RSCRM_BAPI inconsistent error

Hi,
I have a problem with transaction RSCRM_BAPI.
If hi create a new extract in a table this error message appear:
<i>Metadata for extract /BIC/0CZ_STET_T is inconsistent
Error 0 when generating from extract /BIC/0CZ_STET_T
Metadata for extract /BIC/0CZ_STET_T is inconsistent
Error 0 when generating from extract /BIC/0CZ_STET_T</i>
Anybody can help me?
Michel

Hi Michel,
there are a lot of restrictions on objects to be used in query for Tcode RSCRM_BAPI, please check the corresponding How To doc in www.service.sap.com/bi in previous release section.
I think you are using an object not allowed for RSCRM_BAPI extraction.
Ciao.
Riccardo.

  • Batch inconsistency error & loss of data

    Hi All,
Almost all of our SFG and FG materials are batch managed. Suddenly we are facing batch inconsistency error which was not there earlier.
When production order confirmation is being done, batches are created and batch characteristics results are entered. But in many cases these batch values are not being updated in MCH1 table and we are facing batch inconsistency error. For example, during UD in Quality, batch inconsistency error is not allowing to pass the lot.
We are rectifying this using BMCC, but the major issue is that after running the transaction all batch characteristics data are lost. So we have to re-enter the results again.
The frequency of this error is too high now, almost 4/5 times a day. As we are approaching Go-Live very very soon, this has become a critical issue.
Please help with suggestions to rectify the problem.
    Thanks in advance!

I usually find inconsistencies to be related to specific characteristics, usually those with procedures or functions attached used to infer values or check values.  Are you using characteristics in this way at all on the batch?
Is this a brand new system or are you going live with a new business into an existing SAP system?  Is there any chance any of the internal tables used by the batch data have been corrupted somehow?  The batch characteristic tables are more complicated than most, using a lot of internal pointers to link tables together.  If a conversion program or upload program mucked around directly in any of these tables, that could have caused significant problems in your tables.
I'd look to see first if I could find a commonality among the problem batches.  I.e a similar characteristic, or same group of classes involved.  Maybe the materials were created and classified on the the same day?  Something that would indicate the problem.  Computer bugs are never random.  They just often appear that way!!!

  • Tables TCURM and T001K inconsistent Error While Creating Materials by BAPI

Hi I am Using the BAPI
BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA to create Material Masters I am creating all views for a Material.
When I repeatedly run the BAPI for Multiple runs to create the Materials for Multiple plants and multple sales Views
I get an Error Message when it is tryng to create accounting and costing View
    The error is Tables
TCURM and T001K inconsistent; notify your systems administrator
I dont get this message if I create one Material.
I get this error message only when I repeat the loop and try to create Materials for different valvation areas..
Please some one give ur views ..
I promise All replies will be rewarded..
    Thanks
    Martin

    Rob,
This is the peculiar behavious of SAP.
As i am trying to create the materials by using the BAPI with in Visual Basic.
The error can be simulated by using online data entry
i did a research on it and i found that the error can be overcome if we create the accouting view first and later oher views and this occurs if we try to create accouting views for other valuation areas are plants when we set the MRP_VIEW = "X" and ACCOUNT_VIEW = "X" and COST_VIEW = "X"
i dont know the exact reason for all this...
    Thanks

  • MR11 GR/IR Posting Error - PO History Inconsistent - error message M8278

    Dear experts,
We have the problem as described in SAP note 708649. Error CKMLGRIR025 - Purchase Order History Inconsistent
This has also been described in this thread
Re: GR/IR Posting Error CKMLGRIR025 - Purchase Order History Inconsistent
We also have the issue on posting an invoice "default qty & value 0" in MIRO, receiving error M8278 "You are not allowed to have zero lines".
However, so far we are not able to correct this eg do not know how to continue to clear the GR/IR
Any help or hints on this matter would be appreciated

    Hi,
please note that the error message M8 278 is only issued if there is
zero amount in ALL document lines.
This means that you can post MM-documents with zero lines. But only if
there are other lines with amount > 0. The reason for this system
behaviour is, that every time a MM-Invoice is posted, an FI-Document is
created. In FI-Documents it isn't allowed to have zero lines.
So if you have an MM-Document with only zero lines, the Fi-document
can't be created and the error message is issued.
I hope I could help you further
    Best regards
    Erika

  • DPM 2012 R2 Consistency Check (Replica Inconsistent) Error for Failover Cluster

I have a SCDPM 2012 R2 instance running against a Windows Server 2012 R2 Failover Cluster on the network.
However, any new/migrated Roles/Virtual machines that I add under an existing protection group always gives me an error saying that the replica is inconsistent.
    I've verified the following :
    1. All windows updates are applied on the cluster hosts & the DPM server.
    2. The VSS and DPMRA services are running on the hosts & DPM server.
    3. The Windows Server Backup feature has been installed on all the machines as well.
    4. The short term storage disks attached to the DPM server are LUNs and there is enough free space on those.
What else am I missing that could be causing the Replica to be inconsistent - considering that these are new VMs on the hosts themselves - is there a way to force a fresh replica to be created?

Do not remove any of the providers they come with the system. There is just something wrong with that VM, your trying to backup, as it could take the initial replica creation.
    Check all of the following
    1) Make sure you have enough C drive space on the guest - need space to create a snapshot
    2) Check the vssadmin list wirters for any errors
If none of the above, rerun the consistency check when no other backup is running. Check the Application log on the host for any vss failures
Ensure you have all the DPM hotfixes - I am compiling a list since i've been thru many DPM issues.
Great product when you get it going but like any product there are bumps in the road :)

  • Purchase Order - Release Startegies; Inconsistency error

    Dear all,
I am changing our release startegy for the purchase orders. Therfore I added two characteristics:
    - Plant (Table EKKO and Field WERKS)
    - Material Number
The problem is that I get the following error message:
    "Inconsistent characteristic value assignment"
I only added the plant value so I do not understand why I get an inconsistency?!
In the next step I also want to integrate the characteristic "materialnumber". Is it possible to define the value somehting like all values without 950*?
Can anybody help me with this?
    Thank you very much.
    Best regards,
    Markus Sigl

    Dear Sasi,
I checked the database and all parts of the strategy. There should be no inconsitency (all the codes. I still could not solve this problem, groups and so on should be ok).
    Have you got another idea?
    Thank you very much.
    Best regards,
    Markus
    Hi
I think this may be because of inconsistency caused with tables. Kindly check all the tables related to release strategy and the entries.tables T16FK, T16FV, T16FS, T16FC and T16FG
If you change any release strategy with fout following the sequence, the inconsistency in table will be created.
Follow the sequence below for deletion or changes
    1. Delete the release strategies
    2. Delete the release indicators
    3. Delete the release codes
    4. Delete the release group
    5. Delete the class
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Sasi

  • Inconsistent error when displaying reports

    Hello,
I have CrystalReports 12 server installed on a Windows 2003 Server.
When attempting to view a report from IE, it displays the report sometimes and sometimes it reports an error >> Print Error.
It seems to be inconsistent. I am sure it's not related to the database.
Could it be related to a driver issue, i.e. jdbc driver, it the driver it uses when configuring the report?
    Any help appreciated.
NOTE: Is there a log file on the server which I can browse for clues?
    thanks
    Henry

    Hi Henry,
if you add "-trace" at the end of the command line of your crystal report page & cache servers (Use the CMC for this and go in the "servers" folder. You can modify the command line in the properties of your servers after you have stopped them). Restart the servers and look in the Logging directory directly under your BOBJ installation directory.
    Regards,
    Stratos

  • Inconsistent error message display

Using jsf/adf 10.1.3.3. Steve, I'm experiencing what seems to be an inconsistency in the way that error messages are being displayed. The problem I'm experiencing is that the first time an attribute fails validation, the error message is displayed only at the top in the message box and not beneath the respective component. The next time validation fails on this field, I see the error message at the top and beneath the component. This inconsistency seems to appear only when an attribute has been marked as mandatory (not null) and that particlar validation fails. Put another way, if I have a method validation on an attribute and that validation fails, I don't see this inconsistency. The error message always displays both at the top and beneath the component. I've tested this on one of your samples, RequiredFieldsWithCustomRequiredMessageIncludingFieldLabel, and found it happening there also. I made one slight change to the code in that example so that I could recreate this problem. There's code behind the Save button of the CreateNewEmployee.jspx which sends the user back to the 'Home' page of this app if the commit is successful. I've rewired that by returning null instead of returning "back". This way I can recreate the problem. Here are the steps to recreate:
    1) Run CreateNewEmployee.jspx
    2) Without entering any values, click Save.
    3) Validation fails for each of the required attributes, the errors appear for each of these attributes, but only in the top message box.
    4) Enter in valid values for the required fields.
    5) Click Save. This should commit the record just fine.
    6) Null out the value just entered for Employee Name.
    7) Click Save. Validation fails for Employee Name and the error message displays both at the top and just beneath the Employee Name input.
I see this behavior without using the customized PageLifecycle class too, so I don't think that it has anything to do with those framework extension classes. Any idea as to why when validation fails the first time for a required attribute the error message does not display beneath that component as well? Thanks.

The only workaround mentioned in the bug report is to use required="#{...}" instead of showrequired="#{...}" That is, if the client side manages the enforcement of the requiredness, then the issue apparently does not occur. The bug is still open (i.e. hasn't yet been fixed in 11g).
I'd recommend you file a Service Request on Metalink and ask for a fix to bug# 5918276 if it's a showstopper issue for you.

  • RSCRM_BAPI giving Error in the OLAP-Check - Data  Retraction

    Hello,
we have an integrated planing using a cube in BW. From this cube data has been retracted to R/3 using a retraction query.
Problem: We needed to compress the cube due to to many partitions on the database. From that moment on the retraction failed yielding an empty query result. After investigating we found that this error appears on the Olap-Check in the RSCRM_BAPI transaction:
Original in German: InfoCube enthält Daten in seiner E-Tabelle.
Translated to english: The InfoCube has data in its E-Table.
For now we made a backup of the original cube, cleared the cube and loaded the data back into the cube. So we kind of compressed all requests into one due to the full load. But this is only a workaround.
Can someone give any hints or ideas how we can solve the retraction problem with a compressed cube without clearing it?
    Thanks

Follow these steps and hopefully it should resolve your query
    1. If there is no table to link then Create a dummy table and link it in physical layer
    2. Move it to BMM layer
    3. In case the spreadsheet table also links to a table from another data-source then create the links from BMM layer only.
    4. Move it to presentation layer and job done..

  • Condition Indicator Inconsistent Error Message --- But All Book Files Have Same Settings!

Help! I have used the same FrameMaker files for over 2 years in a book and all files have conditional text (CT) tags applied. I added a new one today and now every time I update the book, a Book Error Report says that a condition indicator for one of my older tags (not the new one) is inconsistent --- but what is strange is, I checked the CT tags in each file in the book, and they ALL have the same exact settings, which are "Show All" and "Show Condition Indicators." Can someone help? I have saved the file as an MIF, turned the indicators off and then on, and still cannot get this fixed --- any help from anyone would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    Add'l Info & Correction:
This happened after a Windows Svc Pack 3.0 was auto-downloaded on my machine on the 8th---IT uninstalled the 3.0, but it may have corrupted my FM files...does anyone have any info on this? I have a backup from the day before, but I have down a lot of work to the file since and would hate to loose all the work. If someone could help me get the file back up to par, that would be SO wonderful! Thanks

  • Inconsistent error opening PDF files

    Hi all,
Hope someone have seen this issues before.  At our company, we have multiple computers running Windows 7 and Windows XP.  All the computers have Adobe Acrobat reader 10 & 11.
When we go to a specific websites and click on a pdf file to open, we get this error message below:
"There was an error opening this document.  The file is damaged and could not be repaired"
When we click on the pdf files and choose to view or download to it to our desktop, we at times will get this error message several times and then it will finally work.  Some pdf files will just open and we can view it immediately and some pdf files will give this error message several times before it work.
This is happening to all the computers (Windows XP and Windows 7).  We have try to reinstall Adobe reader 10 and 11 on some of the computers, did full windows update, cleared out cookies/cache on browser, tried different browser (chrome and IE8 and 9).  Nothing seems to resolved this inconsistency.
    nick

I change the setting in IE and Chrome to have PDF files open in the native applicaiton instead of the browser, but it still have issues.
We have several locations, and our ShadyGrove and Germantown have the issues, while the Washington does not.  Everyone at the Washington area when opening the pdf files from the specific website does not get the error message.
    Thanks

  • I'm having some strange (& Inconsistent) errors when I try to connect to the iTunes store..

Hello there, so I was enjoying listening to music and using my various apps when suddenly I could no longer connect to the iTunes store. I went to update my apps and I was told itunes could not connect to the store 'Error 310'. I went to go online and post a question only to find my account had been suspended until I changed the password. I did so and no one managed to reply to my problem. Anyway, later that day suddenly it did connect, however when I tried to download updates I was given 'error 8003'.
So, I did as Apple support instructed, and deleted my downloads folder, and stopped my firewall, and stopped all other programmes so my computer was running on bare bones, even my speakers were had no software. However this made no difference, and I returned later that day to find that, instead of error 8003, I was stuck with error 310 again. I am a little confused...
Finally, I have checked and doubled checked and cannot find firewall or programme conflicts, and other wifi devices in my house seem to access the store succesfully.
I would like to update itunes but, is it possible to update it from the website without the total reinstall? Will all my music be safe? It could just be my current version has decided not to play ball anymore.
I'll be checking back here regularly, but thank you in advance. Also, to prewarn you, myself and computers do not always get on very well... I'm reasonably good at using them to be fair but since my first ICT lesson it's been known that computers don't seem to behave for me. So if you give me instructions please feel free to treat me like an idiot and spell them out.

Sorry I gave this a 'this helped me' but after a long struggle I found some ticked box somewhere from some unauthorised chrome extension blaaa....... the link you gave was great, not only did it confirm all the bad things google is supposed to be up to it provided a better browser. Cheers man.
Anyone who find this; I disabled all extension in chrome. I then searched the word proxy in the settings section. A button came up, "change proxy settings" I clicked on it. Earlier it was greyed out as an extension was interefering.. It brought up a box with my own settings from my computer. Then I clicked LAN settings, then unchecked the 'Use a proxy server' button.
P.S. If you're using chrome, bail, and dowload Komodo Dragon. It's virtually identical, but you're not tracked, and you can use chrome extensions, and you can quickily transfer your chrome preferences into it.

  • Inconsistent Errors when processing  IDocs using custom Function Module

I am encountering a most perplexing error. Here is the situation.
We have a custom function module to update data in the EH&S system. We are having a bizarre error occurring. This is the basic processing of the function module:
    1. IDoc data is read and loaded into an internal table.
    2. Data is run through a series of checks to determine if the data is valid for entry into the system.
    3. After validation we use function module  C1F2_SUBSTANCES_READ_WITH_REF to read  characteristic data for the  substance. This data is used to validate whether current data exists to allow for loading of the IDoc data. (This is the step where the IDoc is receiving an error even if the data is valid. This only occurs if we are processing a large amount of Idocs and one IDoc contains valid data and another invalid data for the same substance. It occurs even if the Idocs are not processed in sequence.  If individually processed or reprocessed after initial failure they pass. This is what is so confusing!) If it exists, a flag is set and  the data is loaded using function module BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE to modify the data.
    4. If the flag is set to allow further processing, the function module C1F2_SUBSTANCES_READ_WITH_REF is used again to select different characteristic data for the substance. A similar validation process occurs and if it passes, data is loaded using BAPI_BUS1077_CHANGE to update and BAPI_BUS1077_CREATE to create new data.
    Here is the situation:
When processing one valid record for one substance, the record loads successfully.  When processing multiple valid records (all are valid) for one substance, they all load successfully.  The problem occurs when attempting to load valid and invalid records for the same substance.  Some times the program successfully loads the valid data (as expected).  Other times, it will not load any records.  It is not consistent!
The order of IDoc processing does not have an impact on the success of the load.  Whether the valid or invalid record processes first does not have an impact on the success of the valid substance load.
Does anyone have ANY Idea of what is going on? I am clearing all fields in the function module before processing occurs. I cannot find what is causing the error to occur.
    HELP!
    Jim Hardy

I have some further information. It seems that if data for a substance is sent in two separate Idocs, one with valid and one with invalid data, As long as the two IDocs are processed consecutively, they process correctly. If they are separated by IDocs containing other substance information, they fail.
    thanks
    Jim
