Runtime error will not allow firefox to start
I have Firefox 3.6
Whenever I try to open the browser, I get an error message that says Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support tema for more information.
Is there any way that you can help me with this situation?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

Been having trouble for some time with Firefox crashing in the middle of sending emails. Downloaded Vers 4 with a hope this would stop. This haven't and today Firefox has crashed some 4-5 times in less than 1 hour. Rebooting PC doesn't help. Following latest crash Firefox will not load not even in safe mode. Now getting Windows msg Firefox has stopped working check online or close the program. Check online gives the msg application failed to initialise properly - click ok to terminate. Have also had a mge stating that Windows DEP (Data Execution Prevention) has seen that Firefox may be a virus or a security threat and that it's attempting to run a program from memory restricted for use by other programs. IBank error will not allow me to perform any other functions.
I am receiving an error in iBank that says, "The document could not be saved. amount is required value" and has an OK button to click on. Nothing happens when I click on it. I cannot close iBank, cannot shut down, turn off. Everything is disabled. When I try to shut down, it tells me iBank has disabled shutdown and to close iBank. But, I can't! Any ideas?

iPhone 3G is Old technology. When it was launched it had iOS 2.0. Currently, the highest it can go is iOS 4.2.1 and therefore can not handle many newer applications. As you have recorded, it is giving good service for which it has been designed.
Needless to say, if you want to use applications as stated, you must have at least 3GS, whose current is iOS 6.1.2. On the lighter side; Rather than updating iOS they are asking you to update iPhone (Technology). Cheers -

Firefox 5.0.1 for Mac OS 10.6.8 is not allowing me to upload attachments. I get a pink band with the message "Files with errors will not be uploaded". When I click on the View Error link, it tells me "This file couldn't be added because it appears to be empty (0 bytes). " These are valid jpeg files that I have attached many times before, so I know there is no problem with the file. Also, Firefox has recently given me an error message about restarting in 32-bit mode to accommodate a plug-in. I have ticked the '32-bit" option in the Get Info window of the Firefox application.

Question
When I am NOT private browsing Firefox will not allow me to delete or change the website address in the location bar. My only remedy is to open a new window and search in google then click the link to that site through google. Java has updated again today,
i use a java plug in to run my virtual software to access my work from home,
today i have an error message saying that security will not allow access to my website
i use to log in to work from, this is a JREdetection error,
my system runs off java and citrix, i tried chrome,firefox and safari - same issue, if my system cannot detect java it wont run, it runs on plug ins.

Firefox 6 will not allow you to paste a cookie into the addressbar like all previous versions have. I use software to replace web chat and must do this and have been able to do it in all past versions. What's the deal?

After searching around for any pointers to my problem, the above fixes I listed were the things that came closest to maybe addressing the issue, that I was able to locate. But since none worked, and as you pointed out, it is now clear they will only help towards viewing sent images rather than helping with inserting any images in the body of the email, which is the problem I suddenly started facing today.
Coming to your suggestion, on opening the Write window, the Insert choice on the menu bar is indeed available. And I had already tried using that, by clicking on the '''Insert ----> Image''' option listed. That opens
up the "Image Properties" box but using that has not resolved the matter either. It results in an image box getting inserted within the email but without the actual image itself.
Plus, normally I am able to use the '''Paste''' function in the Edit menu or through right-click, but today the (Cut/Copy/Paste) functions have gone inactive, thereby disallowing me to use that to place an image within the email. -
