Ruler guides are not exact, Can you Help?

I'm dealing with a Block of text and the Frame is set to leading and the text is 10 pt and 11 pt leading. If i Drop a ruler guide on the baseline of the text I can put the continuation of the column in the next column and just line the top of the 2nd column frame to the base line of the next and the columns will line up exactly. my problem is about every 5th line of text I can't line the guide up exactly. It may be OCD but my lines are of by .0005 and I have to zero out the ruler guides nudge it .0005.
I upgraded from indesign cs2 to cs5. In cs2 at 4000% view it was never a problem but now i waste time by having to zero the guide and type in the nudge in the controll pallete, before the upgrade this was never an issue.
Is there something I'm missing?

Excellent Idea, i set them up and they are working fine, I am able to snap to the grid. This is a great, and negates the use and the time spent of laying down guides.
But when the baseline grid is hidden I'm still not able to drop a ruler guide on the bottom of, lets say a serif on a lowercase "i" (this only happens about every 5th baseline, if you were to dray a ruler guide on 5 consecutive paragraph sentences and it seems like the one that don't work is the one i need, 50% of the time). With the baseline grid shown i shouldn't need the ruler guides as much, but it's still annoying that I can't do it. I've included a more Exaggerated close up of what I'm talking about. See how its just off on the 2nd line.
I dont know if there is a fix? kind of a non issues with the baseline grid. Thanks for your help Peter.

Do you mean that the game doesn't load or that you do not see the complete page?

Try force quiting the app. From the users guide:
Force quit an app: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds
until a red slider appears, then press and hold the Home button until the app quits.
You can also remove an app from the recents list to force it to quit. See “Opening and
Switching Apps” on page 23.

I assume that you don't have a rescue email address on your account, as described on the HT5312 page that you posted from ?
If not then how are you trying to contact Support ? You are selecting the country where you and your iTunes account are on this page to contact them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 ?
When your questions have been reset use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Have you tried logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then logging back in and seeing if that 'refreshes' the account on it ?

Hi there, Well, i thing i might have had the same problem (if you dont mean the selecting part, then try keyboad with usb and without if u dont have a macbook pro or so), i did the same and after selecting windows it said "No bootable disk" or " no boot disk" or something like that and the installer wont start when i was trying to install via CD/DVD.
The sulution is to use 2 usb-drives, one for the support drivers from apple and one for the windows it self after burning the CD/DVD to the usb on a PC using the windows own tools and creating a ISO file.
(there might be problems whit CD/DVD install sometimes)
The ISO file on a own USB is the most importat thing!! (and even apple and windows didnt know that but me and a technikal support guy from the store i bought it managed to fix it after like 4 days )

We can sometimes get past this particular message by reregistering the Windows Installer Service.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
If you have a 32 bit system
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another install.
If you have a 64-bit system
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another install.

I cannot find "Other" devices. I found Apple Mobile Device under Universal Bus Controllers but cannot see "recovery mode" or any other status. I use Windows Vista.

Thanks, but I checked - iTunes Match is turned off in my iPad. In fact I am not subscribed to iTunes Match.
After docking iPad to my PC, I clicked the iPad icon in the side bar of iTunes. Then I tried to drag and drop music from my iTunes library into the iPad. But it doesn't go!

Sorry the plug-ins aren't working for you right now.
You might try reinstalling them and seeing if that helps, otherwise I'd go check with Google to get the working versions that work with CS5.
