Rpmbuild missing from 2.6.18_92el5 download

I hope someone can shed some light on this issue for me.
I was trying to get the source for the 2.6.18 installed in my unbreakable linux (64 bit intel)
I was following the metalink titled Working with Kernel Source on Enterprise Linux aka NOTE:420383.1
At one point the instructions ask you to run:
rpmbuild -bp kernel-2.6.spec
HERE IS THE PROBLEM...
rpmbuild is NOT installed
HERE IS THE SECOND PROBLEM...
rpmbuild is NOT found in the source code (I downloaded everything from edelivery.oracle.com)
At the point in the LINUX install that asks if you want to install additional software (HTTP, FTP, development environment, etc) I installed non of the options.

I see 6 linux install disk (which I have already used to install Enterprise Linux Release 5 Update 2 for x86_64 aka V13263-01 Parts 1 to 6
I also downloaded (from the same URL) the source V13264-01 Parts 1 to 4
When I look at all four parts of the V13264 aka Enterprise Linux Release 5 Update 2 Source for x86_64 I do not see an rpm-build rpm, there is nothing named build, is it named something other than rpm-build<version>.src.rpm
Is there another place to dowbload this src other than edelivery?
When I mount the ISO file for Disk three here is what I see:

WebUtil tries to download the jacob.dll to the client. The error message you get is most likely caused by teh following section in teh webutil.cfg file
install.syslib.location=/webutil
## Do not change the following lines unless instructed to do so
install.syslib.0.7.1=jacob.dll|94208|1.0|true
install.syslib.0.9.1=JNIsharedstubs.dll|65582|1.0|true
install.syslib.0.9.2=d2kwut60.dll|192512|1.0|true

If you have all these files available on the PC, then most likely the problem can be found in the virtual path setting for this directory

Pleae refer to the webutil documentation for teh exact configuration steps.

App world icon is missing from my Home and Download screens

I upgraded to Blackberry App World version 4.0.0.63 on my Blackberry Bold 9780 yesterday. After re-booting the phone, my App World icon was suddenly missing from my home screen. It was not on my Download screen either. I could also not find it when doing a search for App World. I re-installed App World from the Blackberry website. I still had the same problem. Then a friend suggested that I un-install App World by Settings: Device: Application Management: Blackberry App World - and selecting delete in Options. I did this - and then re-installed App World AGAIN on my phone from the website. And still the problem persists. Do I actually have App World on my phone or not? If I do have it on my phone, how and where do I find the icon - so I can place it on my home screen.

Downloads missing from dock

Both the downloads icon and the documents icon are missing from the dock. I try to drag them from Finder and nothing happens. Where they should be there are very light grey bars. This sounds odd, but I think they got pulled below the dock. Sometime they appear in grey behind the dock but cannot be opened by clicking on them. How do I get them back.

(this is not going to solve it but it will help us see what you're saying. can you hit shift+cmd+4 at the same time, the cursor will become crosshairs. now hit space bar. the cursor should become a camera. place this camera on the dock, the dock should be highlighted when doing this, and click the mouse.
A picture will be saved on your dock, upload that picture here for us to see.
if you have your dock hidden this will not work, you'll need to right clickt he track where it separates your applications with the trash icon and then right click that go to dock preferences and then uncheck automatically hide and show dock. you can also access these settings in system preferences>dock

This happened to me today as well post installing the latest version of itunes. I did a search on google for the error and came across a recommendation to :
Note: Start Windows in Safe Mode to complete any of the following steps if you're unable to access Windows normally due to the msvcr80.dll error.
If, and only if, you're receiving the msvcr80.dll is missing error when you open Apple iTunes, do the following: (skip this step if your msvcr80.dll error is occurring with a different program)
Uninstall from Windows the following five programs in this order: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, and finally Apple Application Support. If you have iCloud, remove it as well.
Uninstalling these programs in Windows is done from an applet in Control Panel called Programs & Features (in Windows 8, 7, or Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
Note: Songs and playlists in iTunes will not be removed when you uninstall the iTunes program or any of the other, already-mentioned Apple programs. If you'd still like to back them up, they're usually located in the My Music folder in Windows.
Download the latest version of iTunes from Appleand note the location you're saving it to so you can find it once it's done.
Run the iTunes installation as an administrator. If you're not sure how to do that, see How Do I Open an Elevated Command Prompt? for help. Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

User Guide missing from downloads

I've noticed that the User Guides are now missing from the downloads for various models. Is there a reason for this ? Although you can still retrieve them via Google, I was just easy finding them on the download page.

The instructions say :Copy the Adobe Output Module folder (not the AOM_Package_[OS] folder) into the Bridge CC Extensions folder in the appropriate location:

Mac OS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge CC Extensions. However there is noplace on my Macbook Air running Yosemetie that has this /Library/Applications SUpport/Bridge CC Extensions. Can anyone advise?

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. I researched the advice on the link provided by b noir as well as very similar advice from apple support: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5376. It worked for me (for now).
Some things of note:
I did all of the things requested by the link I provided
My computer WOULD NOT uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. I had to manually remove the folder (also as instructed by the url)
I also uninstalled MobileMe. Was a little different than removing the other apps. Follow instructs provided here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2992
I did not uninstall iCloud
I have to admit it was a bit scary removing all those things. Is important to note that when re-installing Apple, follow steps to do so as Administrator (the right-click thingy and whatnot).
