Room folder permissions

Hi,
I have a collaboration rooms where four groups of users exchange documents. To be more specific, one group of users just upload documents and the others are working with them. The one group mentioned is compound of distinct suppliers, so it is desirable, that they can't view or at least change/rename others' uploaded files. Now I'd like to ask, if there is any possibility to set permissions this way. In top folder's details, I set permissions as Read/Write for the suppliers' group. But when I do this, they can't delete any file (that's the requirement), but they can do whatever else with all files (not just their own). I would like to give them permissions to do whatever with their own files, but to disallow any change to others' supplier files. Is that possible?

Try to find a solution with different folder and differente permissions, If the suppliers only have rights to upload file, try to make Guided procedure (GP) just to upload the file. The other groups of user also can have a step on the GP to check, modify, or to do what ever they want to file.
Because it's look mor a definition problem, what you wanna do looks more like a workflow of documents to modification or approvation. and this you could do it with a folder structure, permissions, and Workflow or GP
Use the rooms for collaboration and share the final documents.
