Hi all,
I want to do screen enhancement in BADI.I found some badis which are providing the screen enhancements but dont know how to go further.
Also i dont know in which transaction this screen will appear.

Screen Enhancement on T-Code AS01 (Asset Master)

Hi Experts,
I want to add a filed of Customer Number( KUNNR) on the Asset Master Screen ( t-code AS01)
I have done a lot of work....
I have used the Enhancement AIST0002 ..... also make the Subscreen....
In Short, now my field is Displaying on the Asset master Standard Screen. also displaying the F4 help against it...
*Problem:*
when i save the Data ... it does not save the data...
I also check the table ANLU. there is no record exist... (boz i did not write any Code)
Can i have to Write the Update Query for save the Record?
Note: i am first time making the Screen Enhancement.

Screen enhancement in display measuring point (ik07) and ik02

Hi experts,
Can anybody please help in determining userexits for screen enhancement of ik02 transaction. I need to add block to measuring point details.
and also i need selection screen input parameters to display at the bottom of ik07 tcode.i had inserted the selection screen parameters at the top of screen in ik07 but i need it at last. how can it be inserted there.

Screen enhancements

Hi all,
I am new to screen enhancements. I am adding custom screen to ME23n where I am adding custom field. During the change of transaction me22n or me21n if i enter wrong value into the custom field I am issuing error message. At this point all other fields belonging to main screen are getting disabled for input.
Please help me how to keep them enabled along with my field. Please help me

You can do this byusing of Chain and Endchain..
If you send a warning or error message from a module <mod> that you called using a FIELD statement as follows:
CHAIN.
FIELD: <f1>, <f 2>,...
MODULE <mod1>.
FIELD: <g1>, <g 2>,...
MODULE <mod2>.
ENDCHAIN.
all of the fields on the screen that belong to the processing chain (all of the fields listed in the field statements) are made ready for input again. Other fields are not ready for input. Whenever the MODULE statement appears within a processing chain, even if there is only one FIELD attached to it, all of the fields in the chain (not only the affected field) are made ready for input again, allowing the user to enter new values. If the fields in the processing chain are only checked once, the PAI processing continues directly after the FIELD statement, and the preceding modules are not called again.

I want to add custom fields in contract item level distribution screen In SRM 7.0,
Sap has provided standard structure for item enhancement INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR and INCL_, INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF
Using above structures we can enhance Item over view screen, My requirement is to enhance Item distribution screen,

Screen enhancement for tab Material Master of CV02N

Hi experts .
I have a requirement to modify tab for material master in object links (transaction CV02N) .
Currently, there are only 2 fields-material & description.
The requirement wants to add 2 coloumn, AEOI-REVLV &a checkbox for user selection to do material revlv sync.
Then how can I just update the tab?

Implement the below enhancement CV110001
There is a customer screen available and SAP has provided the same to add new fields: SAPLCV110 00200- SCRCUST -SAP 100 (Check in SMOD transaction)
Once you have implemented the screen, you need to add the code in the below exits for transfer of data to and fro from the screen fields to the database tables.
EXIT_SAPLCV110_002: Transfer data to the customer enhancement
EXIT_SAPLCV110_003 : Transfer data from the customer enhancement

Notifcation Screen Enhancement

Hi friends,
we had implemented PM Notification screen enhancement and added 4 Tab screens to a particular notification type including SAP standard **Location ** Tab.
TAB A, B, C & D are custom Tabs.
The problem is
1. If we are on Tab A and move to Location Tab
2. While we are on Location Tab and want to move to TAB B , it opens up TAB A.
it happens all the time, it opens the TAB that was opened before moving to Location Tab instead of the TAB we want to move while on Location Tab.
navigation between customs tabs is OK because we had inserted code to shift to the TAB clicked. Since Location TAB is SAP supplied am thinking if there is any config that will do this or it's becuase of SAP bug.

I have faced the same issue during the additions of tabs for service notifiations, i solved the problem by setting the ok code's offcourse by doing a core mod.

LM00 --- LM04 Screen Enhancement

Hi All,
I need to place a custom screen before calling the Transaction LM04 through LM00. I have configured the custom screen 1212 against the logical screen both for 0212 for 8x40 and 16X20 screen formats.
And I have placed the sub screen through the user exit in SAPLXLRF. So when I am logging to LM04 through LM00 my custom screen is getting called but once I want to move to the logical screen 0212 the system says no logical screen is found. So in turn my custom screen is getting displayed as the PBO is getting called.
Could any one please put some though on this. Though I know its difficult to visualize the problem but in brief which I need is to display the custom screen just before the main screen for LM04 and on PAI on my custom screen I want to show the main screen for LM04.

Yeps sure I would share the solution.
Actually the screen enhancement in LM is bit different as compared to that of other transactions.
Step 1 >>>>>
First we need to find the customer sub screen available where I can put our own sub screen.
For e.g. if we need to Enhance LM04 first screen, then we have modify the screen 0212. The avaibale custom sub screen would be 1212.
Step 2 >>>
In SPRO go to Logistic Execution > Mobile data Entry > Define Screen Management. Here we have to create an entry with SAPLLMOB and new variant say 1. (By default, sap will provide 0 and please don't change this entry).
Basically make sure that all the table from T3130A - T3130G are properly updated (Not required to maintain all the tables, it depends on your requirement).
Step 3 >> Its basically not to include as a step as all we know that we need to activate the enhancements in CMOD.
Stpe - 4 >> Login to LM04 you will find that the new variant 1 would be considered and all the available functionality would be kept intact with your customized sub screen. One thing make sure you have to copy the original screen 0212 as for e.g.
So enjoy with the new screen.

Bypass Logon screen of the SAP R/3 system where WDA application resides

I created an application in WDA. I have another appplication in WDJ. On one of the views of WDJ application, I created a link to URL UI elem and provided WDA application's URL to it as a reference. When I click on the link to URL, I expect that WDA should launch. But instead a logon screen appears. This logon screen is the logon screen of the SAP R/3 server in which I created the WDA application.
I want to bypass this logon screen. how do i do this ?

For that you need to establish the SSO between the R/3 system and the JAVA system.
you can import the sso ticket form key store and then put it in abap stack..
or one more method is to give hardcoded user id and password in SICF for the web dynpro application.
however this approach is not recommended.

To enhance the SAP delivered Standard WebDynpro Component (complex component with Business objects & powl).
Kindly let me know the best practice for enhancing the Standard WD ABAP from the below 1 or 2.
1) To copy & create a "Z" of the component & make changes in that (or)
2) to enhance directly on the same standard component without making "Z".

If it is a standard component its better we go for enhancing the component rather than copying it into Z component.
If there is any issue with in the standard component , SAP supports it through notes and OSS messages. If it is a Z component, SAP doesn't support it.
If there is any up gradation of business packages, changes will be done to standard , but not the Z components, wherein we could miss it.
Further, since it is a standard component it might have been used at many places, changes that has to done to reflect all changes might be difficult in this case if it is a z component.

This can be achieved by using user-exit. Specifically screen-exit. Check these two exits related to transaction CS15. They may be helpful to you.
