Router required any license bundle for handling voip trafic

i have a cisco c2951 how do i check the voice capability ? does it required any license to handle voip traffic

You need to install the UC license for the voice support. When you issue the Show version command on the router, it will show you all the installed and active licenses on your device:

In My case I do not have the UC license Activated. You need to first have the license installed in order to activate it.
There are two ways of getting the license. One is by purchasing the license from Cisco and the other is by requesting for a free 60 day trial license. Once you have the license with you.. copy the license file to the flash of the router and then key in the command
2951#license install flash0:FHH1216P07R_20090528163510702.lic

    Assuming that you have a licence for Forms then it depends on how you are deploying it.
    If you are deploying the application in Client Server mode then tghere is no runtime licence for Forms.
    If you are deploying on the web then you will need a Forms Server licence

    as far as I know there is no licensing involved, if you have a variety of interfaces as long as they are documented in Solar01/02 you should be fine. Just have a structure in place at some place so that you can scope the function easily.

    We am using Crystal report 10 and JRC (Crystal Report Viewer 11.*.*) . we have license for crystal report 10 but no license for JRC 11. I downloaded JRC JARS from internet, so do we require License for JRC to use in the Production Enviornment.. If so can i get license for JRC 11 alone.
    What about Crystal report for Eclipse2.0 (CR4E2.0). Does this also requires license to use in the production enviornment.

  • Any creative ideas for handling call priorities?

    I am looking for creative ideas to help out my customer.  They are using UCCE 8.5.3 with CVP.  They have 3 priority levels: gold (1), silver (3) and bronze (5).  All three levels are handled by the same skill group.  There are times when they have an influx of gold calls which go ahead of silver and bronze in the queue - and therefore bronze keep getting pushed back in the queue.  How can then ensure that bronze calls get serviced within a reasonable time period while still maintaining their prioirties?
    Appreciate any creative ideas.

    A colleague of mine just went through this same exact scenario. This is what we ended up doing… If a low priority call sat for more than 2 minutes it got moved to a higher priority. I know it’s not perfect and it doesn’t “fix” the problem but merely puts a band-aid on it in most cases until you get a large number of calls with a particular priority calling in.
    You are stuck my friend. There is nothing you can do programming wise to get around it. You need more agents when it comes to situations like this. Personally I think priority is stupid especially when you have one group of agents handling all the queues or priorities. If you use priority your incoming call pool becomes dynamic so your agent pool should become dynamic as well but managers “your customer” don’t realize this or can’t afford more agents but they still insist priority is a great idea.
    That’s my two cents anyway.

  • ARQ:  Does LDAP User Search action require any special authorization for requester???

    Hi All,
    I was wondering if requester need to be given any special authorization to search users in LDAP?
    Because, I have noticed that a requester can not search users from LDAP. However, another user who is a super user in GRC system and has SAP_ALL profile assigned, can search users from LDAP easily!
    I have noticed only this change between these two users and not sure what authorizations should be granted to requester to search users from LDAP. I have tried to search relevant auth. object in his role "SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUESTER" but could not find. I also check security guide for this but did not get any details.
    Can anyone advise?

    I switched on trace using ST01 for one of the requesters and viewed its details later. I found RC=4 or 12 for some of the auth. objects.
    For example:
    I opened of of the records and could see above details. I am unable to interpret it further. Can you please assist in this?

  • It's not clear to me why within the Apple eccosystem of products something as basic as editing a MOV file recorded with an iPhone requires any 3PV software for conversion so that it may be edited in iMovie09.  Is this an iMovie Bug?

    Is this a bug within the iMovie?  This seems as if it should be extremely simple.  I recorded a movie with my iPhone 4.  iPhone records that in the standard apple MOV format.  I can play the file in Quicktime.  However, when I try to drag and drop it into iMovie09 or import it into iMovie09 it is not allowed.  It used to be said that Apple just "Works".

    I own the movies and I want them to stay in my iTunes library basically forever.
    But in both cases the file name no longer shows in the movie list, so I don't know how to re-download it from the Cloud.
    iTunes prefs > Store > Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases.
    This will show all your iTunes purchases in your library with a cloud icon down arrow. Click the icon to redownload or click on Play to stream without downloading.

    and techncially, you don't "own" the movie, You simply have a license to use it.
    Yet the first thing iTunes does when you hit the delete key is tell you that it will remove the movie forever from all devices and the library.
    Actually, no it does not tell you that.
    FYI: You should keep copies of all yoru iTnue spurahses as the labels/movie studios/copyright owners can pull their product at anytime and it won't be available to redownload.

    I am connecting Some analoge phones to VG350 FXS ports which is  configured as a MGCP Gateway in CUCM. I beleive MGCP did not requires any license for it. Can some confirm this ? is there any Cisco doc on it ?

    Technically u are correct but legally I think u would be requiring license.
    even the ordering guide says Analog devices are supported with Essential USer license  and must be purchased through UCL.

  • Is there any license number on Creative cloud apps?

    I am not able to find any license number for the downloaded apps in Creative cloud. When I open the software it says demo mode only- and that I have got 20 days left. It´s no license to find in my account info- only the receipt for the Creatice cloud plan. What happens after one month- can I use the apps in demo mode for one more month??

    Hello David, and thank you for your answer. When cliking on that button I am asked for the product #. I do not have any. I have purchased the Creative Cloud membership, and was told I could use any of the tools downloaded from the Cloud Client. The apps I download are then only trial- and it tell me it is activated but I still have the trial issue with number of days left.
    Log in to my account I find my account info but no license #.

    Hi Playcreate,
    The programs license off of your Adobe ID. When you launch the products it there should be a button that says "License This Software", after clicking that and signing in with your Adobe ID you should be all set.

  • Obtaining a trial license key for e-Test

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the trial version of e-Test from empirix website today but haven't received any license key for the trial period. No emails have been sent to the specified email address. I have sent a request to [email protected] (with the host id ) requesting a trial key.
    Is there any other way to get a trial key?

       I do not believe SAP posts any license fees for any of its products.  There are a number of variables in the price.  I believe the biggest one is the number of users.   If your company already has any SAP products licensed, may already have a price negotiated for NetWeaver.  I would check with the contracts department in your organization. 
    Otherwise you will have to contact your companies SAP account rep.  They should be able to give you an estimate.

    I have U-verse tv u300,high speed internet max plus,  U-verse voice. All of my promotional discounts end on 8/9/15. Are there any affordable bundles for existing customers? I don't need movie channels. I currently have 3 receivers, but could get by with 2. To get comparable pricing, will I need to change carriers?

    If you're getting charged for that third receiver and want to save some money, call customer support to return it - when you do, they'll probably start offering you all sorts of "deals", that'll be your chance to get another promotion. Others like to play angry with the retention dept threatening to leave for a deal - try asking nicely first so you don't have to get all worked up.

    There are no license restrictions when you send (submit) only the form data.

    Test & Target is software as a service, so you don't license per instance the way CQ is licensed, you pay for your usage. I am not familar with all the options, but believe it's based on how many mBox requests you run.
    There are integrations to Test and Target within CQ I am honestly not sure if those are licensed in their own module or are part of a base license, you would be best off consulting with your company account representive to find out.

    Does IC WebClient requires a J2EE engine for any of its component? What's the need to install j2ee engine on CRM server?

    The answer is yes in terms of the J2EE enginge being required.  It primarily handles your multichannel access and broadcast messaging for the call center.  If you don't install it, then your IC webclient will not work correctly.  We are not using the "telphony" features of the call center, but still installed the java piece so that the standard functionality would work correctly.
