Roundig off the amounts in GL accounts

Dear All,
After posting the invoice in the system , i found that system credit the amount 1500 Rs to GL 455320 and Credit 1589.56 Rs to 327225.
Now i want to know why these amounts ar e not equal as there is difference of around 44 Paise.
Is there any Roundig off has been taken place.
Also how system handles the difference of 44 paise , as i am not able to find the details of the same.
Please suggest why the difference of the 44 paise occures.

Hi,
As per the GR Value, it would be 1599.56 Rs. and person responsible for LIV would have changed it to 1500 Rs. in "Amount" field under "Basic Data" tab of MIRO so there is a difference of 0.44 Rs. which should get posted to Rounding off difference A/c via Transaction Key "DIF" in MIRO.
Check in OBYC whether proper GL has been assigned or not?

It's not very clear exactly what your problem is, but if it's to do with any sort of purchase other than in iTunes or renewal your best bet is to ring the Online Store at the number given at bottom left of this page.
If it's an iTunes purchase go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'iTunes' in the second column and then 'iTunes Store' in the third column.

Re: reversing and take off the amount from asset

Hi Experts,
i have an asset of 10,000
and legal fee is added to asset 500.90. so totally the value is 10,500.90
end of the year the auditor told to take away the legal fee from the asset b.sheet-111(recon a/c)
dr gl-123 adjustment(p&l) 500.00
cr gl-111 shoplot(recon) 500.00
so when i am posting ab01 to take off that amount from system says through 190 T/Types the following error coming 'line item causes scrap value of 1.00 to be violated'.
Diagnosis
The book value of the asset is below the the cut-off value in the amount of 1.00000.
Procedure
Check your entries for the amount, transaction type and cut-off value specifications, such as memo value, scrap value or cut-off value percentage rate.
so if anybody face the same error give me your inputs.

1. i want to confirm you one morething is i went and see in OAYI i saw 1.00 as Memo value for my company code so if i change it to 0.00 the system is asking to create request is there any possiblity to change only for that asset instead of changing for whole company code?
2. for testing purpose i created the request in testing server and given the inputs in ab01 and i selected the similate button the system show the document without any errormeans can be save.
3. can you tellme that the TTypes is 190 for this posting?
4. one morething when i giving the inputs the system is asking the quantity after asset val. date can u tellme what is this quantity?

The amount you see on your account is referred to the amount of money that you got form iTunes gift cards you have now. It's not referring to the credit card

Rounding off : Amount at GL Account Wise

HI Gurus,
My Client has a requirement, they want to round off the amount g/l account wise,
like for some g/l account they don't want to round off and vice versa,
so is there any setting available at g/l account level.

Welcome you post on the forum.
The rounding function will affect all documents. There is no configuration available for your request. You may try SDK to reach your goal.

How to map the business process in account receivable

Hi All,
i am working on a different scenario can any body suggest me on this,
Business process my client is into service industry they will send Tenders to customer along with EMD amount,
once they got the project they will coverts that amount into securiy deposit,
for example:
EMD amount 1000000
got the project that amount goes to security deposit 1000000,
after work done they will rese invoice to that customer based on payment terms they will get money from customer,
if they rise 50000 invoice he will be sending 48000 rupess only remaing 2000 will be keep it as security deposit
and again they will rise 50000 he will be seding 48000 rupess only remaing 2000 will be keep it as secrity deposit once the project closed after six to eight month he will be sending that 4000 rupees.
here my client want that 4000 should not be shown as open item.
can any body suggest me how to do that in SAP

Hi Kiran
As per the business scenario and the process in SAP, you are having only three options in clearing procudure as you may be aware.
1) standard - bill to total payment
2) partial - partial amount against invoice(Inovice and receipt will be in open item status)
3) residual ( new open item will be generated)
If they don't want to show the remaining 4,000 as open item in the customer account, how they want to treat in the books.
create a seperate G/L security deposits receivables and transfer the amounts to the account. Whenver you receive the amount knock off the amount

HT5035 where can I see the balance on my account?

I cannot see the balance on my account after I redeem the code from a $10 iTunes gift card. I don't see it in the Account Information page. And when I try to select a song to purchase using my credits, it says if i confirm that I want to buy the song. I don't really want to "buy" or pay for the song when I still have credit but it doesn't say so.

You can find your available iTunes Store balance in the upper left hand corner of the iTunes Store if you're using iTunes 11 according to iTunes 11 for Mac: Redeem an iTunes allowance, gift certificate, or Gift Card (http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12294):
The amount in your account appears to the left of your account name. When you click the Buy button to make purchases, the amount changes to show how much money remains in your account.
If you are using an earlier version of iTunes, it will be in the upper right hand corner next to your account name.

Declare a field like this...
DATA : amount type p decimals 2.
Pass your field to <b>amount</b> automatic rounding takes places... display your field.
In script if you want to restrict the number of decimals do it like this...
&EKPO-MENGE(.2)& --> display 2 decimals ex, 14532.34

As it was pointed out making prior arrangements could of helped extend the time you need to get your account back in order..
But if you have to have the phone and its the only thing you have to make calls, I would try other means ( Family, Friends, or other ) to get the rest of the balance payed and you can pay at a Corporate store using the stores Kiosk machine.! You can pay with Cash, Credit or I think with a check but using a check I'd ask the Local store how the policy is on that..

If you've disabled your account for 8 hours then you will need to wait until the 8 hours have completed.
When the 8 hours are up, then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then you should get a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

New iPhones don't come setup with an Apple ID/Password. What you're experiencing is called Activation Lock, & unless you know the original Apple ID/Password that was originally used to first activate this phone, you won't be able to reactivate it.
You can login to iCloud.com, from any computer, use Find My Phone to locate & erase the phone. But, you'll still need to know the original Apple ID/Password to reactivate it.

If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.
