Rubbish SERVICE, BILLING A JOKE

I have had touble and BAD SERVICE from BT from the moment i joined them 2 months ago, they broke two connection dates as they did not have the lines,gave me two account numbers and have constantly CHARGED ME TWICE for everything, cut my service because I would not pay the DOUBLE bill, charged me to re-connect the service they agreed they were wrong about AND ARE NOW THREATENING ME AGAIN TO CUT SERVICE for the bill they agreed I DID NOT OWE. Please do not be tempted to join BT...... Very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER..

    if anyone can kindly expalin me the scnario of doing service billing through customer service will be help ful for me..
    in t code iw31 what is the significance of service order ( revenues) wat is the process.
    There are two scenarios my cleint is doing:
    1) client is procuring equipments for lease and issuing the same to the subcontracter and raising the invoice.
    2) clint has his own equipements , that equipements are given lease to the subcontractor and billing them.
    how to handle this scenarios in SAP and how to calculate the costs of the equipemts whicg are owned by the client.

  • Lack of Integrity and Competence from Verizon's customer service/billing

    I recently made a trip to the DR and as such needed global communication for the duration of my trip. Ahead of my trip I requested the service with customer service with a guarantee that the service would be billed only for duration that I requested. My billing for last month, June, reflected just the opposite. Verizon charged me yet another $100 for the month of June.
    I called customer service to request billing corrective action to which I was told that I had two choices. One, pay the current amount 300+ and wait for a refund or two, pay the actual bill and allow the refund to balance itself out. I was assured that the latter would not result in my account falling into default.
    I just received July's billing to which the $100 credit was applied but my account was placed into default. I called customer service once again to rectify their mistake. My request was not to refund me immediately, rather to take my account out of default. I was told by several departments, billing, service, and plan service, that they would NOT make good on my account. Further, I was told that unless I paid the past due balance, that is a result of their mis-billing, that my account would face interruption.
    I have been with Verizon for more than 6 years now and have never been in default or past due status. I have never had such an incompetent experience with Verizon. The lack of integrity that was demonstrated resulted in me stating that Verizon would loose a valued and loyal customer to which they replied "we;re sorry you feel this way."
    I am extremely dissapointed in this particular service and the lack of integrity that was demonstrated. If this is how they deal with mistakes that they make, then I willnot want to continue with their service.
    I thought that I'd share my story so that others may be aware in hopes to avoid such dishonesty and incompetence.

  • BT & ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!

    On a second thought, NO!! It is a disgrace!! I'm very angry, frustrated and utterly dissapointed!! I will take my case to the highest authority as i have had enough of this poor and lack of service company!
    Just to mention i'm still on the phone on one hand and typing to convey my message on the other, and for the record as i check my time waiting on the phone its been 47:12 minutes since i've been trying to get spoken to and mind you its not the first time ive had this experience either!! After speaking to an employee who had no clue whatsoever i was told to speak to the manager and still WAITING!!! wonder if the manager is having dinner or sleeping!! where is customer service, or rather do they even know what customer service is all about! Hah you bet!
    My story
    In early september as i moving to a different property i called BT to transfer my phone line to to my new address, and after going through all the details, ( i need to mention even at the time i spoke with more than 3 individuals over a 2 hours almost time period, as the people there had no clue what their job is all about) in the end i managed to speak to a lady who confirmed everything for me and said because of the new property i will have to re-enter myself on a new contract not to incur any installation charges which was something ridiculous like the 100.00 +, i agreed and even mention to them at the time if i will incur any charge and they said NO!!! after two weeks my new phone line and service will be up and running!! i was also told my current phone line in my old property will get disactivated at midnigt on the day i called, it seemed logical so i waited to see my new engineer coming but no one ever turned up!!!!
    2 weeks gone never received any email or letters, so i waited thinking maybe i will hear from you in the next few days but sadly NO, so after 3 weeks i got on the phone again and i spoke again with the endless names of people in the wrong department for someone to finally manage to tell me what actually is going on!! apparently at the time i was getting my services changed to my new property my last bill at my previous property wasnt cleared hence why they couldnt proceed with the order!! How do you expect me to know that if you dont communicate with ME!!!!!!
    ok that now cleared and bills paid , i seek the reassurance that now everything is sorted when do i get my service, i was told will need to re order and again should get the service within 3 weeks, i was on the train at the time and told the lady my phone can lose network if that's the case please send me the confirmation by email or post as we were almost in the end of the conversation, she said YES!! three weeks gone and no email came and no letter came!!!! again got on the phone with them and nothing from the second time conversation has been saved and processed!! I ask myself why do you pay incompetent people to work for you, is your company really that hopeless that you cant recruit the right candidate or is it just that you just dont care!!!!
    After the third time i again got on the phone with them i managed to have a final complete conversation and i was told that an engineer will attend on the 8th of november to get my services sorted and yes i am on a new contract, howver again nothing till date has confirmed these details in writing! at every converstaion i have had with them i clarified whether i will incur any charges i was told NO!!!
    today i just so happened to log into my bt account and to my shocking revelation found out that i had a bill of 100.00 to clear, surprised i got on the phone for some clarification? and yes to give you an update on my time on the phone to speak to the infamous manager its now 1hr 13 mins since i'm still on hold WAITING!!
    my question to you the team are the following:
    i made myself clear today when i called and spoke to the lady that i do not want to speak to someone who has no clue about her job she reassured me am in the right department and she will help me,
    i questionned how do i have a bill of 100.00 + for not using the service since september, she said to me its my contract charge as my new contract starts on the 8th of november now, i ask, has this information been communicated to me before? NO is the answer, secondly i was told the first time when i request the change of service into my new property that my line and account will be cancelled at midnight on that day, how can i then be still charged, on top i dont even live in that property and address anymore? you guys are fooling customers and misleading us, for sure i am not growing money on trees to give to bt for its disgusting and shambolic service, do you make fun out of your customers?????
    oh the line has finally dropped at its been 1hr and 19 mins officially since i have been waiting to speak to the manager, i wonder whether the receptionist on the side has hung the phone or the phone itself has gone tired and gave up!!!
    it might be fun for you reading this message learning of my frustration but trust me this is the limit!!!!
    i need you to formally now write to me and APOLOGISE and for the record i'm terminating all my services with you as i cant bother anymore and yes you will need to see that this matter is resolve in the least trouble to me, you need to write off that absurd bill of 100.00 that you have unfairly and unjustly billed me for a service i have never used and been ridiculed for and (b), as i cant bear the stress of dealing with BT anymore i am stopping my service and you will need to make sure i dont imcur any riduculous charges, as i wont pay you a penny and i will take this matter as far as it should because you have crossed all limits!!!!

  • Service billing for the material and service registers

    Dear All,
    I have doubt, if i do a sale of material 'X' and for the same material if i have to do a service invoice for rendering some service at the customer end. eg:- service charges for transportaion of the material to the customer place, doing installation charges for the material at the customer end etc.,
    how should i go about it in SD .
    A. Should i have to create a seperate mm master record for the list of service with the item category group LEIS
    B. or is it possible to do a service invoice with out creating a sales order i.e directly based on the billing of the material 'x'
    C. Is there any service tax register standard available. or if i wanted to create a service master should i have to ask the abaper to develop a z program for it
    d. is this tcode can be used S_ALR_87012357 for service tax registers?

    a) LEIS (Service without Delivery) or
    b) DIEN (Service with Delivery)
    Based on the same you could bill the customer.

  • Customer Service Billing issues

    I've been calling about poor internet service since we signed up with Comast/Xfinity.   Back at the end of last year October 2014, our internet service went from not bad to non existant!  I finally contact Comcast again in Jan 2015 when I discovered that my wifi modem at home through Comcast was not operational and my cell phone data had been picking up the slack.  This mounted to $200 additional a month phone bills for data that should have been covered by Comcast billing me $60/mo service.  I was told at this time that the modems deteriorate after much use, which I didn't believe but went along with and received a new modem.  After we had the new device we knew the customer service tech didn't know what they were talking about because our service hadn't changed.  I called again in Feb and asked that a tech come to the home to evaluate the situation.  The tech came and said yes you definatly have an issue with no service but it's an outside tech service call and someone else with have to come out and fix.  He advised me that I wouldn't be contacted and wouldn't even know when them came because it was outside and I wasn't needed.   The Tech also said he would be able to return my prior modem that was replaced.  I still haven't received the credit and have been billed for it every month since which is a total of $69.00 that I've paid for something that has been returned to Comcast.  And yet again in May I still have maybe 5% internet service when I called Comcast customer serivce again they have to run there stupid test that mean nothing even though I told them the issue is on the outside.  This time the rep completely knocked our internet out.  No signal whatsoever could be sent to it!  It took 4 days to get a service tech out (another long story or disgust with Comcast Service!)  it ended up taking 4 techs 2 days to fix our internet service and to get it back up.  These tech advised me that they did not see how we even had the 5% internet service that we did because the router at the main box wasn't pushing out enough to even reach our house!!!!  So when the customer serivice rep on the phone only wanted to give me a $35 credit because she insisted I had internet service I laughed at her.  I asked for a supervisor to contact me and to excalate the ticket #029720852.  A Lartasha Roberson at 224-229-6200 x1380630 called me after 48 hours at 2:50pm on 6/19 said she was only in till 3:00pm that day.  I called her back 4 times prioir to 3 left messages and called back every day up to today 6/26 and have not had one return call back from her to address this situation!   This is not customer service.  I don't mind paying for something that I have but when I have to pay double for something I don't have it is not right and it's taking advantage of people! 

    @ComcastCares No need for a PM. Currently it has been over 43 hours since I sent an email on July 14 at 4:49pm requesting further assistance with continued service and billing issues. This email was sent to the regional ECARE agent Gail A. who was tasked with helping us and Ccd the ECARE team in Tom K's office. In that email I clearly requested that I be contacted by email not phone. So far I've not heard from Regional ECARE agent Gail A. but I received multiple emails from Tom K's ECARE team members saying that they apologize for the inconvenience, they value me as a customer, etc., they are forwarding my request, and I would be contacted wishing 24 hours. The only contact I've had was a voicemail left by Kenneth I. yesterday morning at 11:35 am. I was unaware of that call/voicemail until I was able to check my phone calls/vmail so after 6 pm last night. I called Kenneth I back but left the office at 5:30pm. Left a voicemail requesting once again I be contacted by email not phone. Also sent another email to Gail A. And Tom K's team. Last night my husband I and were unable to access OnDemand to catchup on recent episodes of HBO's True Detective. We tried 3 times betwee (n 9 and 10pm but only got error messages and finally a black screen with the progam info at the bottom. I include pics of the error screens. Fast forward to today, I've received no communication from Kenneth. and now this message from you. Wow! I am underwhelmed to say the least. In addition for some reason im finding it very difficult to enter this reply. I've never had this much trouble using this forum.

    Make use of Texts at sales order level. Once the lab tests are over user has to fill the report outcome to that respective text in sales order. Create a new output type which will print the required info.
    2) How the customer to be billed with respect to the testing done
    Categorize the services company is provide to customers and Create service material for those services.
    Create sales order for that service material and rest same as standard process maintain price in VK11 Or maintain manually. Once the sales order is complete means your company end user has filled the sales order text, create final invoice and take print.
    Produce both the printouts to customer.

    But the problem here is if i select Transaction-Related Billing After Completion for item category, it is not available in Billing due list.
    But if i select Transaction-Related Billing According to Order Quantity it is appearing in Billing due list.
    Can you please let me know where i am missing out.

    If it is relevant for billing check the header and item status is closed.
    Also check is there any block in the status.

    I just created a virtual machine, and noticed in my portal that I now also have a cloud service. 1) is that supposed to happen, and 2) if so, am I going to be billed for both a vm and a cloud service?

    1) Yes it is normal when you create a VM that by default it creates a Cloud Service with the same name.
    - You can more than VM in a Cloud service , you would do that if you were intending to add a load balance across them for example
    by default you are limited to 20 Cloud Services but this can be increased to 100 (http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/azure-subscription-service-limits/)
    - Also VMs in a cloud service share the same internal DNS so can "see" each other (you still need to open up Windows firewall to get ping / other stuff working internally). Also putting them in same virtual network allows this.
    2) You won't get billed extra

  • New service billing not originally agreed on.

    I just ordered for double play and i am scheduled for installation and service this saturday 6/27/15.  But when i was going through my account online and looked at the billing order summary, i noticed that i am getting charged 186.85.  When i ordered the service from comcast service rep i was quoted and agreed on waiving the installation charge and the double play feature no contract was going to be 99.99 and additional 10.00 for x1 dvr upgrade.  But on the order summary i am getting charged 49.99 for installation (suppose to be waived) and 119.99 + 16.92 tax for package and service fee (when its suppose to be 109.99 + taxes). I am still with AT&T and i can cancel the saturday appointment with comcast and just keep AT&T if comcast is gonna give me the run around again.  I called a week ago and they said that nothing can be done until the service has been installed but i do not want to go through with the installation if comcast is going to make empty promises. Last time i had this same issue with comcast and i just gave in and paid the fees so i don't have to deal with the empty promises of customer service of comcast.  But I don't want to be suckered again. Should i give comcast another chance by calling them and making sure that they charge me for what i agreed upon? or just cancel comcast and keep AT&T Uverse?  I even got a screenshot of the online order pricing just to be safe and a screenshot of the order summary billing. (attached)

    1 day before the installation date.  I called comcast sales rep and explained the situation.  After 1 phone transfer they were able to give me the price that they originally offered which was 99.00 + 10.00 for dvr upgrade before taxes.  After taxes it came out to be a little over 120.00 for the monthly fee.  I was ready to cancel and keep AT&T uverse but glad everything worked out.
