I can not run certain websites as they impose to update my Flash Player But it seems that there is no Flash Player available for iPad 2 ...
Can you help ?

The iPad doesn't and never will support the Flash program. You will need to download and install a different browser like the aforementioned Skyfire. Photon and Puffin are also mentioned as browsers that support Flash. Or see if the place you're accessing that video from has an app.

Look to the right under More Like This and you will see that you are beating a dead horse. Instead of doing a search for your issue you will be one of the obligatory 5 or 6 folks who ask this same inane question here every bloody day.
So there is you answer, just read a few of the links to the scores of other threads here on this very topic and you will have all of the answers. The primary one being that there is no Flash from Adobe for iOS devices. Never has been, and since Adobe gave up trying to make Flash that worked, likely never will be.

No - flash is not supported, and probably never will be (http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ and Adobe havn't created a version that works on iOS anyway).
Browsers such as Skyfire, iSwifter, and Puffin 'work' on some sites, but not all judging by the reviews. You might also find that some sites (especially news sites) have their own apps on the app store which let you get some of the content that you want.

There is no Flash Player for the iPad. There never was and never will be because Apple doesn't permit it. But Adobe has also changed its mind and no longer distributes Flash for ANY tablet. You're out of luck.

I have not seen a separate app as a Flash Player for the iPad or iPhone.
I hope by "other OS" you have another computer you can play your Flash games.

I am rather unhappy that I cannot run FlashPlayer on my iPad. I can't run most of my weather sites without it. As a boat captain I rely on weather sites for safety among other things and when I travel it becomes even more important. I find it ridiculous that apple won't run Flash and Java. If I can't run these I will go back to my laptop.

What you rather unfriendly and DEFINITELY unhelpful people fail to realize is 1) I am still, regrettably, using my laptop BECAUSE the iPad cannot run Flash Player. 2) As a PROFESSIONAL, whose livelihood and safety depend largely on weather and the ability to forecast CORRECTLY, not just with a pretty forecaster or cute comments, I SUBSCRIBE to PAY weather services which are much more accurate and detailed than the Weather Channel and Accuweather which try for mass appeal. SO STOP TELLING MY WHAT SIGHTS I SHOULD USE? After 30 years (20 with Internet) I chose my sites because of their quality. 3) I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION. iOS devices don't support or allow Flash Player. Apps can be built using AIR, which can have Flash running inside of it, but you can't install Flash Player on your iPad.
