Safari 5 Starts, then immediatly quits!

Question

Hey. I am runnin Windows Vista Home Basic, i used to use Safari 5 alot lately and had no problems with it. Until I tried to load it up today. It would load the browser and then just immedialy quit. I posted the Problem Signiture Below. Someone help please. Ive already tried to upgrade it, but that didnt help.

I usually associate that particular dll with user-account-specific Safari errors caused by damaged settings and preferences files.
Can you check something for me please? This isn't going to be a cure in itself, but it'll tell us the likeliest best course of action to take next with fixing the issue.
Create a new user account on the PC with full administrative rights. Log out of your normal account and log into the new account. Launch Safari in the new account. Does it launch in there, or do you get the same sort of symptoms as in the usual user account?
