RUNTIME ERROR! READER 10.0/ACRORD 32.exe

I've been getting Runtime Errors on the above application for sometime.
I've Googled the problem and see that it's been around since about 2006 (probably longer), but I've not seen a definitive solution - particularly not from Adobe.
I've not pursued the issue because the Runtime Error often disappears on reopening the application (sometimes more than once is needed) - and once I've used the application any problems I've had in getting to that point diminish in importance.
But it's happening so frequently that I'm close to fed up!
I don't care whether this is an Adobe problem or a Microsoft problem (I've seen MS blamed in some blogs). The bottom line is: it's a problem that has been affecting the Adobe Reader FOR YEARS!!!
If no-one is going to fix it - or offer a simple, straight forward solution - then I'll turn to the Foxit Reader (which doesn't give me problems and seems to offer the functionality that Adobe does)!

Adobe Reader X (10.0.1) on HP p6230y desktop running Windows 7- 64-bit
I get the same error:
AcroRd32.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000710)
occurred in the application at location 0x77e9a341
Click on OK to terminate the program
I get the error whenever I open any PDF file for the 1st time from any source, such as,
e-mail attachment, HTML editor, and online link, including this PDF test page:

Uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader X several times has not removed the error.

no specific web site causes this to happen.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

BEA-380000: General runtime error: Read channel closed - intermittent

I am encountering this error code intermittently. My production has been live from past 20 months and I see this error very recently and its like once a week.
I doubt if this has something to do with the network and as this is very generic error(BEA-380000) I am not able to find any pointers on this error.

Matt,
How are you invoking local proxy from HTTP proxy (using route node or service callout)? Is local proxy calling another proxy/business service? Do you have fault handling implemented?
Can you also check server log to figure out any additional error information (like stacktrace)?

When I try add file to library (PDF files), Itunes stops, and display the message. I've tried to start iTunes in Safe Mode, but stops also.
Could someone give me some advice about solutions?.

Runtime error R6034 c:\program files\itunes\itunes.exe.

On january 25, 2014 I installed new version of itunes 11.1.4 and error occured: itunes was not installed correctly. Please reintall itunes. Error 7 (windows error) 1114.
Runtime Error: program c:\files\itunes\itunes.exe. R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the applications support team for more information.
I continue to get this errors and to reinstall itunes. I do not know if the cause is microsoft visual C++ or itunes installation has a bug that caused the problem.
Anyone know how to fix this problem. Cannot download lates version of Itunes.

Runtime Error! FormDesigner.exe

I keep getting the following error when I try to open ANYTHING in this program.
Runtime error!
ProgramFiles/Adobe/FormDesigner/formdesigner.exe
abnormal program termination
I click okay then get the remainder:
The instruction at "0x0178fab7" referenced memory at "0x02d97014". The memory could not be "written".
I had a similar error that said could not be read. I closed all programs, tried opening again with no luck. I uninstalled, rebooted, shut down everything, reinstalled and am getting the error listed above. I have looked in Microsoft help and Adobe forums and knowledge base and found nothing helpful. I am using Adobe Acrobat 7.0.5. Form Designer installed when acrobat did. Can somebody please tell me what to do to fix this!?

Hi there,
We are having problems using the Repackaging wizard.
The process works fine, but when it "writing .isr script..." Then i recieve an Runtime Error!
Program:\\servername\repackager\repack.exe
abnormal program terminiation
In my package folder there is an .isr script with 0 kb.
I am using a clean Windows 7 pro SP1 pc.
I turned off anti-virus.
AdminStudio10 SP2 Zenworks edition is running on W2K8 R2
The PC and server is a member of an active directory domain.
Using the repackager wizard on a clean XP SP3 machine it works fine.
Any ideas!! Please

I have EASYSIGN version 5 signmaking program installed on Windows XP and have been using it for a number of years
without any problems untill know.
Everytime I want to use the Compatibility to open Adobe illustrator cs2 on my Easysign I encounter a RUNTIME ERROR reading.
Therfore cannot open my documents in that file to work on the jobs store in that file.
Also cannot access my documents comes up "ACCESS DENIED"
Can anyone help.. desperate to carry on working with this program

Uninstall your existing copy of iTunes. Delete any copies of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer files from your downloads areas for your web browsers and download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer from the Apple website:

(The current build of the 11.1.4.62 installer was changed a few days ago, which fixed the bulk of the reports of MSVCR80.dll/R6034/APSDaemon.exe/Error-7/AMDS-could-not-start trouble ... but the build number on the installer was not changed. So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

I am running Windows XP and Office Professional 2007.
I have had the phone for more than a year and only recently has this problem developed. I have uninstalled BlackBerryLink from my programs and my downloads and re-installed it 3 times. Each time I attempt to synch it takes 19-22 minutes "Getting status information from BlackBerry Calendar " before the the error message appears. I have checked and the only calendars synching are Home and BBLink.
@BlackBerryHelp sent me to a knowledge base article blck.by/1wEvCts on Lotus Notes even after I explained 3 times that I was using Outlook not Lotus Notes. Then they told me to contact "Windows".
So far I have missed 1 very important meeting because the appointment was not in my phone. Please help! I love my BB Q5 and I REALLY need my calendars to synch!!!

Options are limited. If you call Microsoft at 1 (800) 642-7676 I think they will tell you the same thing. I'm not sure what to suggest since Windows XP is no longer supported and that runtime could be out of date.

Robohelp 8 Runtime Error

I've recently upgraded my laptop, and had to reinstall RoboHelp 8. While I have the same operating system (Windows XP Professional), the version of Internet Explorer was upgraded from 6 to 7. The installation went without a hitch, and RoboHelp HTML launches fine, but it throws a runtime error (with no number) when I try to open my existing project. Runtime error reads:
               Runtime Error!
               Program: ...ogram Files\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 8\RoboHTML\RoboHTML.exe
               This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
                Please contact the application's support team for more information.
No debugging data provided. Repeated twice with the same results.
Any suggestions on what to do next? Do I need a patch? Thanks!

JRE 5.0 and MS Runtime Error!

When I inadvertently let the 5.0 JRE install on my machine, I started getting a "Runtime Error!" in MS Windows Explorer.
The error was like this:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\WINNT\explorer.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information.
Everytime I opened Windows Explorer, it would poppup this message and then crash the explorer. We tried multiple things to fix it, lots of ideas on the internet, but the only thing that would stop it is removing the JRE. Anyone else getting the problem?

I did not have google toolbar on my machine
my computer is well protected against virus' and adwares

Yes, I'm having this same issue after the exact same thing...let JRE 5.0 install, over-writing the old JRE. I'm going to uninstall the 5.0 and see if it helps.
I'm running XP on a work machine and I've done everything else...registry cleaning, virus scans (in safe mode), Ad-Aware scan, no Google toolbar. I've cleaned the mcapfbho.dll file, removed all unneeded add-ons in Office, Outlook 2003, and IE 5.5. I've disabled McAffee's spamkiller and Exchange sniffer. I've ran ISPFix.exe and BHO Captor....all this and still get the error.
Hopefully removing the JRE 5.0 works.

Runtime error; terminate in unusal way

every time i open itunes, it opens, than a sec later an error message comes up saying...runtime error! This application has requested runtime to terminate it in an unusal way...i've seen other posts about runtime errors..but none that say this..and in those posts it seems quicktime does not open either..but my quicktime opens fine..what's going on?????

I am experiencing the exact same problem and error messages. This started on March 26th, everything was fine until then.
I tried a solution prescribed in another thread which was: to rename the itunes pref files from the application folder and move them to desktop, and then relaunch itunes; did not work. I did launch itunes under the guest account on my computer, and it works fine. This is a remedy, but I would like to completely fix the problem.

Having difficulty updating to latest version of iTunes for my PC. Originally got C runtime error response. Uninstalled iTunes, then tried reinstalling and now receiving "service (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start" response.

When attempting to update to latest version of iTunes on my PC (11.1.4) I received an error message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime error as well as: AppleSync Notifier.exe - entry point not found, the procedure entry point sqlite_wal_checkpoint cound not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll.
I unistalled iTunes, then attempted to reinstall. I get to a point where I receive the following response: Service (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." I'm stuck at this point and unable to proceed with install. Help please!
