Role wise Query List

Dear Gurus,
I have to collect all the queries along with their respective roles. Can any of you please let me know if there is any table which stores the data needed.

Sequence of transaction already done
1.BD54(Create Logical Systems on Sender & Reciever),
2.SALE(Assignment of Logical System to client on Sender & Reciever)
3.SM59(To create RFC destination on Sender only)
Outbound settings:
1.WE31(Create Segments),
2.WE30(Create IDOC types),
3.WE81(Creation of Logical Message type),
4.WE82(To attach message type and idoc type),
5.BD64(To create a distribution model),
6.WE20(To create Partner Profile).
7.WE21(To create Ports)
Write Program to Trigger Idoc from Sender Side.
Inbound settings:
1.WE31(Creation of Segments)
2.WE30(Creation of IDOC Objs)
3.WE81(Creation of Message Types)
4.WE82(TO link Message Types and Idoc Type Objs)
5.WE42(To Create Process Code)
6.BD67(To attach FM to Process Code , On saving it goes to BD51 directly)

Write code for accepting data from IDOC send by sender . This has to be written in FM source tab with appropriate inport fields
and export fields .
Tips: The name of message type , idoc type , segment type and logical systems name on both sides should be same.

ABAP User Roles and Query for accessing particular T- codes and Reports

dear Gurus
I have one problem, i want to know about ABAP User Query ,i have one requirement my user wants to Lock all the HR Std versus Customized reports in T- code SQ01,other department peoples also see the Payslips and Hr personal reports which is harmfull to the dept so i want to Lock all the reports in Std T- code in SQ01 and i have created one Customized User Roles or Query in which the T-codes and Reports are assigned only those particular user can access the T-codes and Std reports .how can it be possible i dont have any idea about user roles and Queries .

Material wise Vendor List & Vendor wise material list

1) Material wise vendor report: that mean list showing the list of vendors from which that material is purchased and
2) Vendor wise material list: that mean list of materials purchased from a perticular Vendor...

Use T. Code: SE16 and enter EINA table name.
If u want report for material / vendor, Enter material in MATNR field and execute and get the report.
If u want report for/ vendor /material, Enter Vendor l in LIFNR field and execute get the report.

Selecting a Role from dropdown list throws error

Hi,
I'm using CRM Web UI 7.0. I'm facing problem selecting a Role from dropdown list in the assignment block Roles in the screen Employee. The problem is that the dropdown list doesn't show any value on clicking and gives an error message "Error on page" at the bottom of page. The roles exist in the system and also I'm able to see them for Accounts screen & in the GUI.

Just to add to this issue: WebUI-> Account Management-> Contacts-> Roles-> Edit list. When we try to add a role from dropdown in Firefox, it works fine but same throws an error in Internet Explorer related to some script.
Did someone face similar issue and how was it solved?

Ah, wait!
The solution I gave only works for single roles, so if you've entered composites you'll be left blank.
You can try table AGR_TCODES instead. This may not return a complete list as the content for authorizatons (AGR_1251) may differ from the menu content (AGR_TCODES). If the composite roles' menus aren't filled properly this method will not work.
For a more reliable result sit with someone who knows how to use SAPquery and join tables AGR_AGRS and AGR_1251 on AGR_AGRS-CHILD_AGR and AGR_1251-AGR_NAME. If you execute that query, filtered on AGR_1251-OBJECT=S_TCODE you should get what you want.

Want to read a Query list of results into a defined variable "as Collection" for later use (ie create reports)

The following code works great (Functions Main and OpenThisFile ) to select files from a folder and read into defined variable "FileToProcess As Collection" (I guess then renamed fil) and use that list of files to run through
an import process defined in a function "StartMe".
What I want to do is read the results of a query into a similar collection variable and then use in a function like "StartMe" to run a series of reports. The functions to do that below (PrintCKListTables and ReadQueryOfSDGs) currently
don't work erring out "For Each s In .selectedQuery".  I would appreciate any help guiding me how to fix function

There are a few problems here. In function PrintCkListTables() you define a string variable ListSDGs and then use that as an argument to the function ReadQueryOfSDGs(), but ReadQueryOfSDGs() as written does not accept any arguments. It's also not clear
what ListSDGs represents...a list of files, names of queries? Also, the line
For Each s In .selectedQuery in
ReadQueryOfSDGs()
references something called .selectedQuery which is undefined.
Is it that you want ReadQueryOfSDGs() to loop through the records returned by a query and add a field from each record to a collection? If so, something like the following might better serve you:

Sales Area wise Invoice list type assignment

I got a requirement where customer needs the Invoice list assignment to billing documents sales area wise. Like in one particular sales area one invoice list type to a billing doc but the same billing doc needs other invoice list type in other sales area.
Pl. let me know how can we assign the different invoice lists sales area wise.

Create a new zee table & maintain the entries of sales area, customer, billing document type etc.
Use user exit USEREXIT_FILL_VBRK_VBRP to fetch & overwrite the values in FKART_RL ( VBRK).

Transaction for overview of Queries published in Roles via Query designer

Hi Guru's,
in Query designer I have the possibility to publish Queries in roles.
I have the problem that some Queries have been published twice or more in different folders, so I want to clean it. But I don't know how to delete the Queries via BEx Analyzer as they are there again as soon as I log in again.
Isn't there any transaction in Backend that I can use to structure my Queries in roles?

One way to delete unneeded duplicates....
Go to Query designer, in development
Instead of loading the query you want to delete, find it in the folder/role
Click on the "Trash Can" icon
Then we have 2 more options to consider....
- Delete object ...will TOTALLY delete it in the development system.... caution with this one, unless you really do want it to permanently go-away.
- Delete only the object reference from the Role/Favorites... will delete the one instance in the folder, but leaves it everywhere else, useful when deleting a duplicate report in the folder
After choosing one of the 2 options above, then click on the 'continue' button.
"Refresh" to check what was done in development = Menu / Refresh
When done... transport the role to Q and Production.
Similar process if the query is located inside of web template and there are multiple instances of the same web template in the roles/folders that need to be cleaned up in the web application designer.
