2013 not by just editing the PDP via Explorer (Save and Check in).
This occurs on both projects that were created prior to the graphical indicator being added to the PDP and new projects.
Now if instead of using the red flag graphical indicator I just used the text "FLAGGED" that would work fine.
So is this a bug?  Or is something setup incorrectly?  Or is this how PWA is supposed to handle graphical indicators on the project summary page?
Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Gunnery,
I made the following test: I create 2 project ECF both inserted in the Project details PDP:
for review: flag type field with graphical indicator in case value = yes
for review_2: text type field (with a yes/no look-up table) with graphical indicator in case value = yes
Whitout going to Project Pro, I'm able to modify the 2 fields for any project (created before or after the ECFs creation) and the graphical indicators are instantaneously shown in the summary project center view (just pressing F5).
Note that the graphical indicator is not shown in the PDP, just the text value. Note also that I've not been to Project Pro neither to PWA/schedule PDP to publish the project plan.
    Then
Does that correspond to your need? Can you reproduce this example and validate wheither or not it works.
