Safair won't start.

Question

Okay, so awhile back I had corrupted preferences that prevented any extra programs save for the ones that came with my early-2008 macbook pro from launching. I fixed it, but Safari never got fixed. Upon an attempted launch a message pops up saying "The application Safari quit unexpectedly. Mac OS X and other apps not affected. Click Relauch the launch again." After resetting and relaunching the same error message pops up.

I have cleaned my system cache for both users, removed corrupted preferences, and even taken safari out and reinstalled.
