"Running an operating system that X no longer supports"
Hey all,
I go to install a bunch of the new CC programs (Premiere, After Effects, Speedgrade) and get this fun little error message -
"You are running an operating system that Premiere Pro no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements below for a full list of supported platforms."
This isn't true though, and all of my system specs seem to be in order - I run OSX 10.6.8, Core i7 (64-bit), 16 GB RAM, plenty of HD space, etc etc. Here's info on my graphics card.

You mention both Illustrator and Photoshop so it is not clear which you mean. The message means you need to review the operating system requirements information on the following pages to see if your machine falls short of the requirements.

You need to follow their instructions VERY CAREFULLY and completely, or the links don't work.
Of course, without a valid product key (which Adobe doesn't sell anymore, except for CS6 - maybe) you can only use them for 30 days. -

Which versions of InDesign are you referring to? What are the operating system specs for the machine?

This appears on my screen when I try to download InDesign CC. "You are running an operating system that InDesign no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms." I've tried with 2 different computers (Wind&Mac)
Bastaría con que indicases el sistema operativo en cda uno de esas computadoras para saber si son compatibles:
Microsoft Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 (ID CC 2014 y ID CC)
Mac OS X v10.7, v10.8, or v10.9 (10.6.8 para la CC anterior)
Si utilizan un sistema operativo anterior, you are "out of luck".

well not sure of what the problem is besides you running an operating system that adobe cannot work with. reply with that type info ie I am running windows xp home or OSX version 7.5.3 etc. Meanwhile here is the link for minimum system requirement for adobe's creative cloud products System requirements | Creative Cloud that should help. good day

Hi William. Unfortunately, Vista is not a supported OS for Lightroom 5 or Lightroom 6. You'll need Windows 7 or later. See here: System requirements
