Runtime print out on the ServletOutputStream (like a printout on console)

Hi all,
i need to do a thing.
I've a webapp with a lot of output. i would printout on a servlet the output of this project but in realtime.
my first trial was to pass the servletoutputstream to the other classes and use this stream to printout the output. But the output is displayed only when the process is done.
how can i see the output when the process is still running?

when the computation is finished i retreive the vector from the class and printout all the things.

thanksI just want to (re) caution you that this will eventually lead to problems. You are storing everything in memory. Ideally (and this includes your algorithm for processing), you want to read from a stream and hold onto only the items that are necessary in memory. For example, aggregated values like totals or ongoing calculations. Storing everything in memory "works" (and works fast) but normally shows issues when you have multiple users or multiple simultaneous requests (or both).

Using your example and not modifying it, I get the e-mail form filled out correctly and the pdf attached, however, I'm not prompted to sign it.
Any more clues?

How to take the print out of the entire data from the waveform chart

i am using cont acq to spreadsheet file.vi to acquire data from a number of channels. this vi also plots the acquired data on the waveform chart. i want to take the print out of the entire data. how can i do it ?
also how can i take print out of the data between given interval??

There are a number of different ways of achieving your goal. Depending on which version of LabVIEW you have and which development environment, the Report Generation Toolkit is a very powerful tool. Attached is an example that prints the acquired data without the use of additional toolkits.

Help before I throw this printer out of the window!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just purchased a Deskjet 2540 all in one printer - I will only ever need to print boarding passes etc. -
this looked so good on Amazon ideal for my iPad and said how easy to set up!!! In my dreams - I have now spent 10 hours
Trying to set this up and last night was close to cracking:-
I am setting this by wirless. I have the password and the printer showing on my iPad.
Each time I try and load the softwear I am told an unexpected error has occurred please try again later - I
Have tried and tried to no avail. Apple staff have said I do not need this softwear????????
The network test results say:-
1 check the printer network name ssid matches your wireless router network name ssid exactly!!!!!
2 if they do not match exactly, run the wireless setup from the printer software to configure your hp printer!!!!!
But no where can I find how to do this and sorry I really do not understand what this means.
Reading Amazon some people have set up in 15 min!!!!
The cost of bringing in an expert to set this up is worth more than the printer cost!!!!!!

I hope this reply finds you with the printer not thrown out of the Window. Regarding the Deskjet 2540 setup to work with the iPad, I would like to help.
There are two ways that you can print from the iPad to the 2540. The first, Wireless Direct. Wireless Direct is a network that the printer broadcasts and the iPad would connect to it. This method will leave the iPad with no other network access while connected.
Second, and more functional, is having the printer connected to the same network that the iPad is connected too.
In order to setup this connection, follow the steps outlined below;
Turn Wireless Direct on from the front panel button on the printer. (number 4).
Connect the iPad to the printer network, Settings> Network> HP-Print-2540.
Open Safari and type this I.P address into the address bar, 192.168.223.1 and hit Enter.
Go to Network or Wireless and then Wireless Setup Wizard.
Select your network and enter the needed information.
Once connected, the Wireless light should be solid, connect the iPad back to your network. To print, open a document, hit the Share button (), and if an option to print is available you will be able to select the print option.

Is It Possible To Print Out All The Names In Address Book At Once?

I have got rather a lot of names and email addresses in my Address Book.
I would like to print them on a few sheets of A4 but the only print options I can find are to print out a single card (with one name) at a time.
Is it possible to print them all in one go?

Yes, this is very easy. Select the 'All' group, then choose Print from the File menu. Choose your printing options from the menus and send it to your printer.

SRM PO's to be printed out with the PO

Hello All,
I have a requirement in my current project wherein the attachments with SRM PO's are to be printed out along with the PO.
In the SAP implementation guide for this it is mentioned that `SAP
delivers a standard implementation with which you can print and fax
attachment documents' and also mentions that to implement the BAdI ie
BBP_DOC_PRINTDOC the requirement is of installing the SAP interface
External Document Converter (XDC) of the SAP component Print and Output
Management (BC-CCM-PRN).
Does this mean i need a third party tool to make this possible or SAP provides a standard with which we can print and Fax attachement documents.

What I see in Preview does not print, only the Layout Topics print out, not the type in the body of the document

I have received a template document. The sender filled in with black type, making the document 9 pages. When I bring the document up in Pages I see everything, the preformated words, and the type. However, when I print it, only the preformated (or template) words appear in blue. I want the entire document so that I can edit it. I checked "help" and from what I can read, everything should print. I am a new user, both to Mac and Pages. Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

When you get a problem like this check if the problem is isolated, so create something in another application like TextEdit and try printing that to see if it occurs there as well which would indicate a problem with the printer.
Further check that you have updated everything to the latest version.
How new is new user? Since you are still on OSX 10.6.8, it seems not that new.

When I print one of my Yahoo emails, the text of the message doesn't wrap, so is cut off,and the side bar with Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc is printed out with the message.

When I print a Yahoo email, the text does not wrap (it used to) so part of the text is cut off. Also, the side bar that list my Inbox, Drafts, Sent, etc is printed out along with the email - it didn't used to and because of that, there is not enough room for all of my email. I tried resetting it to Shrink to Fit, but that didn't help; also tried changing the print setting from 100% to 60% but it still doesn't fit on the page.

help I have the same problem. it just started recently. I didn't change anything and all of a sudden my printed emails have the entire sidebar and also does not wrap the text so parts are missing.

Is it possible to get a print-out of the Firefox Help screens? How do I do it?

Then pres ctrl+c and open word or notpad,
and press ctrl+v then print it out.

Printing out of the Tracking Workspace

After I create a layout in the tracking workspace I am unable to print out the information. When I go to Print Preview all I am able to see is the information located on the top right view within the tracking workspace.
How can you print a resource profile and resource spreadsheet out of the Tracking Workspace?
Or is this another one of Primavera "Enhanced requests" issues?

BrandonYou have to tell the program what you want to print.
If you goto page setup under options you can chose the Gantt chart as well as the usage profile to be printed.
Also, it is Enhancement request, not enhanced.

My printer now prints out in the wrong colours or not at all, why?

I am using a photosmart 5515 driver version 3.5.2 on a mac IOS version 10.6.8.
My problem is that up until recently I have been able to print without any problems and then all of a sudden the printer is printing documents in a very pale blue colour instead of black. If i change the presets it sometimes doesnt print at all just churns out blank pages after going through the motions of printing ie the ink carriage moving across the page.
I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the original software without success.
I have also taken it back to PC World where I bought it from who did a test print successfully.
I am therefore thinking it must be a communucation problem but I dont know what.

I'm writing a program to update something to the console. Let's say I have some fields like this:
client1 Name1 ID1 value1
client2 Name2 ID2 value2
the number of client could be changed, but not much. I would like to update the value field on the console, say, every 5 seconds.
How I could do that? It's much like some Linux/Unix program as top. System.out.println surely doesn't do the job.

On the Wall Street Journal website, I am not able to print out of the print format. Never had a problem before with this.

I click on the print icon under an article in the Wall Street Journal. A new window opens with the article in print format. When I print, I get blank paginated pages equaling the length of the article. On the top left hand corner of the page will appear the title of the article; on the top right hand corner will appear the web address of the article; on the bottom left hand corner will appear the pagination; and on the bottom right hand corner will be the date and time of the printing. This is just how any article would print; the only difference being that I'm not getting the content of the article printed.
This has only started a couple of days ago. I do not have this issue with any other publication, yet this problem doesn't exist with other browsers.

I don't have a WSJ account to test... Here is some general advice:
When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
This will open a window listing the site's cookies, which you can remove individually.
Then try reloading the page and logging back in. Does that help?

I just got a "runtime error" out of the blue, itunes wont open

i just got a "runtime error" and itunes will not open, never had this happen before. another screen said itunes not installed correctly, reinstall it but i dont wanna loose all i have if i reinstall... help please

Under normal circumstances, an uninstall/reinstall doesn't touch your content. (That being said, it's still always a good idea to maintain a current backup at all times in case of disasters of any sort.)
First try updating to iTunes 11.1.5.5, using an installer downloaded from the Apple website:

Printing out in the score editor

When I try to print a chart in the score editor, I just don't get the same picture that is on my screen. I wrote a big band chart (15 single staves), and I'm having a ton of trouble trying to get the printout of the whole score so that on each page there's 15 staves. Also, how could I make it so that I can put a title and author text without the text at a large size, but not overlapping into the staves. ANy help would be greatly appreciated!

..Rohan - I am really glad you wrote the above because it reminded me of something crucial you said when I was round at your place ( but which I hadnt until now registered) ... you emphasized checking up on the Midi position of graphic elements in the score. And the difference between the Layout Tool and the Pointer is paramount: Click hold/drag with the Pointer and you can see in the Help Tag the Midi position altering. Click hold/drag with the Layout Tool and the Midi position remains the same but the graphic position alters.
I would be very curious to get your take and that of iS on the following from a workflow point of view:
- what your default mouse button settings are and what kind of mouse you use ( As a result of this discussion I just re-read the very first pages of the Logic 7 Manual which deal with use of the mouse. Is it worth getting a mouse with a scroll wheel? I am very attached to my Trackball Logitech which has no scroll wheel).
- do you keep an Event Float window open.. or do you just set the display preference to show a Help Tag when you click on a graphic object in the score?
