hi...please taka a look at the rollover navegation bar named
photography. it is menu3_off.
the navegation bar should read interactive instead of
photogaphy. but i dont know why this doesnt happen

Images not loading right or working after that.

Im making a short flash for fun, but I am having a hell of a
problem with CS3. Seriously this is the third time I have lost my
recent saved work to what ever the hell this bug or error is:

The character on the right was totally complete, its now
messed up, only the face is where I left it off. The thing on the
white screen, THERE USE TO BE ANOTHER CHARACTER THERE! All that is
left is her arms that were behind her head fixing her hair. The
Character to the Extreme left, Its no longer there. Its so blank I
didnt even bother showing the spot.
I am using CS3, but damn this is has been happening for
awhile, and I found that my saved copies I backup on my USB were
surviving fine, but that one was my latest work from my USB and its
corrupted. Im not so much pissed about the lost work as I do still
have a previous version, though several hours of work was lost.
What pisses me off so utterly is the fact THIS IS THE 6TH OR 7TH
time this has happened to my most recent work. I have had to redraw
those characters several times already, and it did it again. What
is the problem? Does anyone know why this is happening. Its
absolutely driving me mad.

HELP! Images not loading and Firefox taskbar icon is a white file.

I went through all the suggestions in the image not loading help page and same with the add ins and nothing helping. The images load fine on Google Chrome so I know it's not the site. It might just be Adobe Flash images, but that's as far as I know how to pinpoint.
As far as the task bar goes, it's just a while file icon instead of the Firefox one. It doesn't bother me, but I just thought it might be related.

What do you see if you right-click the area where such a missing image should be?
Is that a context menu for images with "View Image Info"?
Are there any icons on the location bar that plugins are used or mixed content is blocked?
If images are missing then check that you do not block images from some domains.
*Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden Menu bar.
Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
*Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
*If an image in the list is grayed and "<i>Block Images from...</i>" has a checkmark then remove this checkmark to unblock images from this domain.
Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the <b>permissions.default.image</b> pref on the <b>about:config</b> page should be 1.
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

Facebook not loading right

My facebook page will not load right. It looks like it is all starting in the middle and all the pop ups are already opened. Any ideas?

From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab. Now click: *Show Cookies*. Delete all Facebook cookies.
Now select the Autofill tab. Click the Edit button next to *Other Forms*. Delete all Facebook url'sl.
Quit Safari (Command + Q) then relaunch Safari.
Try accessing Facebook again.

Why are my rollover images not appearing correctly in my browser?

I have created rollover images for some of my site navigation, and when I view it in my browser, they are not in the correct place on the page. When I click on each rollover, it eventually goes to the right place when I return to that page, but I must do this to all rollover navigation buttons in order for them to show up in the correct place. The links work fine. I am relatively new to this, so not sure if I am providing all the correct info here. My site is www.pfeiferdesign.com. I am using DW CS4. Would appreciate any suggestions!! Images not loading in CQ 5.5

images from /etc/properties not loading in Adobe CQ 5.5? Does anyone have any solution to resolve the issue.
We want images to be loaded for components.

Let me give you some more input.
In CQ 5.4 the background image loading properly and image location is at \etc\design\..\us\en\images
And the following css just works fine.
background: url("../../images/company.png") no-repeat scroll right -27px transparent;
color: #232323;
But same piece of code not working in CQ 5.5.
We found in CQ5.5 some unnecessary urls appending to images and that makes the URL invalid.
As per my understanding CQ5.5 should support backword compatability i.e. CQ 5.4 components should work fine in CQ 5.5.
Please help me with this.Thank you.

Images not loading in repeat regions

I'm a newbie to using repeat regions, but got it working just fine. When I test in Live View, everything looks great, but when I test in a browser, the images are missing. The actual image file name is being added using php to the image's path. I checked in the browser source code and the path name is coming out correctly. As a test, I just added in one of the images manually above the repeat region. Not only did it appear fine, but suddenly the same image in that repeat region appeared! It must be an issue of not loading images. Is this a bug, am I doing something wrong, or do I need to add a script to preload images ahead of time?
Here's part of my php code. The images are obviously store in the images/films folder and I'm just adding in the file name from the database:

Rollover image NOT hiding

I have a weird glitch I can't figure out with one of my rollover images. I am using a smart shape as a button and have placed a rollover image over top of it so the two together will function as a rollover button like on webpages. The 'button' is grouped with two text areas and the group is placed on slide 1 with all four objects in the group defined as NOT visible in output, timed to display for entire project, and forced to be on top so it can function as a 'lightbox' effect with a close button. When I need this 'lightbox' with the text and the 'button' (smart shape button and image rollover), I SHOW the group through an advanced action. Once shown, the button functions as expected, and the button is programmed to go to the next slide. One slide 2, there is an OnEnter Event that hides the lightbox (and button in the group), along with other graphics to reset the slide graphics. The screenshot below is part of the lightbox with the offending button. When I mouseover the black button (smart shape being used as a button with a graphic fill), it swaps to an orange color
OK, so here's the weird part....I can open the lightbox without a problem. My 'button' shows up and the image swaps when the mouse hovers over. Beautiful. It disappears on mouseout. Perfect. I put my mouse over the button again and the image swaps to the over image perfectly again. I click the button and Captivate takes me to slide 2 and all the graphics hide (according to the OnEnter advanced action on slide 2) EXCEPT the rollover graphic. That graphic stays rendered on the screen until I go to the next slide and it gets hidden by the OnEnter advanced action for slide 3 (which is the same exact action as slide 2). The 'Next' Text is a text box with a link defined. The link has the exact same functionality defined as the button...go to the next slide. The screenshot below shows the result if I use the arrow button to go to the next slide. The orange arrow is left over from slide 1, and the black button (in the middle) is from slide 2.
Is there a reason that the mouseover image still renders? Is it because IO have my mouse over the image so it won't recognize the OnEnter Action telling it to disappear or something? I have other buttons with the exact same functionality that work just fine from slide to slide. It's only this one particular button that does it. I have replaced the rollover image, renamed the group (in both the slide and the advanced action), and even tried to create graphics to mask the weird functionality...to no avail.
Anyone out there have a suggestion of what to try? Oh...Using CP7, btw.

The problem is that the link in the upper left hand corner, Suzie's Story, is a rollover image but it does not reveal the other image when the cursor goes over it.

Images not loading in iOS gmail

I am currently using IOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 4s with Sprint and have a question regarding email image settings. Gmail is set up to be my client.
On certain emails my images do not load. I have "Load Remote Images" turned ON. I can see the ALT tags associated with the images but not the images. Any ideas?

Images not loading from xml

Hi,
I have a webpage created in flash which uses xml to load specific gallerys into movie clips. Everything works fine in preview, but when uploaded it doesn't work. When you click on film or any of the other galleries, the galley does not load. I don't know whether this has something to do with the hosting or not. Your xml file appears to be specifying local drive paths rather than web paths...

Large image not loading

I generate JPGs on my server and send them to clients on an intranet (using http://, not file://). Smaller images work just fine. Large images do not using Firefox, even when trying to view the images by themselves in a new tab. Those same images work perfectly fine in IE 8, Chome v22, and Safari 5.
I tried the suggestions here to no avail:

Not sure which attribute might trigger the issues, but I know:
- 901 x 27928 resolution 3.93 MB picture will load
- 904 x 32767 resolution 4.77 MB picture won't load
Looks like the image file is uncorrupted because I can click to view the image in FF, right-click to 'View image info', click 'Save As...' for the image, and save it to my desktop. Opens up just fine in Windows. Seems to be a bug in the way Firefox is attempting to display it...

That image displays fine for me in Firefox on Linux, but I'm not seeing anything in a Windows Firefox version that runs under Wine.
Even the Tools > Page Info > Media preview panel is blank there, but saving the image is possible.

HELP-Rollover image not working

I am having problems with the rollover image on my index page @ edzayi.com. While the rollover images work fine on the rest of my pages it is not working on this particular page. I have checked the code on different pages and compared it to my index page and although everything looks the same, it is still not working. HELP!!!!

FireFox images not loading in local folders (firebug error-Failed to load given URL)

I am having difficulty when developing websites in local folders (Windows7 computer). The webpages I make are showing images in IE9 & Chrome but not FireFox (nor Safari nor Opera).
In FireFox I get Firebug "Failed to load given URL" prompt.
I am using html5 & external linked css stylesheet & the html/html5 & css code validates.
I have tried using rel path ie images/image.gif & absolute path references ie C:/RPD_Programming/RPD WEB/amwcsnew/index.html
and have tried using % to eliminate whitespace in references but I cannot get FireFox to display images!!
This has been a problem for me for around 2 weeks now & is very frustrating. Some website code/templates I have downloaded from the internet display the websites properly (ie load images fine) when I open them locally in FireFox. Why does my code not allow the images to load in FireFox (paths/permissions/other issue??). How can I fix this?

You need to use file:// as the protocol instead of C:/. The latter may never work (C:\ might).
Where is the main HTML located ?
Easiest if to store the images in a sub folder of the location because you can't go back via ../ beyond that root location for security reasons.
