#'s in jsp:forward

Question

Hi there,
Here's what I got:
1. a form to input data.
2. the data is submited to a processing jsp
3. the processing jsp forwards to anohter page. here's my forwarding syntax:
<jsp:forward page="PicView.jsp">
<jsp:param name="photoID" value="8987"/>
<jsp:param name="SGID" value="5642"/>
</jsp:forward>
What I want:
upon forwarding I want to move down the page to an anchor. So the end URL should goto:
PicView.jsp?photoID=8987&SGID=5642#photo
Can I add the "#photo" to the <jsp:forward> tag somehow??

</jsp:forward>

if ( s != null )
     out.println("<script>");
     out.println("window.location.href = \"" + s + "\";");
     out.println("</script>");
%>
If you know that "where" will never be null then you can simplify this to:
<script>
window.location.href = "<%= where %>" ;
</script>
