Ruling/filtering out Activities due for shipping

Hello.
First time poster. Tried to search the forums for a solution, but couldn't find apparently.
In our company, the warehouse has the responsibility of printing out activities, but we would like to filter out any entries that does not have sufficient stock available. As per now, we see a growing list of orders that won't print simply because we do not have the needed materials. We also see orders of return - which is not our responsibility.
So, is there an option of ruling or filtering out, so that we only see activities due for shipping with available materials?

Try TCode VL10A.
Standard/default CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt is 2-Today and tomorrow, which will include sales doc due for delivery within Today & Tommorrow.
(Where, Rule for determining default value for deliv. creation date = CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt)
You can also use
3 for *Due for shipment by the end of next week ( past-due delivs)*+
4 for Due for shipment tomorrow (includes past-due deliveries)

In the transaction code VL10c , go to the last tab "User Role'
double click the role , you would get a list of all the profiles
go to change mode
click the check box with name of ship to party
this would populate the name 1 field

Automatic Delivery due for shipping

Hi All,
In transaction VL10A for "Sales orders - fast display", after entering selection screen creteria with Document type,
plant and specific dates with variant, then we would do execution,then immidiately it will show all open sales orders ready for delivery due,
Now the requirement would be, selection of all open sales orders then do the background, is there any standard program or any other way to do this functionality ?
Could you please let me know anybody who has worked earlier

I don't believe they were looking for a trade in, they are due for a subsidized Verizon upgrade. I think the bringing the iPhone 4 was for setting it up and transferring as Verizon does not require you to swap your previous phone for an upgrade.

hello, friend.
when you are inside the User Role, click on "Role". then click on the change mode button (eyeglass/pencil icon).
select a line item and click on details (magnifying lens icon). in the next screen, you can check or un-check fields, or select options from drop down menus.

Within a wk one of the new iPhones started turning on and of like 10 –15 times a day. Wk 2 it turned off and would not turn on again . It was my sons who was in college at the time so we talked and he took it in to a Verizon store where he was told I need to come in since the account was in my name. He was away from home , Verizon could see on account it was his phone they said it was not abused, they could not even turn it on , they sold me the phone give him another phone maybe even a loaner till he gets another. So now I need to go to store and explain to 3 different people this is my phone and my son has it and I need a new one. what a waste of time after about 2 hrs and talking to different people and yes they said there were notes on his account from other person he had talked to from different store. So I finally walk out with a receipt in hand and being told I would have a new phone in a couple days. As I sat in my vehicle thinking this is stupid I looked at my receipt and noticed it said droid on it so back into Verizon I went. The salesman said that’s what your son has on his account. My son had activated a friends old phone so he has one since VERIZON REFUSED to give him one. Another hr 3 people and yes they can see he had a new iPhone and notes on it from other store. Sometimes sorry just doesn't do it. I was now late for a appointment . Now I walk out and have been told I will get a new iPhone in the mail in about 2 wk Yes 2 wks again I bought it there just give me a new one and you send old one back. I will also get a new droid that I have to send back because they said they cant cancel it . In about 3 days I get the Droid and sent it back Verizon mistake and a waste of my time . After waiting over 2 wks and not receiving a new iPhone back to Verizon I went . I am now bitter at Verizon after doing 20 yrs of business with them. 3 people 1 hr later I was told it got delivered to my post office . I got the tracking num called the post office and they say o yes that was the droid. Go back in to Verizon another hr of explaining I walk out being told I will get a new iPhone in a couple of days, We’ll see . Once again I got the phone in your store just give me a new one . Do you realize how much of my time you have wasted ? do you care? O what is Your Policy ? How many Billion did you make last year ? I am Locked into a new 2 yr contract . Why don’t you just release me ? After 20 yrs do you think I will ever renew my contract ?

Need help on filtering out one record from a report and open in new page

Hi I am new and embarrassed to write in the forum asking silly questions. Thing is I am learning all from scratch without help from anyone. I have created a database (have previous knowledge only from Access) and have managed to create a beautiful report from a search filter. This report lines up several records matching what I needed. Now, I want to make the whole report with hyperlinks to a detailed page on each of the records in the report. I have tried using the feature where one can make one column hyperlinked and redirect to a new page, where I am getting all the records again - instead of only getting the record I am clicking on. I have looked and looked in the forums without finding solution and I have tested and tried various methods without luck. I am suspecting that I need some sort of knowledge on how to write a select query with where conditions that can apply to filtering out a record from one report to get another detailed on only one object (i.e. record). :/ Stupid or what?

What you need to look into is two things:
1) The link you defined, needs to set additional attributes for the target page. In the "Column Link" box, you have set the link to "Page in this Application" and followed by the page number (let's say, Page 10). Below that, you should set an Item to an item on you target page (let's call that P10_PRODUCT_ID). This item should be the primary key of your detail table (on the targe page). You can select this item from the popup list. The Value of the item should be picked from a popup list as well, being the value from the record you clicked on. This should then transfer your selected item to your page. The URL will then have something like P10_PRODUCT_ID:5 at the end.
2) On the target page, 10, you must change the query slightly, so that it adds a WHERE clause:
WHERE PRODUCT_ID = :P10_PRODUCT_ID
Now, you should be set.

this is to inform you that,
please check the schedule line date in the sales order because the date is not matching here for the BAPI to upload.
here, for example the schedule line is 4 days after and you are running BAPI today. that will mismatch no.
the same thing is happening in uploading case also.
so please check the date.
because in teh sales order if teh schedule line date is today it will accept the uploading with out throwing any errors.

Output Determination for Shipping/ Handling Units etc

Could someone give me the steps to out put determination for outbound deliveries.
I am trying to get the labels printed for materials and handling units. I do not want a partner function while creating the records, however it does not allow me to proceed without a partner function. I am not sure if i have understood the process right. I have got BA00 working perfect. A response will be appreciated.

For output detrmination type for lets say material labelling output type MALB has acess sequence that links two tables one is related to shipping materail type and other is partner function or may be combination of partner function ship2 party and handling unit or packaging materail.
If you dont want partner function then remove the tables in the acess sequence make it shiapping materail type as more specific entry in the acess sqeuence amt check as exculsive so that by default it should create record on the basis of shipping material.
I hope this would not wllow you to have partner function in any of theacesssequence you are using.

Plant Info is blank in Sales Order Due for Delivery (VL10A)

Hi experts,
In VL10A sales Order Due for Delivery, i have fields like Name, GI date, plant and shipping point.
There is data on shipping point. However, the plant field is blank. I like to get data for the plant.
Can you pls point me to what user-exit or how I can modify the program to bring data for plant ?
I am aware that VL10A list orders at the header level.

Pass Prompt values into Legend / '-ALL-' filter filters out all records

I have 2 questions for the same chart so I hope it's OK to add them in one post.
Firstly I have created a chart & added three Select List filters which work fine, the query is below, problem is that when I change back to '-ALL-' I get no data, it has filtered out all records as no data matches the value of '-ALL-' does anyone know the code to get around this?
My chart query;
select null link, P_MONTH AS MONTH, SUM(CALLS) AS data
from DATA.MAIN_DATA
WHERE WAREHOUSE = :P1_WAREHOUSE
AND ANS_UNANS = :P1_ANS_UNANS
AND PRODUCT = :P1_PRODUCT
GROUP BY P_MONTH
As I will have several queries like the one above for different options on the same chart, I would like the Legend to show what the user has chosen each time the options are changed ie;
Something like the bolded text in the query to display the chosen values in the legend;
select null link, P_MONTH AS MONTH, SUM(CALLS) AS 'P1_WAREHOUSE' || 'P1_ANS_UNANS' || 'P1_PRODUCT'
from DATA.MAIN_DATA

I'm having some problems with applying this so it may be best if I show you how I've applied this code.
Here's an example of my data on a made up 'EMP' table;

So I'm only using one table - 'EMP'
I've created 2 LOVs, 'DEPTNO' & 'DNAME'.
'DEPTNO' LOV has the values for the 'DEPTNO' field in the table.
'DNAME' LOV has the values for the 'DEPARTMENT' field in the table.
I then created a chart with the below SQL query as its source;
SELECT NULL LINK,ENAME LABEL,SAL VALUE
FROM EMP
WHERE (DEPTNO = :P1_DEPTNO OR :P1_DEPTNO = 0)
ORDER BY ENAME
The 'Chart Title' field under the 'Chart Attributes' tab has the below added;
Department - &P1_DNAME.
The COMPUTATION is as below;

WHERE DEPTNO = :P1_DEPTNO
Could you advise where I may be going wrong as I have the following errors;
1. The chart is working OK with the added '(DEPTNO = :P1_DEPTNO OR :P1_DEPTNO = 0)' clause - but I still get no results for '-ALL-'
2. I can't get the chart to display the current value in the legend - where exactly should I put this line - 'Department - &P1_DNAME.'
3. The Computation is stopping any data from showing in the chart

Best method for Shipping Options in Ecommerce - HELP?

Hello, we are running a eshop that has numerous catalogues (product groups) and due to the nature of the products, some include shipping and others are charged at certain rates. For example:
CATALOG 1
Product 1 - £10.00 - No shipping/delivery costs
Product 2 - £15.00 - No shipping/delivery costs
CATALOG 2
Product 4 - £5.00 - £19 per item
Product 5 - £10.00 - £19 per item
CATALOG 3
Product 6 - £20.00 - £19 per item
Product 7 - £25.00 - No shipping/delivery costs
Product 8 - £20.00 - £13.60 per item
If I order product 1 (no shipping), 2 x product 5 (£19 twice for shipping) and Product 8 (£13.60 shipping).
Is there a way of achieving the correct shipping amount??
I have spoken to chat support, who are as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Adobe really, really (please) need to sort a better shipping options method - really letting the product down.
Any 'work around' solutions or reccomendations would be greatly appreciated.
