RSAP_HIERARCHY_EXSTRUCT_GET
Hi,
We are Facing problem while extracting Hierarchy from source system(CRM quality),
Error:Function RSAP_HIERARCHY_EXSTRUCT_GET is not supported in the source system.
Can any one have idea on this

did you activate the Hierarchy data source in CRM? did you replicate metadata in BI? Try running RSA3 for the extractor in CRM , see what u get
