Hi friends , this is shyam can anybody please tell me what is SOP. And our role in it ?

shyam
Hi Syam,
SOP in nothing but a User Manual.
It gives the information to the user how to do the transactions in SAP. After completion of any new development we need to prepare the SOP about the process.
Thanx
