Look the report in the tcode CJE0 report 11ERL1E and form 11ERL1E, in this tcode you can change the Report and the Form.

Project Results Analysis KKA2 Enhancement

In SPRO - Project System - Revenue & Earnings- Automatic & Periodic
Allocation - Result Analysis - Edit result analysis key & version -
Maintain Result analysis version,
If, CO Area 1000 & RA Version 0 selected, system is not allowing cross-
company valuation check box activation due to "Transfer to Financial
accounting active" check box is selected.
However if "Transfer to Financial accounting active" check box is un-
selected, system is allowing to save with option "cross-company
valuation" check box. But during KKA2, system is showing error due
to "version relevant to settlement" is selected.
Now the problem is that, if "cross-company valuation check box" is not
selected the system is not skiping steps as mentioned in screen.
Hence, enhancement KKAG0001 cannot be activated.
Kindly provide the solution.

When exporting project, result file does not work 100%

My version: CS4 Premiere Pro
My set up: Vista Ultimate 32bit, 8GBRAM, NVidia Quadro FX 5600 Driver v: 191.78
My issue:
I have a footage of about 2.5 hours. It is a seminar I recorded. It was recorded on a Sony Handycam CX-100 HD camera. I want to export my project to H.264 format so the client can take a look at the footage and provide cue points for editing.
The only thing I added to the video was timecode for the client set cue points. When I export project I select H.264 and save it as Hight DV quality 720x480.
My problem is that when Encore finish processign the video, I open it to check if it is working and I find that after minute 40 the video frezees and I can only hear audio.
What is wrong? Am I forgetting a setting before saving the video? If I save the video on a Windows format, it plays ok.
Can anyone provide help.

Importing BC4J project results in strange behaviours.

I found a strange behaviour in compiling BC4J projects wich imports another BC4J project.
Some of theese projects, when compiled, copy the xml/class tree of the imported project onto their directories some other don't.
The first behaviour is obvioulsy harmfull because of the number of copies it generates.
I didn't find any relevant difference between project wich behaves differently.

Project wise profitability analysis

Hi
I have to create MIS for project wise profitability analysis . In sales order we used additional tab as project and we assigned projects to each and every sales order
Now they want one Report "Project wise profitability analysis" . So i have do that through Infoset (Lis)
Please tell me what are the charecteristics & what are the keyfields to select to get the cost
(i want material number - Planned cost - Actual cost - variance)

Revenue / Expenses Report Problem

Hi Experts,
I am using milestone billing in PS. Have assigned WBS to Sales order manually. I can do the billing and create invoice also through VF01. But i am not able to see any report for planned and actual revenues.
If i view report S_ALR_87013564, it says no records were selected.
Also, if i try to view expenses report S_ALR_87013574 it just says No Costs, revenues or finances were selected. But i have made payment to vendor. Same problem exists for report on receipts of payments
Please advice on what could be the problem.

please check the below reports.If you are creating billing documents then you can see the results in reports.Please check the GL entry also .

Plan version data

Dear PS experts,
How can i retrieve the plan cost data for a certain previous period which was the basis for R/A calculation unlike project version (I mean Plan cost in the Co version on which we run R/A,as it is subject to monthly cost update .
In KKA2 screen it keeps the plan data for the current period only,

For RA Calculations, you require either Overall Planned cost or Overall Planned revenue of the project is considered based on the RA Method you are using. system considers the Actual cost for that Period and Overall Actual cost till the RA Run Period is considered.

After RA Run, system stores , POC%, CTC Revenue, Revenue in excess of billing, revenue surplus, WIP, Cost of Sales....depending the the RA Method. These values only stored month wise in Date base tables.
You can retreive RA Details in S_ALR_87013572 - Project results Report for a specific periods range or in S_ALR_87013568 - Project Results till last RA Run.
For month wise actual costs, S_ALR_87100185 - Actual Costs for Each Month (Current Fiscal Year) or in S_ALR_87013545 - Actual: Period Comparison.

Revenue reports problem

Dear All,
This is related to some problem coming in report. When ever i am recieving revenue on projects process is running fine. But i cant see the data properly in reports. we have 2 kind of reports for revenue in sap one is hierarchial and second is based on cost element. Now when i am getting the revenue on the projects, in hierarchial reports i can see only plan revenue and not actual revenue after billing. While in cost element reports i cant see planned revenue but i can see actual revenue. It means in both reports i cant see complete figures.
Kindly help me in this.

Hi,
Now you can observe the following points in the std Reports:
S_ALR_87013570 - Actual/Plan/Variance report: Here you will see only costing relavent information(though it is given in Revenue menu)
S_ALR_87013564 - Plan/Actual/Variance: Which is Revenue Hierarchy Report,
here you can see "the planned revenue vs Actual Revenue" of for your project (Planned revenue i.e., planned in CJ42)
If you want to see Actual Revenue/Planned Revenue/Actual Cost/Planned cost for your project now you can execute the following report: S_ALR_87013568-Project Results.

I'm looking for a transaction to display the document which is created for the calculation of the results analysis.
We can find the number of the document when we run the KKA2 transaction : Menu/ Resutl Analysis/ Display Line Items of result Analysis.
That document number is also shown in the S_ALR_87013572 Project results report and I'd like to find a way to display it easily ((like FB03 for the accounting document, for example) by using the document number only.

Need help burning project to DVD

Can anyone help me burn a PRE project to a DVD in .VOB (NTSC) format so it can be read by any DVD player connected to a TV, not a computer. I know how it is supposed to be done in Premier Elements because I did it with small sample files, but whenever I try with a larger project, PRE always crashes during the encoding process.. First I will give the particulars of my system, then of my project, then of the trouble shooting I already tried, finally my experiences
System:
     Intel Pentium "E2200" dual core processor @ 2.2 GHZ speed
     3 GB RAM
     Windows 32bit Vista Home Premium with SP2 installed
     1/4 TB hard drive with 100MB free and 0% fragmented
      Intel G31/33 graphics processor
Projects:
     14 MB slide show consting of 5 MB JPEG files with audio or text captions and unedited MPG4 files of 480x720 pixels imported from Samsung camcorder set at recording quality of 5 MB/sec.
     10 MB movie created in instant DVD by dragging above JPEG and MPG4 files from album
     Neither have additional narration or music tracks
     Both the above about 25 minutes on the timeline
Troubleshooting already tried:
     Burning project to folder instead of to DVD
     Exporting files to PC in MPG2 and AVI format
     Rendering the file (not all at once, but in separate work areas at a time)
     Burned to both -RW and -R DVD's
     Deselecting the "Fit contents to available space" quality option in the burn menu and manually selecting a bitrate speed of 3 MB/sec
     Repeating the above in selective start of windows with all start programs and non-Microsoft processes disabled
     Repeating the above for both Slide show and movie projects
Results:
     The encoding process never completes, but it abends at different stages in different trials--never the same point. Sometimes it crashes at less than 20% complete; sometimes it makes it to 96% complete, then stops responding. Sometimes it generates a crash report, and sometimes it just stops responding, so I have to open task manager to end the program.   Sometimes I get a message that PRE is dangerously low on system memory. I just close the window and procede, because I am watching physical memory usage in Task Manager while PRE is encoding and it is consistantly about 60%. CPU usage often peaks at 100%, but not for more than 60 secs at a time. When the system crashed, it generated an error message in the administrative events log sometimes reading: "The entry <name of project file> in the hash map cannot be updated"; event ID 3013, which Microsoft found no help for. When it simply stops responding, it leaves no error message in the system log until I close the program.
     I don't think I have a system error, because my system sussessfully burned two minute test projects, and don't have a project error, because I could render the timeline. What is going on here?
     B.T.W, some people I talked to about this problem who make their living in photos and electronics suggest I buy a camcorder which records in MPEG2 format, then simply burn the MPEG2 files to DVD without re-encoding, insert the DVD into any player connected to a TV, and play. I don't think this advice is correct.   Opinions?

FCP X archive project - suggestions?

Is there a proven method someone has documented for saving enough stuff to be able to recreate a project after it's been shared? (i really don't like this forum search - why do I have to start a new discussion before suggested similar discussions are listed - must be me I guess)
At the moment I save everything starting with the camera archives and audio files. After a spot of transcoding and proxying these balloon to many GBs.
What can I safely delete? I'm happy to let FCP re-render and transcode if I have to go back to a project in the future.
Each project results in a 30 minute TV show culled from 2 x 8GB camera cards and some multitrack audio (tiny).
Right now I have 3 TB of Glyphs about 70% full after 5 shows.

Use the search box on the right side of the forum window. The whole entering question box is weirdly phrased to me too.
You juste need the original media files, proxies, optimized, and render files can be dumped.

I have created a segment PROJECT_NAME (attribute8) to the "PROJECTS" context of "OTL Information Types" DFF. Bouce the apache server.
I am able to get the prompt but unable to get the data in the column.

X-CAN sample project problem

Hey guys,
I´m getting started with the myRIO-1900 and try to connect it with my car via X-CAN module with OBD-II BD9 cable to collect and record data from my car.
I've installed Labview 2014, X-CAN, realtime module in my computer without any problem.
When I connected myRIO 1900 and X-CAN module with my Mercedes, launched "X-CAN for myRIO" under "sample project", it worked successfully and I can read data from Labview.
Question 1: What do all the data read mean in the labview, eg. what does identifier means and what does payload means? At first I thought they might be PID codes, but after browsing all the info online, I felt the data are not PID codes because they should start with P01 or P02. Is there a manual for me to review and learn?
Question 2: Do you guys know how can I record all the data that read from my vehicle and export them to Excel file? I tried to add "File I/O" and "Measure to write" followed by the instructio online, but there was not excel file generated after the run. Any suggestions?

There is TONS of documentation on CAN buses. From various hardware and software implementations and a bunch of other variations that can make working with it difficult.
On the surface everything is easy, you just read and write frames, as described here

Frames are just raw data that you can then do things with. A frame consistes of an ID which identifies the message and also does things like sets priority of the message. Then the payload is 0-8 bytes (excluding CAN-FD). These 0-8 bytes are the usable parts of the message. Protocols have been written to support multi frames, and request reply, among several other features not supported in the hardware.
Basically you have a lot of reading to do. Find all the documentation you can on CAN and how it works knowing that it starts at the frame level which is what you get. You might even get something out of the first few slides of a recent presentation I did on CAN and XNET.

As for recording the data. The most common way is to format it into a 2D array of string, and then use the write measurements to file, or write spreadsheet to create a CSV file that Excel can open. There are other options that are usually more messy, but can be done.
