Dear Experts,
All Customer updates identified by the lockbox program have been entered into the Customer master records.
How can we check this
Pls send the process
Regards,
Hari
Hi,
To cross check how many files are processed, go to FLB1 Give the date in check status select all checks and in Posting Paramters select gl account and clieck on Lock box overview or F8, you will get display of All processed and non processed details. double click on any item you want view.
Hope the above will be usefull to check

LSMW Issue at step -Run Batch Input Session
Dear gurus,
While uploading service master through lSMW while processing the system prompts a message specifying "Buffertable not upto date" at Run Batch Input Session step .So please investigate what is missing/wrong.
Wirth regards,
RajI dont think that this has directly something to do with LSMW.
It is more related to the transaction your try to post in the batch input.
Search OSS with the error message number. I had seen some notes for number SE001, but your message is actually twice in the message table, and you did not tell the message number.
If it is message SE001, then you may find programm corrections in OSS.
Otherwise just log out and in again and try, or open a message at OSS yourself if the problem still persists -

I am getting an error while running Batch input session.
While running BDC getting error that "Enter Discount Base, Automatic calculation not possible". I checked all the settings at company code level, tax code settings, document type settings. I am not getting it. While doing mannual posting the error is not coming.
Please help me on this.Hi,
While creating Material master sometime warning message will come for some materials . So while doing the LSMW Recording method it will record howmany times you are entering the "Enter" key also. So while doing batch input fome article it may stop at some point, so better run the LSMW in foreground and check were it stops exactly.

Running Batch Input sessions in One program
Hi Guys.
I am sure this question might have come up before. Reall y need quick help in this hence posted the same.
I need to develop a program which creates several batch input sessions.
At the end of the program all these sessions should ve triggerred in the background.
Please let me know if this can be done and if yes can someone send me psuedocode for same.
This is very urgent.
thxHi Vijay,
Using the following function modules you can create a batch input session.
BDC_OPEN_GROUP
BDC_INSERT
BDC_CLOSE_GROUP
Example - http://www.sap-img.com/abap/auto-disallowed-back-posting-to-previous-period.htm
You can use the program RSBDCSUB to schedule batch input sessions in background.
http://www.sap-img.com/abap/learning-bdc-programming.htm - How to write BDC program
Executing batch-input sessions in background jobs - Example for how to call the bdc session.
Hope these are helpful.

Error when running Batch Input session for T code F.05
When I am executing Foreign Currency Revaluation using the T Code F.05, I am unable to post the documents for Foreign Loss or gain, as these GL accounts have been defined as cost Element.
Can any one suggest how to generate postings.
PhaniHi Phani,
This error could be becuase you have created the P&L gl accounts for forex gain and loss as cost element and you have not done the automatic assignment of cost Center to these GL accounts. Please do the necessary cost center assignment to T Code OKB9. Identify the PL gl accounts related to forex gain and loss and assign cost center.
Hope this solves the problem

Can we run batch input session in foreground as well as in background
Hi SAP Gurus,
I have 23000 records to transfer from one gl account to other gl.
I want to run the session in foreground for 5 transactions and the rest will be processed in background. Is there any setting through which I can do it.
I mean to say the first 5 transactions will be processed in foreground as soon as the process starts and after that it will automatically goto background processing for the remaing records. This i desire for a check.
Regards,
AnirbanHello Anirban,
Check the below program to split the number of session based number of records in file .
suppose if you enter 10,000 in selection-screen,if you have 30,000 records in file, then it creates 3 session each session will have 10,000 records.
I had requirement like i get 2,00,000 records at a time ,if i process all records using session method ,after 20,000 records i get short dump due to performance.
i created logic into number of session ,i guess it helps you.

Error while Running BRS Batch input session
Dear Gurus,
When i am running Batch input session after BRS statement posted, system giving Error message:
<b>No batch input data for screen SAPDF05X 3100</b>
Entered, saved and posted the statement. after that while processing session getting error like this........How to overcome.
Can we post statement directly without creating session.
Regards,
VenkatHi,
The ABAP Counterpart has to build an exception handling for this particular message.
Normally these messages occur either after an upgrade or after a change in the account(different filed status)
Provide points if usefull.

No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY0 0120 error while running LSMW
I created Batch Input Recording for custom check register screen. I completed all the necessary steps but when I process the batch input session, my upload fails and gives me the following error:
No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY0 0120
I ran the Batch input in foreground to see what data am I missing and found out that one of the screen required a "DOUBLE CLICK" as user input and seems that LSMW is not able to process the "DOUBLE CLICK" (even though Batch Input recording captured the "DOUBLE CLICK") to move forward with the transaction.
Does anyone one know How can I overcome this issue or any other workaround.
Thanks NirankarHi Chetan,
List screens utilize SAPMSSY0/0120. Please check within your ABAP coding if you have any customer exit that tries to issue WRITE statements. If so, either remove them or add logic to not issue them in background (e.g. SY-BATCH = 'X'). Another culprit might be a SUBMIT statement in a user exit, which triggers a report with list output. I'm not completely sure, but I think the screen is also used for some value helps (do you have any coding forcing a value help popup?).
Hope this helps, harald -
Leave to transaction "SAPMF05L" not allowed in batch input
Hello,
When we run FF.5 with the file sent from Itaú, it is generated a batch input for transaction FB02 which updates the reference key 1, 2 and 3 (XREF1, XREF2 and XREF3) in the documents.
There are some cases where the batch input does not update all the document items. For example, I got a document that has 32 items to be updated with the reference keys, but the update is only done in the first 14 document items. I observed that the batch input only updates up to number 14 because the standard program does not u201Cscroll the baru201D to check if there are more items in the document to be updated. The batch input is having trouble and generating some incorrect transactions and showing the error message: LEAVE TO TRANSACTION u201CSAPMF05Lu201D not allowed in batch input.
I tried to find a SAP note, but couldnu2019t find anything that was related to this. Does anyone got this problem and maybe can help me?
Thanks,
Leandroif you want to leave a batch session try "/bend" or "/n" to move to the next record.

Happy new year everyone!
I am writing a piece of ABAP code which creates a batch input session.
In the code I have the following statement:
PERFORM session_insert USING 'F-02'.
However, when I run SM35 and look and display the log, in the transaction
column FB01 appears. There is no reference to F-02.
Does anybody know why this is?
Thanks
AndyHi andy,
1. in your subroutine session_insert,
(or before that, when u open the session),
the session name must be going as FB01.
(the session name and tcode can be different)

Lsmw (batch input recording)
explain step by step procedure for uplodig master data through lsmw (batch input recording) method. please explain settings for auto field mapping in 5th step
Hi Neela,
These are the steps to be followed while doing a Batch Input Recording.
LSMW STEPS (Batch Input Recording)
1. Maintain Attributes:
Here you have to choose the second option and you can do the recording how this should work. Then assign the same to the Batch Input Recording name.
2. Maintain Source structure:
Create a structure name
3. Maintain Source field:
Create a structure like the Input File
eg:
Name - LIFNR
Description - Account number or Vendor Number
4. Maintain structure relations:
This will link the structure to the input file.
5. Maintain field mapping and conversion rules:
You can choose the Auto Filed Mapping under Extras Menu. Yopu can also do coding, depending upon the code you have written or assignment you have done the values will get picked up from the file and get processed.
6. Maintain field mapping and conversion rules:
If you have any fixed values you can define here.
7. Specify files:
Specify the input file path and type.
8. Assign files:
This will assign ur file to the Input file
9. Read Data:
This will read ur data from teh file.
10. Dispaly Read Data:
You can see the uploaded data
11. Convert Data
This will convert the data to the corresponding format for processing
12. Display Converted data:
13. Create batch input session
Here this will create a batch input session for processing
14. Run Batch Input session:
By clicking on the session and process (Back ground or Display Errors)

Batch Input Session not created
I am looking in transaction SM37 and i see a background job with the status finished. This job create a batch input who update equipment via transaction IE02. When i look at the job log everything look fine. One line of the log show the QID number but nothing is available in transaction SM35. I have look directly in table APQI and there is nothing there.
Why this QID session have not been created in SM35?
Help required.
SAP version 4.6CIs this a custom program or standard SAP program that you ran in the background?
The reason for not seeing the session in SM35 could be that the program RDBDCSUB was called immediately after creating the session with the parameter XKEEP = SPACE. This parameter tells the system whether to keep the session even after it is processed successfully. So if your session is processed successfully, then it must have been deleted. Unfortunately, even the logs will be deleted. -
