Runtime Errors after login on ISA-shop

Dear,
I'm trying to put up ISA on a local server to test some things. I herefore copied the configuration of the server and adjusted the JCO-user to my user.
After this I went to the starting page of my shop and tried to log in.
The login will be checked, but after I login I get runtime errors.
Now I checked the NWA and the first error that pops up is the following:
Error occcurred in EAI layer "parameters: [client]='null' [user]='null' [language]='null' [ashost]='null' [systemnumber]='null' [mshost]='null' [gwhost]='null' [gwserv]='null' [group]='null' [systemid]='null'
Properties: {lang=EN, passwd=?, sysnr=10, jco.client.mysapsso2=AjExMDAgABRwb3J0YWw6QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcogAE2Jhc2ljYXV0aGVudGljYXRpb2
After this error, there still follow some more such as:
Unable to retrieve shop data
The shop could not be read from the backend; check your XCM settings.
Also verify that the customer's sales area matches one of the shop's sales areas.
Can this has something to do with the rights I have on the SAP-system with which I'm trying to connect as JCO-user? Or is there another reason?
Thx for the help in advance.
Kr,
Maarten

Dear Mark,
If I test the connection in the XCM it says that everything works fine.
I also deployed the shopadmin locally and adjusted the XCM of this as well.
If I go to the shopmanagement, I can't find the shops, because I get runtime errors.
If I check the logs for this application, I notice that it are the same errors, saying:
Unable to retrieve shop data com.sap.isa.maintenanceobject.backend.MaintenanceObjectHelperException: Unable to retrieve shop data
No connection to backend system
So, in the XCM he says the test work fine, but I ain't able to login properly.
How can I check if I'm using SSO or UME?
Kr,
Maarten

'The installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support\Web kit.resources\inspector\Images\Spinner Inactive Selected.gif.'
That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

    Hello,
If this is an upgrade to 5.2, you might consider looking at the OSS Note  [1070753|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1070753] - XCM Admin application no longer starts after upgrade.

  • Java Iview Runtime error after logon

    Hello,
we are facing some problem regarding our EP 7.0 SP13. We have an anonymous page as our home page, with some anonymous ivews, like "help", "news", etc and one iview with authentication set to default where users log into the portal and access to the private section of the portal.
That ivew does a redirection to /irj/portal and since the user is athenticated it will led him to the private home. The problem is that after logon, a Java iview runtime error appears, and users must refresh the browser to access the private section. (user is logged before the error appears).
We have checked this is not happening with users with "super admin" o "content admin" role. They are able to log into the portal, and redirection is working fine. So we think there can be some problem with security zones or authentication somewhere in the portal, but since this is the standard logon component i don´t know why is this not working.
We have checked that the redirection is working, and we have made some tests with different kind of iviews like KM iviews, URL iviews, pictures, etc. Only admin users are able to log in correctly, the others get the java iview runtime error, so we think the problem is with to standard logon...
Here goes a trace of our problem (defaultrace.trc):

can anyone help us with this problem?
    Thanks in advance

The problem was solved, it was a permission problem.
The anonymous role which allow access to the anonymous section of the portal was assigned to anonymous user, but it hasn´t everyone permission. So anonymous users were able to see anonymous pages, but when they login they lose the role, and java iview error happened, unless they had admin rights.
Solved assigned by assigning everyone to that role.
    Thanks

  • IPad and iPhone runtime errors after ios 6 update at one site I use

I use an I pad and iPhone 4S.  Did iOS 6 updates and have no problems.  However today I went to one site, the NGC collectors society ( registery section requiring sign in) that I use and get the following error below.  I have cleared the cookies on my iPad and restarted, but still get the same error. I also made sure java script was on.  The same with the iPhone. So far this is the only problem I have had with the new ios6.  The site works fine with my laptop which is a MacBook Pro that is updated with the latest system software.

    Hi Raj,
You need to redeploy the patches in the message from Alexandra.
How to redeploy same component with JSPM?
JSPM does not allow to deploy an SCA with the same version (release, SP-level, patch-level) as an already deployed component. However, in some special cases you may need to redeploy an SCA with the same version. Use command line:
go "-config=/jspm/forceMode=true" "-config=/jspm/deployVersionRule=updateAll" to redeploy all SDAs. See note #1123333 for more options.

  • Portal runtime error after modifying masthead par file

    Hi experts,
i tried to upload com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead.par in the portal (productive system) after modifying tooltip text of u201CHelpu201D link. i used Archive uploader.
After upload, status messages are correct.
But now in the masthead area, i have red message :
    "Portal runtime error"
"An exception occurred while processing your request"
I cannot also access the Browse Deploymentu2026
So now i cannot log off from the portal (except by restart computer)
In development system where I used the same procedure, everything is OK.
    Please help!

    Dev,
Please ensure that the changes are correct by to upload the orignial par.
The other way of modifying the par is as below,
*Upload the PAR into NWDS and add the jars htmlb.jar, com.sap.portal.htmlb_api.jar and servlet.jar through java build path of your par project and add the jar com.sap.portal.navigation.masthead_core.jar (you can get this by extracting your par and navigate to the folder PORTAL-INF -> lib) in PORTAL-INF -> lib folder of your project.
    Make changes
    Build project
    Export into portal

    Hi Vani,
Just go to the System Configuration and UME configuration.
Now go to user mapping tab, and remove the entry for a reference system. Then check for the issue if persists, restart system.

  • AFAB: Runtime Error after client copy.

    Hi all,
I'm having a problem with the transaction code AFAB (post client copy). After client copy from PRD to DEV, I'm encountering this runtime error "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC -   The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records." whenever I tried to perform AFAB. Test run was executed successfully but I cannot complete the actual background processing.
I have try with other asset (in the same client) and encounter the same problem. Likewise, I have successfully completed the depre. if I try the same and other asset (in a different client on the same server).
I've check the number range in FBN1 and have verified that the range is correct.
Any advice as to how I can solve this problem?
    Thank you.
    Regards.
p/s: if there is duplication, how do I find where the duplication is located and how do I remove this duplication?
p/s 2: the standard SQL that is having this problem is "INSERT COBK  FROM TABLE COBK_INS."

    Hope you can help me.

    Marco

    hi,
    With regard to your problem:
First of all the PAR might be uploaded properly.
Next you can look into the default trace log with the ID mentioned by you such that we can exactly figure out the problem.
try uploading your PAR files by using the following URL
    http://<hostname>:<port number>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/PortalAnywhere
    Thank and regards,
    Kris

  • Runtime error after CCM Initialize.

    Hi
We are on SRM4.0 and CCM is in the same box as of EBP.
After doing the necesary settings in SPRO, when I run the report /CCM/INITIALIZE_CME, i am getting runtime error.
Please suggest this is because of what and what can be the resolution.
    Regards
    Ashish

    Hi,
Have you assigned the CCM roles after generating the profiles for it?
    Please check
    1) Have you assigned proper CCM roles?
    2) Do you have profiles generated for the roles assigned.
If you dont hve profiles then you will get a dump. This has to be done by PFCG --> menu --> utilitites mass generation and select CCM roles and generate.
    Best regards,
    Sridhar.

  • Load from ODS into InfoCube gives TIME-OUT runtime error after 10 minutes ?

    Hi all,
We have a full load from ODS into InfoCube and it was working fine till the last week upto with 50,000 records. Now, we have around 70,000+ records and started failing with TIME_OUT runtime error.
The following is from the Short Dump (ST22):
The system profile "rdisp/max_wprun_time" contains the maximum runtime of a
program. The current setting is 600 seconds. Once this time limit has been exceeded, the system tries to terminate any SQL statements that are currently being executed and tells the ABAP processor to terminate the current program.
The following are from ROIDOCPRMS table:
       MAXSIZE (in KB) : 20,000
       Frequency       :  10
       Max Processes : 3
When I check the Data Packages under 'Details' tab in Monitor, there are four Data Packages and the first three are with 24,450 records.  I will right click on each Data Package and select 'Manual Update' to load from PSA. When this Manual Update takes more than 10 minutes it is failing with TIME_OUT again.
How could I fix this problem, PLEASE ??
    Thanks,
    Venkat.

  • Apple pls fix this - MS Visual C++ Runtime error after installing itune 9.1

Ever since I upgraded itune to the latest version 9.1, I kept getting the error messasge below when I start up the computer. Tried restoring system to a previous date, and uninstalling & installing itune a couple times to no avail. Any idea what's going on and how to fix this? I had to remove itune to be able to use my computer (ugh). The irony is that the itune upgrade was mainly to enable ipad. Now that I have my ipad I can't use itune.
    The error message reads:
'MS Visual C++ Runtime Error' - 'Runtime Error'
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the support team for further assistnace.

Some people have reported that Apple Software Update can cause this error, so you might try removing that and see if it helps. Removing that utility should not affect iTunes, though you won't get automatic updates (you can just download any new version of iTunes or QuickTime manually and install it). It would, however, be wise to make a backup of any purchased content or items that would otherwise be difficult to replace, just in case something goes wrong during the removal.
