"Run Diagnostics" not an option in the iTunes Help menu

I'm running into several issurs with my iTunes, but I need to start at the top I guess. When researching how to fix my other issues, I read to run diagnostics in iTunes, but that is not an option in the Help pull down menu. I've attached a picture of what I see. Thank you for any assistance.
I am running iTunes 11.0.2

I believe that "Run diagnostics" is only available on iTunes for Windows.

If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar on it via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC - when connected (and if your computer's iTunes is up-to-date) your iPad should then appear on that sidebar under a 'Devices' heading :
If you select the iPad on that sidebar you can then use the Movies tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync that film to your iPad's Videos app.

HT3204 I think this is out of date. The "Run Diagnostics" option is no longer available in the itunes help menu.

Does anyone know where the new access point to itunes diagnostics is?

It's still there on Windows systems. But first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Help menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:

Turn on the menus and it will appear.
Cntrl + B to enable menus.

Solved the problem. I had to allow cookies for safari and it run - as here: Re: itunes keeps asking for my apple id password. it's NOT entered incorrectly.

Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

My apple id registration is not yet complete, when I try to complete the registration it asks for payment option, I don't find any skip option in the process. Even if I enter my payment details it pops up that " payment option has been declined". can anyone help me with the possible solution to the problem. first, you just asked me to use MS file Explorer to see what the properties were.,..and to ask what happened. Yes - that's on my hard drive. The problem I have is opening word files in a DB that is web enabled.....I've used Firefox browser for that, and everything else , for years...... When I look at the Tools, and options on FireFox., as your support page noted.....NOTHING is listed in the Applications tab....hence my note asking for help. The file I need to open is a Word file out on a web enabled DB. It's not on my hard drive - I have to problems opening docs there - but for that, I don't use Firefox

Right click on the file and choose Get Info, go to the Options tab, there's a menu there "Media Kind"

Notes sync option disappeared in iTunes?

Somewhere in between updating to itunes 10 and updating my old 3G to 4.1, i know I saw the new notes sync option under the Info tab.
Now i just noticed today the Notes sync section is gone. But scroll down to the Advanced section and you can still see the Notes option to replace info on the phone.
Is this an itunes bug? Or is it just me?

I had the same tried loads of fixes
saw this on the community from whatheck
In windows 7 click on your start menu, go to the accessories, right click on the command icon and choose "run as administrator"
Once it opens type the following command...
netsh winsock reset
Hit enter and it should say something like winsock reset successful now reboot your computer
IT WORKED....... cleared all the "action2 on the CPU and loads IStore perfectly
