Rtl link down at boot time

Question

Dears,
actually at the solaris 10 boot time the error giving is rtls0 link isdown then it geting up immediately, so what is reasion to get down and up? and is there is entries to make it up at first time it self,

You are seeing an absolutely normal log entry.
Go back and review your MESSAGES file again, line by line, beginning at the banner of boot-up.
Depending on how complex the hardware in your system might be,
you will see the same sort of entries for other components (cpu's, disk controllers, more).
Solaris prefers to turn on a component from a "downed" condition,
engaging driver packages to the corresponding circuitry as needed.
It checks, confirms that status, and reports what it finds.
Then turns the component on and reports that it was successful.
In the background, it might also be disabling the component,
so as to properly and successfully re-enable it.
However, that sort of action isn't as obvious.
Golly !
I wish my WinDoze systems had logs that were as verbose !!
