RSS feed to this forum?

Does one exist?

This is untested, but I just tried creating an RSS feed for this forum on Dapper. Dapper is a neat tool for creating feeds for sites that don't provide them.
The feed: http://www.dapper.net/transform.php?dappName=AdobeLightroomForum&transformer=RSS&extraArg _title=Title&applyToUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.adobeforums.com%2Fcgi-bin%2Fwebx%2F.3bc2cf0a%2F%3 F%40884.inCsijLUeWN%40

  • RSS Feed for this forum

    Hi,
I am connected to the RSS feed of this forum and the feed is sending only the first line of the text entered. So most of the times I get something like Hello, or Hi , and I don't have at least the few first lines.
Would it be possible to change the feed to add more lines ?
    Oracle Application Express (APEX)
    Thanks
    Francis.

Anyone know how to setup to actualy post. I have tried quite a few options in Outlook Express but keep getting this error. I have put in my email address I use here, [email protected] Server adobeforums.com username agent86oz (and [email protected]) and my password.

  • Does the RSS feed of this forum work for anyone else?

Call me old school but I still use RSS feeds to keep up with stuff and last month the feed for this forum quit working.  After some investigation I discovered that it is not valid anymore :(

Who do I need to contact to fix this?

For which forum, this Forum Issues forum?
Looks to be the Visual Studio Integrate forum:
    https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-us/home?forum=vsx
The RSS feed seems to be working just fine for me in a browser.

  • RSS feed for specific forum.

Is it possible to generate an RSS feed of the LabVIEW forum? I don't like subscribing via email spam so would prefer RSS feeds instead. Is there a way? I know there is a filter here:
    http://www.ni.com/rss/
Is there a way to use that?

Hmm, I played around with the RSS URL to see if I could figure out something and I came up with this:
    http://sine.ni.com/nirss/nirssnews?nistype=rss&filter=+url:forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=1...
It sort'of works but I get posts from all of the forums apparently.
It's just a coincidence that the LabVIEW forum is the most active and
    it dominates the feeds.

  • RSS feed of the forum

    Hello!
Is there a possibility to get the RSS feed of the Discussin forums?
It is really nice feature to stay in-touch with latest topics without loading the browser.

    Thank you for good news!
It is also interesting to read through RSS the NI news, examples and any other information from NI Developer Zone. For the today situation with growing and growing amount of information it is of the most importance to follow standards as much as possible. So, I think RSS to be the right way
    to Ray Farmer
RSS is the very powerfull XML based standard way to publish some info from website to any compatible reader (for example Mozilla Thunderbird mail client, a lot of stand alone readers).
You can see description and specs on the net.
    Try to look at http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss

  • Does the RSS feed for Dev Forums work for you?

Does the RSS feed (lower right corner of the screen)
    http://discussions.apple.com/rss.jspa?feed=rss/rssmessages.jspa?forumID=727
work for you? I tried to add the URL to one of the RSS readers on my iPhone but none could identify a working feed. Any hints?

Well, I think they just got the RSS image link wrong. The correct link is:
    http://discussions.apple.com/rss/rssmessages.jspa?forumID=727
    Works fine in all readers.
(I still wonder how others have gotten the link I initially posted working... )

  • News feed for this forum

    Hi
As I alluded to in my preceding post, the only newsfeed I can
find for the flex forums here is
"macromedia.flex.general_discussion", which points to the Flex 1.5
    General Discussion forum.
Where's the newsfeed for the Flex 2.0 forum?
    Cheers.
    Adam

Cheers, yes, I know that. As per my original post (which
might not have been clear, sorry), these are the groups presented
    by the newsfeed:
    macromedia.flex.flex_builder
    macromedia.flex.general_discussion
    macromedia.flex.pricing_licensing
    macromedia.flex.upgrade_migration
(Do you see a different list than that?)
    And the "macromedia.flex.general_discussion" news group
points to the "Flex 1.5 General Discussion" web forum.
So. Back to what I asked...
"Where's the newsfeed for the Flex 2.0 forum?"
    Adam

  • App for this Forum

I was wondering if there is a app for this forum, if not there should be one.
    Thanks

There is no app, but you can get an RSS app from the app store and then subscribe to the RSS feed for this forum.

  • Are the forum RSS feeds broken again?

W3C validator says the RSS feed - for example for this forum - 'does not validate'.
Thunderbird also complains that the feed is invalid.
    Jonathan.

The feed looks okay to me in a web browser, but I'm not using an actual reader or trying to do any validation on it.
There have been a few reports of this in the past though:

  • Create an RSS Feed to Church's Podcasts

My church posts its podcast sermons each week to iTunes Store (they are free of course).  I would like an RSS Feed URL so that I can automatically get the new sermons in to Google Reader (or any other reader for that matter).  Is there a way to create such an RSS feed for iTunes Podcasts?  The church's website does not have an RSS Feed for this purpose.
I realize you can go the other direction, having iTunes subscribe to an RSS Feed (Advance, Subscribe to Podcast), but that is the wrong direction.
I am pretty technical, and I have searched the web and looked at things like feedburner, but don't see a way to do it.
Please advise if there is a better forum to post this in.
    Thanks
    Bob

Sorry - please ignore the above: that will get you your iTunes Store URL. (Comes of posting too late at night).
Start again. Go to the iTunes Store: click 'subscribe'. Go to the Podcasts section in iTunes. Control click on the line for your podcast (not an episode) and choose 'Copy Podcast URL'. That is your podcast feed URL which you can use in any other rss reader.

  • RSS feeds for Error Queues

We have a requirement to send RSS feeds when ever there is a error message placed in the error queeu. Any inputs on this will be very much useful.

    > Hi,  The RSS feeds for the forums are great.  Any
    > chance of having the same thing for the developer
    > areas?  I'd hate to miss any new materials....
    Hi Kenneth,
RSS feeds for home pages are on the unfortunately long list of improvements. It is high up there.
But if you don't want to miss any materials, then you should check out DevToday, which you find under Services.
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/devnews.sdn?node=linkn2
It shows only the new stuff that came in within the last I think it is 30 days. You can tailor it to your information interests by rating these objects. You can even create a daily or weekly email from it.
Gone is the fear of missing good information, Mark.
P.S. If now only that DevToday page had an RSS feed
P.P.S. Of course it only works if you are logged in, which by the way everyone using SDN should be.

  • Where is Mail RSS feeds on Lion 10.8?

Please let me know where to find Mail RSS feeds using Lion 10.8 and Mail 6.0.
    Thank you.

RSS has been completely removed from Mail and Safari in OS X 10.8. There are several third-party RSS readers available; search MacUpdate for "RSS".
BTW, this forum is for Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. The OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion forum is here:

  • RSS Feed for "Your Questions"

Hi, It would be nice for the "Your Questions" section to have an RSS Feed.  This way I don't have to monitor my personal email for responses and can monitor the RSS Fee in Outlook.  It should be easy to get this RSS Feed?  Right?
    Thanks,

How did you get my message to appear in google reader?  RSS feed for this particular forum?
    Thanks!
