We need to manage firefox updates from a central location but can't use automatic updates for auditing purposes. Auditors like to see a trail of updates being reviewed, tested and then finally being pushed out to the rest of the system. Start iTunes on the computer you normally sync with. Connect your phone. Select your phone in iTunes on your computer and select the General tab in iTunes. Then scroll down to check for updates. iTunes will update your phone to the latest version of the iOS that is availablele.

I agreed to update new version of Firefox but every timeI go on internet it asks me again to update Firefox.

I went through all the steps to update new version of Firefox as requested when I went onto internet. But still every time I go onto internet I am advised to update new version - as if it never received my agreement. Two emails from you confirm I have updated. If I recall correctly, you are talking about the default start page. To check if this is correct, type '''about:home''' in the awesome bar. If this is the same as your homepage, it will still be there when you update.

I made a mistake: I download the last version of Firefox but my laptop (an iBook with Mac OS 10.4.11) does not support this Firefox version. Now I lost all my bookmarks because the new Firefox version delate the old one.

Your bookmarks probably aren't lost, you just can't access them. Try installing Firefox 3.6.21 and they should be there.

I'm searching an update table which provide information about NAT feature support in Catalyst switches.
I would like to know if the Nexus 7000 support NAT but my table below is too old -> Updated: Apr 05, 2006.
From my research, it's not possible but i'm looking for an official documentation.

Your table is the latest one I know of so you'll have to look at the switches datasheets to really know but I highly doubt that newer switches not in the table support this feature.

This article contains absolutely NO information about the update being offered. It doesn't even tell me what it might break on my system (i.e. what gets changed). Just excuses of "We Aren't Telling Until Our Investigation Is All Done."
That's not a good enough reason to install an update, it never was, and it never will be.
"Do it because we say so" might fly overseas in Foxconn factories, but around here we don't like being kept in the dark and fed a load of fertilizer.

The individual update pages, such as this one, list the changes and fixes. The reference to information which Apple doesn't release is about security bugs it's identified but not patched, as it would only be useful to attackers.

Clicking on "View more information about this update" for 31.5.0 does nothing

I got a pop-up today that Thunderbird 31.5.0 is available. I clicked on "View more information about this update" because that usually takes me to the release notes and I prefer to read about updates and download and install them myself, rather than have the system do it for me. (I do this so I can save previous versions in case I run into a problem with the latest and want to go back.) But when I clicked on "View more information about this update" nothing happened. It didn't switch over to the browser nor start loading the release notes.

About 5-10 minutes after I had clicked on "View more information about this update" a few times (and had manually gone to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/31.5.0/releasenotes/ and downloaded and was in the process of installing the new release), my browser opened up three tabs on that page. I guess it was just a very delayed response.

With security groups, you can defined a set of organizations with a shared access.
E.g. you defined one Secruity groups and assigned in these group 5 organizations.
The security group is assign to a responsibility.
You have access to these 5 organizations over one responsibility, you must not change the responsibility, if you will enter transactions for a other organization.

Purpose
You can use Handling Unit Management (HUM) to reflect packing-based logistics structures in the SAP System. Using this method, you track the movements of entire handling units and the materials they contain rather than tracking each material individually.
When you base logistics processes on handling units, goods movements processing is made easier, which in turn optimizes all logistics operations. This simplified processing includes the existing packing function in shipping and warehouse processing in the Warehouse Management system, which is expanded here.
Features
In the system, the handling unit (HU) expands on the shipping unit. Handling units can be nested, which means that you can create new handling units from several handling units as often as you like. At the material item level, HUs contain the complete material identification, the quantity, and, in the case of serial numbers, the respective object list. Handling units have unique, scannable identification numbers that can be developed according to standards such as EAN 128 or SSCC.
Handling units contain all inventory management information of the materials they contain that are maintained in Inventory Management. There are also status messages that you can call up at any time that indicate whether a handling unit is only planned or if the ship-to party has been notified of the arrival of this handling unit, or whether it is in the warehouse or has already been posted to goods issue. The integrated history function also records each business process in the life cycle of each handling unit, meaning that you can track the handling units path and development at any time.
In HU-managed storage locations, all goods movements are executed through the specification of the respective HUs, and Inventory Management is performed through the handling units. If you are not working with HU-managed storage locations, you can use handling units (without stock information) as before in the delivery and in the shipment.
In HU-managed storage locations, materials can be managed in HUs only. Mixed stock (stock made up of packed and non-packed materials within the same storage location) is not supported. HUs can also be managed in interim storage types. Unpacking a material from an HU means that the stock of the material is posted to a storage location that is not HU-managed.
If you call up normal material movements in connection with an HU-managed storage location, a delivery is created, rather than a direct material posting, which has been the procedure up to this point.
Handling units are unique at client level in at least one system. Using an indicator at client level (see Unique Identification of Handling Units), you can control whether you are going to work with the HU functions. Since the handling unit is a physical unit, the central logistics processes are controlled through the input of the handling unit identification. These processes include putaway, picking, and stock transfers, as well as goods receipts and goods issues.
A handling units mobility can be limited if quality checks are active. Changes in the stock category caused by a quality inspection are made using a posting change in the handling unit.
There is also a report available that you can use to find and display handling units using different selection criteria such as material, packing instruction, or storage location.
Although the handling unit is basically a unit that remains constant in the system, you can change it by repacking the materials it contains. All the packing functions, such as packing, repacking, and unpacking, are completely supported by the handling unit function. In this way, handling units can be created in production, during goods receipt, or in the packing areas of the warehouse. If you have automatic packing, the handling unit is created from the packing proposals defined in the system (from the packing instructions, for example).

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

I have just updated to the new version of Firefox. Eventhough, i have reboated my computor, Firfox prompts to do it again and again and would not open. The same things happen if i try to unistall it or redownload it. What can I do?

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

*Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
*Install the new version that you have downloaded
Your profile data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data if you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.

I tried to add this in the topic already open but it kept sending me through the unending rabbit holes!
My question is: How do I figure out what release I was on, get rid of this one and got back to a functional firefox that moves in realtime. I already did all the reset and etc.... I just want to go back to the speed I had. This halting , hanging up misery of a browzer is Sad. I have had firefox for years and always recommended it ..... BUT NOT ANY MORE. I agree with the other poster ... there should be a rollback feature. Peoples time has value and right now FireFox is sucking the value down a rabbit hole.

I came here to fix it a couple of dayz ago and did the reset firefox and now it IS RUNNING SO POORLY AND SLOW I AM ABOUT TO KILL IT OFF MY MACHINE!!! Yes that is me yelling - and it happened in SSSSSSSSSSSSS LLLLLLLLL OOOOOOOO WWWWWWWWWW Motion. I have run all the security scans and cleanups ---this needs a fix ASAP!!! PS: The hang ups and slowness is EVERYWHERE I go. I only get speed doing programs not connected to ON LINE.

How do I disable your annoying screen urging an update to a newer version of firefox?

You are annoying me and it may cause me to delete Firefox and use another browser if you do not frankly and forthrightly answer my question and not skirt the issue and pretend you are addressing a question about auto-updates because that is not my question, which in fact is: How do I disable the window you have put on my home page that urges an upgrade to a newer version of Firefox? I simply want to keep the older version because I do not like your newer version, so don't end up like Avira (My former virus protection) and get replaced with a competing product merely because you have thoughtlessly gone overboard with the splash screen notifications. After all, I really do want to continue to say I like Firefox, not I used to like Firefox until... Put another way, its just like "A Few Good Men" Is this crystal?

Upgrading to Firefox 12 is a '''HUGE security exposure''' because it bypasses UAC on Windows 7.
