Role not displayed in Production system

Dear all,
I have CUA set up (CUA is configured in solution manager), and I assigned 10 roles to a user in solution manager using SU01 and selected Production system while assigning roles and the roles were already existing in production system.but after role assignment to the user, I verified in Production system and I found that they are not reflecting in PROD. Infact, I have done user comparision but still no change.
Please let me know do I need execute SCUL by selecting the User ID.
If yes please let me know the steps to execute SCUL.

Hi,
Please go to the Transaction SCUL, and give the user id and the system as the prodution system ID (eg. PRD100). By default the Error, Warnings and Unconfirmed Distribution will be already checked. Do not change them and then click on Execute.
If you receive the message saying No Data, then it means that the IDOCs for that user were successfully pushed from CUA to the production system.
But, since the change was not reflected, when you execute, you will be able to see the status where the IDOC is struck. Expand the tree and see the nature of the error, and try to resolve that error. And then select the entire tree and click on the Distribute button.
It will give you a pop up, let all the checkboxes as it is, and continue. After the distribution is triggered, you will get a message in SCUL.
Refresh the SCUL data, and you should be able to see the current status of the distribution.
If all the data is cleared in SCUL, you can log into your produciton system adn check the users roles. New role should be visible there.

Procedure
In the InfoSet: Initial Screen, choose InfoSet -> Additional Functions -> Adjust.
This takes you to the Log Display dialog box. The system shows you errors and warnings in the same way as when it is checking or generating an InfoSet. There is an additional Adjust pushbutton on the pushbutton toolbar.
Choose Adjust.
The information from the data dictionary is copied over into the InfoSet.
Choose Generate.
It's recommended that once you have adjusted the InfoSet, you also adjust all the queries belonging to this InfoSet. This ensures that the technical properties that have been changed are also copied over to the query definitions.

FAGLL03 Special Field Values Do Not Display in Production

We are using the new GL in ECC 6. I have a strange problem where special fields that were added to the line item transactions display in dev and quality but not in production. Please read the steps that I have taken.
1. Using note 984305 we defined special field BSEG-MATNR using this path:
Financial Accounting (New)
General Ledger Accounting (New)
    Master Data
      G/L Accounts
        Line Items
          Define Special Fields for Line Item Display
This field (U_MATNR) displays correctly in FAGLL03.
2. I used note 1034354 to create an implementation of BAdI 'FAGL_ITEMS_CH_DATA. Then I
followed the documentation of the BAdI to create structure CI_FAGLPOSX within FAGLPOSX and added these fields:
Material Type: field MARA-MTART
Material Group: MARA-MATKL
I added code to method CHANGE_ITEMS to read for those fields. Here's part of the code:
* MARA - Get Material Type and Material Group
    SELECT SINGLE mtart matkl
      FROM mara
      INTO (wa_items-zzmtart, wa_items-zzmatkl)
      WHERE matnr = wa_items-u_matnr.
The values of these fields display correctly in development and quality, but they do not display in production.
3. When I debugged FAGLL03 in development I found that the value of U_MATNR was filled when I stopped at method CHANGE_ITEMS. However, when I debugged in production, U_MATNR was not filled. It had to be filled at a later time because the value appears on the report. In my code, I am using U_MATNR to find the values of material type and material group. Because U_MATNR doesn't have a value at that point in time in production, my code doesn't find material type or material group.
4. I contacted SAP and was instructed to use note 984305. I executed the function module
ITEM_STRUC_EXTENSION which did not help.
5 I also used note 205096 to execute report BALVBUFDEL, but this did not help either.
6. At this point, SAP told me that it is a consulting issue. I'm not sure that it is because I'm using SAP solutions without modifying anything.
7. I tried to compare configuration between development and production, but everything looked OK to me.
Has anyone had this problem? Any tips?

I have no idea except that you can make sure Include CI_FAGLPOSX is active as well as the including FAGLPOSX. And please check the transport protocol(s) if CI_FAGLPOSX is included. If you have any kind of error/warning in the import protocol, that may give you a hint.
If nothing helps, create a new sap support case and tell them you are using SAP solutions without modifying anything.

Purchase Order Notes not displaying in some systems

The issue is resolved. It was because of updating the IE version from 6 to 7.
We have degraded the IE version back to 6 and it all worked fine.

Goods issue document is not displaying in production order

Hi Gurus, I am having problem That when I am doing goods issue in MB1A t code the document is posting but it is not displaying in production order.but when I am doing same goods issue in MIGO the document is displaying in Production order.when I am doing same goods issue in another plant with MB1A the document is showing.so where is the problem??is there any setting with plant and T code combination??what exactly is the error??why it is not showing in particular t code in particular plant.Please guide me.

CR runtime 13: report not displayed in production environment

Hi, i've the following situation..
i'm developing on VS2010 a webapp using the final release of CRfVS2010 (s.o. is Windows 7 Ent x64) without any problems.
Today i'm trying to test the app on a server (Windows Server 2003 with CR2008 redist already installed for a previous site) but i've some problems.
First i've installed .net framework 4, then CRRuntime_32bit_13_0.msi, all installation ok.
When i published the app (file system mode), the first time an error occurred, because was impossible to load log4net assembly. I've solved it inserting a new reference and setting 'copy locally' for publishing.
Next error is that the report is not displayed
I've copied from wwwroot the aspnet_client folder into my webapp folder.
I've copied the report on the server into the right folder which i've granted everyone access to read and write.
No report displayed
I don't know to do because in the iis log or in the windows events i'm not found errors. I've tried to make a remote debug but the environment is not able to connect to the right process...

I am using crystal report with ASP.Net web application which is working fine on client machine, client machine configuration is: •Windows 7 64bit •Visual studio 2012 •.Net framework 4.5 •SAP Crystal Reports, version 13.0.2000.0 I need to deploy it on Windows Server 2008 machine; however, when I deploy web application on this machine Crystal Report opens when do not display data. Korean data is not displaying in BI system

Hello BI Experts,
Do you have any idea or some settings in BI system as korean data is not displaying in BI ODS, while source system in correct data. Korean data is displaying # value in PSA and ODS.

hi,
as mentioned in earlier post ,you need to have your system unicode enabled,
check in menu -> system->status...in your BW system field called unicode system
Also try running program program RSCPINST - which is used to set the language setting to load the data.
if the chain language setting is not maintianed for loading :
click on Add button ->Key :KO and Language :korean->save it
try to load the data again and check it

OVR1 and SR10 not modifiable in production system.

Hi all,
We would like tcode OVR1 and SR10 to be executable in our production system.
We want to skip the change request needed to push the new entries from our development all the way to our production system. I want only to activated the possibility to create the OVR1, SR10, SR11 and SR12.
Here is the message we get when we try to create in our production system
Message no. TK430
Diagnosis
The system administrator has set your logon client to the 'not modifiable' status.
Client-specific objects can not be changed in this client.
System Response
The function terminates.
Procedure
Contact the system administrator.

Importing parameters not available in Production system

Hi Experts,
I am facing an issue after moving my objects into Production system.
I have created a calss and which contains five methods. Each method contains itsown importing parameter. There is one method to send mail, which contains three importing Parameters. I have captured this class and the methods in a TR and basis team moved this TR into production system.
The TR has moved successfully into the production system. But when I checked the Parameters of the class SEND_EMAIL has only one importing parameter insted of three.
Again I created a new TR and captured all the objects related to Class, which contains class definition, methods etc.
I have moved it to quality system successfuly. When I checked in quality i can see the three importing parametrs in SEND_EMAIL method.
This TR has moved to Production successfully. When I checked in production I can see only one importing parameter in SEND_EMAIL method.
But it is showing same active version in Quality and Production.
Please suggest me how can I resolve this issue?

First you check the parameter which u are sending that are already in prd server exist or not
some there are some thing we can see which are available in qua those are not seen in production
see in se06 and try to modify the exact component to modifaible state
check sp pack of qua and prd are one and the same
check kernal rel level in both
check chmod and chown are same in both

Roles not displayed in BEx Analyzer for NW2004s

We are evaluating a technical upgrade only from BW 3.5 to Netweaver2004s. Under this plan, the 3.5 security will not be migrated to 7.0. We are using SAPGui Frontend 6.40 for BI. The existing BW 3.5 roles are not display in the Role Menu of SAP NetWeaver BEx.
Any ideas on this?

Got the following response from SAP and this resolved the issue
please add the parameter
DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES with PATH = 'NO'
into the table: ssm_cust (via tx: se16)
The settings in SSM_CUST defines a compress mechanism for the user menu
known as "Redundancy avoidance" and described in notes 357877 and 357693
Redundancy avoidance deletes easy access menu entries for doubled
transaction codes whenever SSM_CUST contains
1. an entry CONDENSE_MENU with PATH = 'YES' and
2. either an entry DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODE with PATH = 'YES' or no entry
DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES, at all.
If you don't want doubled transaction codes to be deleted, then simply
add an entry DELETE_DOUBLE_TCODES with PATH = 'NO' into table SSM_CUST.

DASYLab not displaying Measurement Systems Ltd DataScan 7000 series Hardware

DASYLab V10 does not display Measurement Systems Ltd (MSL) DataScan 7000 series Hardware for use when installed.
Measurement Systems Ltd Datascan 7000 series is listed and is selected when installing. However, it is not it the menu of installed programme to select it to use.
DT-DL32-ED Serial No: [removed by Moderator for security reasons]
I need to collect some data using Datascan 7321 hardware and DasyLab V10 is not showing this hardware.

Role not displayed in tree

I have a case where, in an org unit, roles are assigned to users and depending on the role, a user is allowed to perform certain activities on the system. The dir tree is shown below. This is a case where activities allowed for a role can change depending on the OU the user is operating on.

So I have created Managed roles and assigned them to users using the nsRoledn attrib. The activity is created using my custom OC. I have not yet looked at CoS. This is working fine. All the entries are added through JNDI based code.
I have one problem. When I try to look at the activity entry from the console, I am unable to do so. i.e. the role entry appears only on the right pane in the console although it has some leaf activities. When I add an activity to the role from the the console, then the role also appears in the left pane and I can see the leaf activity in the right pane. Any ideas why this is so??
Also is it ok to add activity leaves to the role entry as I'm doing??
Finally, can I use CoS (class of service) for this purpose? If so can somebody provide basic startup steps!!

here. Why can't the activity entry be a direct child of the org unit entry? Or some other container entry?
Role entries (and cos definition entries too) should not be used as containers or parents of other entries. Roles and CoS use a
special objectclass called ldapSubEntry - this in effect makes the entry an "operational" entry - a special entry which does not
show up in regular ldap searches. The console knows how to find role and cos definition entries, but not their children.

Mac OSX 10.9.4 - Adobe Download Assistant does not display any products to download

I am attempting to download the free 30 day trial of Acrobat XI Pro, and I downloaded and installed Adobe Download assistant to do so. I successfully created an Adobe ID and have verified it. However, when I log in with my ID into the Adobe Download Assistant, no products display as being available for download (or display - period - before or after logging in). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but no luck. The screen I am looking at is as follows:
Is there something I'm missing? I can go to "Select product" and select either "Photography", "Video" or "PDF", but when I click any of the options, nothing happens.
I couldn't seem to find a comparable problem on the forums. Any help would be appreciated, especially insofar as I am trying to evaluate whether to purchase the product in question.

I changed an existing abap query ME80FN but not find in production system.

I have changed an ABAP QUERY ME80FN for user group SAPQUERY/ME in Dev system via transaction SQ01 & SQ02.
But when I am searching for same query in Production via transaction SQ01 it is not existing.
Please give me some inputs.

1. Check if that ABAP query is transported to production or not.
or
check the versions of the ABAP Query in dev w.r.t Production so that you will know the status of the program in production.
