RSRV issue (problem with repairing Infocube)

Hi Experts,
I have an issue with RSRV or repairing my InfoCube object. Everytime I analyze my cube (using RSRV), it returns warning message saying "Dimension ZCGILFCST3: DIMID 106 is not posted". Hence, when I do the repair or executing the Correct error function, it gives me a message of "Error during repair; repair probably not successful".
What do i need to do with this issue? What exactly the "not posted" issue means?

Thanks for the info.
However, the Correct Error function could not remove the unused data (DIMID 106). As background, we do before deletion of  unnecessary data in the cube before we do the RSRV (analysis and repair). Now, as mentioned, when we analyze the cube it returns error message and the repair function could not correct or remove the identified erroneous data.
Actually, it is not only DIMID 106 data which the system says as erroneous record instead it returns a lot (DIMID: 104, 107, 108, 355 and so on). Meaning, no definite number of erroneous data yet. We already checked those data in the cube (directly in dimension table) and found out that all of it are needed data and must not be deleted.
I hope someone could give me exactly what the "not posted in the InfoCube" means and help me out with this issue.

  • OS X 10.5.x AirPort Dropout Issue - Problem with Apple

    I am posting this as a new topic in the hope that Apple will take urgent action to resolve these AirPort dropout issues with OS X 10.5.x.
    Yesterday, I installed setup a new 40GB partition on my firewire drive and installed OS X 10.5.2 (from my original installation dvd) and did all updates (via Software Update) to arrive at an up-to-date OS X 10.5.5. Only stock standard OS X 10.5.5 installed now.
    Some interesting observations along the way:
    1. After installing 10.5.2 the AirPort network kept dropping out or stalling.
    2. Installed following updates:
    - AirPort Utility (5.3.2)
    - QuickTime (7.5.5)
    - iLife Support (8.3)
    - iTunes (8.0)
    - Remote Desktop Client Update (3.2.2)
    - Java For Mac OS X 10.5 Update 1 (1.0)
    I did not update to OS X 10.5.5 at this time.
    3. Restarted and AirPort network stable and fast.
    4. Ran Software Update again - installed:
    - Front Row Update (2.1.6)
    - Mac OS X Update Combined (10.5.5)
    5. Restarted and AirPort network stable and fast.
    6. Ran Software Update again - all software up to date.
    7. Repaired permissions with Disk Utility.
    Everything has been going fine with connections to the internet with Safari - until this morning.
    My 'clean' OS X 10.5.5 installation is now suffering from the same AirPort network dropouts - no 3rd party applications installed. Ran OK for a day, but after being shutdown for 5 or 6 hours, the problem arose following startup this morning.
    Conclusion:
    1. AirPort problem with OS X 10.5.x; or
    2. AirPort problem with new 17" MBP; or
    3. Problem with AEB 802.11n (gagabit ethernet); or
    4. Problem with DSL modem or ISP connection.
    Comments on item 1 - think I have conclusively eliminated 3rd party software.
    Comment on item 2 - no problems indicated by TechTool Delux or TechTool Pro 4; works OK via ethernet connection.
    Comment on item 3 - previously did factory reset and textbook setup on AEB. Connection via AEB 802.11g relay and remote work fine.
    Comment on item 4 - fact that other computers connect OK and this computer can connect OK via ethernet rules out problems with DSL modem and ISP.
    Draw your own conclusions, but I am now certain the problem is clearly with Apple.

    the log says:

    kernel unable to collect channel list from hal;(...)
    my AEB is just 2 ms away from the MacBookPro, the AEB is brand new.
    In the moment I have an ethernet cable going from the router through the house, because the AEB is unrelyable. I used all the tricks people posted and said it would solve the problem, which is not the case for me. Dropouts just continue.
    With the old ufo-style extreme there was no problem at all.
    So please Airport developers put effort to solve the problem and suffering of users.

  • Problem with repaired neo fis2r

    I am experiencing performance problems with my neo tha t I am not sure where to begin trouble shooting. I had an video card falure(delaminated pin on agp ) which resulted in damage to the agp slot I rma 'd my neo and it returned marked repaired with a grey agp slot , bios 1.4 ( had 1.6 installed) and the same serial #. I reinstalled all components. noted the retrograde bios and flashed to 1.8. then I attempted to return all settings to theyre original state only to find that I can't overclock! previously I got 250mhz clock with perf mode set to ultra turbo and ram set to 333mhz . now I can't get past perf mode fast and 205mhz no matter what. I see references to bios 1.8 as being not very overclockable.this may be the problem but  the waters have been muddied by the multitude of events. I am not an expert and do not know where to start. I was so thrilled with the performance of my neo and now I am at a loss . Is the bios responsible for this abysmal performance or is my system still compromised? I don't know what to do to determine its state. my system is as follows:-
    neo fis2r( of course)
    2.4c p4 with zalman alcu 7000
    ati 8500dv
    512mb samsung 400mhz ram
    seagate barracuda sata 150 raid 0
    pci modem card
    thermaltake xaser2 case
    any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    essentially I am not just concerned about it's current inability to overclock. but more in the fact that b4 the repiar of the board I was able to overclock with no difficulty and no special considerations. in fact when I look at my little log of bios settings the agp clock was set at 66.6/33.3 after all the overclocking. and now with EXACTLY the same components( ati card repalced but physically identical)  none of those same settings work. did the failure damage other components whose failure is not yet critical path or has the bios upgrade caused instability?

  • Problem with repair

    Hi just wondering has anyone had this problem with Lenovo I bought an idea centre 750 in November 2014 and it wasn't shuting down properly the fan would still run so I rang up and told them there was a hardware problem they were very nice on the phone apologised and said it would have to be sent off for repair .... Far enought I agreed !! These things happen ok so then I received my computer back 4 weeks later and all they did was reinstall windows .... A waste of my time a monkey could do that !! The problem was still there so I returned it after I got no where with costumer support saying that it should have been fixed !! So sent it back again took another 4 weeks and recieved it yesterday went to open the box and all the glass from the screen was smashed to pieces the sides of the boxes it was packed in had no protection !! How stupid can you be !! Now I'm waiting to ring them again on Monday and demand a replace or my money back spent a lot of money on this and feel I have been robed !! Anyone any advice ?

    Just a quick update rang Lenovo and once again they have done nothing they want to send my computer away again for another 4 week for there own lack off packaging any other company would have replace it by now best advice to anyone buy off dell cause Lenovo ain't worth **bleep** !! Customer service is a big deal too bad I was late finding that out they will do only the bare minimum for you I bought this computer in November 2014 might actually get it mid April to use .......... Complete joke !! Looking into small claims court over this

  • PC issue.--Problem with index step.

    Today our two chains are failed at loading ..
    source is R/3  & update mode is delta.
    Iam corrected the error and loaded the delta again useing repeat option,in cube request showing repeat of last delta.In monitor screen overall status is green but Total status showing is RED.But in cube it is showing green.loaded fine
    For one chain when iam click on repeat on loading step ,it is loaded data fine into cube ,but unfortunately deleting index turned into yellow looking like execuating .This index step avalible on top of the loading step. before index step executed fine, load step is failed.when iam clck on repeat it is went to executing index step. I donot no why..but it is still showing yellow...
    Now my question is, weather chains run tommrow with out any problem with deltas..? because chain still showing red colour.

    I will explain clearly we have one PC haveing say 5 steps.1  2  3  4  5.
    Third step is Deleting Index and  Fourth step is Loading into cube.
    Today our chain is failed at fourth step.Iam corrected the error and clicked on the repeat ..loading into cube done fine
    But strangely in went to Third step to execute. that is still in yellow colour .But total chain status is showing red.
    And also in batch monitor job was finished successfully.But in chain index step showing still yellow..
    I think now iam clear for you...

  • Problem with my infocube

    Hello & Good Morning!
    I have created one infocube with dimensions  Customer No, Material No, Sales Rep No, and Key figures as Price of Material(currency), Quantity(number) and Sales Revenue(currency). This is my data target.
    In my flat file I have all the data except the  sales revenue column. Sales Revenue has to be calculated as price * quantity in the transformation.
    My question here is while creating the DataSource, should I define the infoobject for Sales revenue under the tab u201Cfieldu201D  as it is not coming from the source? Second while in the transformation  I have included price and quantity as source field from sales revenue and wrote a routine but when I come back and hit the u201Ctransfer valueu201D button below it gives me lot of error as data type miss match and so many things....I am not able to  save and activate the transformation,  the error are like these, please help

    It is asking the conversation type go for Keyfig(=) in transformations there is symbol like (=)
    click on that symbol , Change the Conversion type as No Conversion ,
    do this for all keyfig s
    You are given the conversion as fixed i mean qty fixed(KG)
    profit(INR)
    So that it asking for Conversion

  • Problem with repairing Lion

    A week ago my MacBook Pro was running slow, so I turned it off. When I tried to turn it back on it wouldn't. I took my mac to the local Geek Squad and he told me to boot it up holding option (same as holding command+R). When I do this I click on Repair Lion or something like that, I get to the step where I need to select a drive, and Macintosh HD and Revover HD are both locked. Anything I can do? I do not have a back up disk, and I never backed it up with Time Machine. I don't want to lose all of my files.

    It is weird that the disks are locked, I dont know how to fix that. If you decide to get a new hard drive, I recommend looking in to OCZ Solid State Drives (SSD). OCZ is a very very reputable company, long warranties, and they are less expensive now then when I bought mine. Opposed to a traditional spinning disk, they are more like ram. The read and write speeds of a SSD is about 3 to four times faster than a brand new disk hard drive. I love mine, it makes my computer fast. Apps and documents open seconds after you click them, my boot up time is about 25 Seconds, and local data transfer is fast. When I installed Mountain lion, it estimated 35 minutes and it is usually longer but it took 10 mins with the SSD. Whoever you have replace the drive usually have drive docking bays to transfer you data, or you can have them put the old drive in an external exlosure. If you do it yourself, you could buy an external enclosure and if you are computer savy, navigate the files of the drive and find your things, if geek squad cant get the data off the old drive it would likely be your dive took a crap and that was your original problem.

  • Problems with FI Infocubes activations

    Dear Reader.
    I am having trouble activating the FI infocubes (GL, AP, AR AA) in DEV, QAS, PRD.
    In BID the infocube looks active with active transfer rules, etc.. in the infoprovider list but when i double click the infocube it shows "in process". how is this possible. without noticing this initially, i transported the infocube from DEV to QAS and to BIP. How to activate the infocubes. I need to schedule the data in PRD from tomorrow and i am having this crisis. YouR help in this matter will be highly appreciated and also further, do i need to activate all the BCT objects again in DEV and then transport again to QAS & PRD.???

    There is no problem in having version as In progress.
    Object information :
    Save : Saved
    Revised Version : Active Version
    Object Status : Active executable
    If object information of your FI cubes matches with above mentioned statuses then you should be able to load data succesfully. You will get above statuses under Version tab only.
    Please let me know if you need more information.

  • Family Sharing Issue: Problem with child account not having access to parents purchases.

    I created a family sharing network consisting of my me, my wife, and my 16 y/o son.  I can see/download my wife's purchases and she can see/download my purchases. I can also see/download my sons purchases.  My son can see my purchases, but when he attempts to download them he gets the error message "Unable to Download: To download shared content, your Family must have a valid payment method." 
    There is a valid payment method and the account and it was verified when sitting up my son's account for family sharing.  I'd note that my son is the only one in the family that doesn't have a payment method associated with his personal account. However, I don't think that's anrequirement to set up family sharing.
    Hopefully, this issue will be addressed quickly.

  • Problems with repairing external HD for use with TM

    I've been trying all day to fix this. It was working earlier no problem, then when I went to restart my computer(after reinstalling mac osx) due to updates, i've been having trouble ever since. It doesn't mount, but yet it shows up in the disk utility. I've tried to repair it, and I get this:

    One of the things you listed is a case-sensitive filesystem which can be troublesome.
    Run DU and look at your internal HD.
    Click on the partition and down below you will see Format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
    I believe that it will also say "Case Sensitive" if it is.

  • Long time gaming issue, problem with router

    Okay heres the deal, I'm using sbc yahoo dls, which connects
    directly into my airport extreme, and my airport extreme is plugged into my Windows Xp, and also transmutes internet wirelessly for my Mother's Mac OSX which is why we bought it. Now the porblem I'm experiencing is that when I try to connect to a server on a game, such as Age of Empires 2, for example it wont let me, I am also unable to host a server that people can connect to and I've only been experiencing these problems now that we have the airport extreme. I've tried figuring out how to open ports and I have read some explenations but they don't really address my problem at all. Can anyone explain what the problem is, and what I need to do?

    To open ports, follow the directions in How do I use Port Mapping (Part I).
    But if that doesn't work for you, you may need to set up your computer as a 'default host' See KB 166677, Setting up a default host on your network.

  • Problems with Repair Disk Permissions

    I am running Mavericks 10.9.5 on a new (2013) Mac Pro.  When I run disk permissions I get a LONG list of repaired files and then the message that the process is complete.  But if I then run the repair routine again I get ANOTHER equally long list of DIFFERENT permissions that are supposedly being repaired.  This goes on ad infinitum.  If I run Repair Disk Permissions on my other computers multiple times no additional permissions show up after running the program once.  Any idea why this might be occurring?
